I visited around 11:15 am on a regular day, but already about 80% of the seats were taken. It seems to be quite popular. I've tried to visit Tsujihan a few times at the Nihonbashi branch, but always gave up due to the long lines, so this was my first visit. The menu only offers a luxurious bowl with choices of Plum for 1250 yen, Bamboo for 1650 yen, Pine for 2200 yen, and Special for 3600 yen. I ordered the Plum bowl. Within 3 minutes, the dish arrived. It seemed to contain salmon roe, tuna, medium-fatty tuna, shrimp, sea urchin, clam, whelk, squid, cucumber, and green onion. I broke down the seafood mountain, poured the grated wasabi mixed with raw egg yolk soy sauce over it. It was sure to be delicious. On the back of the counter menu, it was written, "Leave two slices of sashimi on a separate plate for the tai dashi (soup stock) finish," but I decided to leave all four slices for the tai dashi. It was also written, "When the remaining amount in the bowl is reduced to one-third, please inform the chef," but it was so delicious that I almost finished it, so when there was about one-ninth left in the bowl, I asked for an additional serving of rice with tai dashi added. I placed all the remaining four slices on top and enjoyed the tai dashi ochazuke. Mmm, delicious. It was a different kind of deliciousness from the seafood bowl. Truly a doubly delicious luxurious bowl. And all this for 1250 yen is quite reasonable. Thank you for the meal. The total time spent was about 20 minutes. When I left, the restaurant was already full, and there was a line of nearly 10 people outside.

The main store in Nihonbashi is said to have long lines every day, with a wait of at least 1 hour being common, but on weekday nights at Ark Hills, although there may be a bit of a line, you can enter in about 10 minutes, making it a hidden gem. The menu consists of only one item, a seafood bowl (called the "luxury bowl"). The bowl contains a variety of ingredients, including salmon roe, tuna, medium fatty tuna, shrimp, whelk, clam, squid, herring roe, cucumber, and green onion. You can also choose to add more ingredients with options like "ume" (1,250 yen), "take" (1,650 yen), "matsu" (2,200 yen), or "tokujou" (3,600 yen). Today, I ordered the "take" option with extra crab and salmon roe, along with a beer. Soon after, a bowl filled high with seafood and tuna sashimi was served. First, I mixed the yolk with soy sauce and wasabi to create "yolk soy sauce," then poured it over the seafood while breaking down the mountain of seafood. As I took a bite, the tuna melted in my mouth, and I was surprised by the various textures of the salmon roe, whelk, clam, squid, herring roe, cucumber - crunchy, chewy, bouncy, crispy. It was a moment when my concept of seafood bowls changed. The rice was sprinkled with sesame seeds, enhancing the flavor and pairing perfectly with the yolk soy sauce. After eating about a third, I added more rice and poured plenty of sea bream dashi to enjoy an "ochazuke." The sea bream dashi was incredibly delicious. I was pleasantly full with just the right amount of food, and the cost performance was excellent, with all these ingredients piled high for under 2,000 yen. Not only were a variety of seafood included, but the textures were also carefully considered. Honestly, once you experience this taste, you won't be able to eat other seafood bowls. It's understandable why there are lines at the main store in Nihonbashi. Highly recommended!

Ume (extra large portion) for 1250 yen (no extra charge for extra large portion) is very delicious!! The cost performance is also good, so you can casually come here!! It's a great system that allows you to change the taste by adding sea bream dashi to the rice halfway through. Also, you can get a free extra large portion of rice, and you can choose to add more rice when adding sea bream dashi. I got the extra large portion and added a little more rice when adding sea bream dashi, haha.

The deliciousness of stability! I ordered plum! It's a strange sushi restaurant where all the chefs are foreigners! It made me feel like I was overseas! The yuzu in the ochazuke was a great accent and the hot broth was amazing! I want to visit this restaurant again!

I went to a place where Tsujihan is located! It is a restaurant mainly serving seafood bowls. There were also some options for alcoholic drinks. I ordered the Plum bowl for 1,250 yen, which is the most affordable menu. I wanted to try the Bamboo bowl, but I don't like salmon roe, so I chose this simple option instead. When the seafood-packed bowl arrived, it looked like a treasure mountain! I immediately mixed up all the ingredients and enjoyed the various flavors. The crunchy texture of the herring roe was particularly good and enjoyable. I left about 1/3 of the rice and made my favorite sea bream tea rice bowl. The aroma of the sea bream spread gently and it was incredibly delicious. I noticed that the restaurant was full of foreigners, all of whom seemed to be enjoying their meals. I was grateful for the English menu! Thank you for the delicious meal!

I have visited this restaurant several times on weekdays in August 2023. The prices are on the higher side, but I am very satisfied with the sea bream sashimi with sesame sauce and seafood bowl, with dashi added at the end. The sea bream dashi tea-soaked rice is incredibly delicious (laughs). It can get quite crowded during weekday lunch hours, but the turnover is relatively fast. You can get in after waiting for about 20-30 minutes.

★4.2【FILE 3468】July 28, 2023 (Friday) 17:35 Visited a seafood bowl specialty store that opened in March 2018 at the Ark Hills 3rd floor, which is the former location of Hakata Tonkotsu Takakura Akasaka store along Roppongi Street in Akasaka. There are several sister stores such as Tendon Kaneko Hanzo, Tempura Meshi Kaneko Hanzo, Tendon Kanekoya Akasaka store, Nihonbashi Seafood Bowl Tsujihan Kagurazaka store, Nihonbashi Seafood Bowl Tsujihan Ark Hills store, Tempura Meshi Kaneko Hanzo Ark Hills store, and more. I have visited this store 101 times by July 2023. I visited for the 101st time after a month. The interior of the store has a luxurious and calm atmosphere with a white wood counter as the main feature. There are 20 seats at the counter in a U-shape, making it cozy. When I visited at 17:35, the store was already full, with a line of 3 people waiting. I was seated at 17:42, 7 minutes later. The customer base is 50% male and 50% female. The service is handled smoothly by one female staff member. The menu includes: - Deluxe bowl Ume: 1250 yen (salmon roe, tuna, medium-fatty tuna, shrimp, whelk, mirugai, squid, shiso, cucumber, green onion) - Bamboo: 1650 yen (Ume + extra crab + extra salmon roe) - Pine: 2200 yen (Ume + extra crab + extra sea urchin + extra salmon roe) - Special: Market price (Ume + extra crab + extra sea urchin + extra salmon roe). I ordered the Deluxe bowl Pine for 2200 yen. The contents include: - Sesame-mixed yellowtail sashimi - Egg yolk soy sauce - Pickled ginger - Deluxe bowl Pine - Ta-dashi broth. The food was served in approximately 20 minutes: 17:42 Order 17:45 3 minutes later Yellowtail sashimi, egg yolk soy sauce, pickled ginger 17:51 9 minutes later Deluxe bowl Pine 18:02 20 minutes later Ta-dashi broth. The yellowtail sashimi was delicious and chewy. The main dish, Deluxe bowl Pine, was served with a mixture of tuna, medium-fatty tuna, shrimp, whelk, mirugai, squid, shiso, cucumber, green onion on top of white rice, arranged in a triangular shape, with 3 sheets of seaweed, sesame sprinkled on top, and topped with crab, salmon roe, and sea urchin. Pouring the egg yolk soy sauce with wasabi over it blends the flavors of tuna, medium-fatty tuna, squid, whelk, shrimp, cucumber, salmon roe, and sea urchin, creating a delicious harmony. Adding the richness of crab, salmon roe, and sea urchin enhances the taste even more. Pouring the hot Ta-dashi broth and topping it with yellowtail sashimi was also delicious. I have visited almost every day from September 2022 to April 2023, so this visit marks the 101st time. The familiar staff have been replaced, and the store is now run by 4 male staff members and 1 female staff member, with an increasing number of foreign customers. I usually ordered Ume for 1250 yen, but this time I ordered Pine for 2200 yen with extra crab, sea urchin, and salmon roe. The added richness of crab, sea urchin, and salmon roe to the usual deliciousness brought a high level of satisfaction.

The seafood bowl was delicious, and the dashi tea pickle that came at the end was also tasty. I tried the Matsuranku, but it didn't seem significantly different from the other options like Ume and Take. However, the sea urchin was really good. The rice was just okay. If they improve the long wait time and the customer service atmosphere, I think it could be even better.

During a business trip, I was taken to a popular seafood bowl restaurant in Ark Hills by a colleague. The place was already packed around 11:45, with a line of about 10 people outside. However, since they serve seafood bowls, they opened early and we were able to get in around noon. The menu includes a luxurious seafood bowl called "Zaitaku-don", with options like "Ume" (plum), "Take" (bamboo), "Matsu" (pine), and "Tokujou" (special). Even the basic "Ume" option comes with a variety of toppings like salmon roe, tuna, shrimp, scallops, clams, baby clams, squid, shirasu (whitebait), cucumber, green onions, and more. There is also sashimi served on a separate plate, which you can mix with the leftover rice and pour fish broth over to make ochazuke. I chose the "Take" option and it arrived in about 2 minutes. Following the instructions on the table, I mixed wasabi with soy sauce and poured it generously over the seafood. After one bite, I couldn't help but exclaim, "This is delicious!" Even without the sashimi, the bowl is packed with enough toppings to enjoy with the rice, but I decided to leave some rice and add sashimi to make ochazuke with fish broth. It was also delicious and easy to eat, even after finishing the bowl. Definitely worth the wait in line. It was a delightful meal. Thank you.

- This restaurant is relatively empty and easy to find a seat, especially on weekdays. - The seafood bowl at Tsuji Han has a consistently delicious taste, with plenty of seafood that is well balanced with the rice. You can enjoy a tasty seafood bowl at a reasonable price. Since it's not crowded, you can relax and enjoy your meal.

I finally made my debut at Tsujihan, Ark Hills store. I have passed by the store in Yaesu and Nihonbashi many times, glancing at the long line, but today I decided to give it a try. It was great. I didn't have the courage to order the luxurious 3,600 yen seafood bowl, so I opted for the Ume bowl at 1,250 yen with an additional topping of sea urchin for 550 yen. I was very satisfied. The first half I enjoyed the seafood bowl as it was, devouring the mountain of fresh fish. The second half, I added the tai (or buri?) that was served on a separate plate, poured in some broth, and enjoyed it like a tai chazuke. It's truly a flavor change. One dish, two delicious experiences. Personally, I prefer savoring the fresh fish in the first half of the meal. Either way, I would love to go back again.

Tsujihan Roppongi Ichome Station 1 minute walk. Seafood bowl 1250 yen. Located on the 3rd floor of Ark Hills, just 1 minute from Roppongi Ichome Station, this popular seafood bowl restaurant was already half full when I arrived around 11:30. As soon as I placed my order, pickles and sashimi were served! The sashimi is recommended to save a bit to enjoy later with ochazuke. There are four types of bowls available - Ume, Take, Matsu, and Tokujou, but honestly, the Ume bowl was very satisfying. You can also add shirasu topping with Hills Benefit, just let them know when ordering. Once you've had your fill of the seafood bowl, place the bowl on the counter and ask for dashi to enjoy it as ochazuke. Great value for money and a very satisfying lunch option. They accept cash and transportation IC credit cards. Opening hours are 11:00-22:00.

On a regular night, I went to a different store on the same floor but they had already stopped taking orders, so I ended up at this store. There were many foreign customers and employees. I waited for about 20 minutes before entering, but they had already taken my order while I was waiting in line, so I got my food soon after being seated. The menu was simple, with only four rice bowl options. Personally, I was satisfied with just the plum rice bowl. The salmon roe was small but delicious. When the rice bowl was about one-third eaten, I was given some dashi broth to pour over it. I was happy that they would add more rice even after I finished the first serving. The dashi tea soup was also delicious and filling. I would love to visit this restaurant again and again!

Visited with 4 people on Saturday afternoon. There were about 10 people waiting, but we were able to enter in about 20 minutes due to the fast turnover. Orders were taken while waiting in line, so the service was very smooth. The restaurant only has counter seats. It has a quiet atmosphere where even solo diners can eat comfortably. The seafood bowl doesn't have slices of fish, but a mixture of minced fish like negitoro with pieces of salmon, shrimp, cucumber, etc. It's more like a seafood bowl with raw fish like namero. After enjoying the seafood, you can also have tai dashi chazuke. The dashi with a gentle yuzu fragrance was very delicious. I want to drink a lot of this dashi alone. Also, the rice portion is generous, so it's recommended to ask for less if you can't eat a lot.

I came to eat at this Tsujihan in Roppongi because I had eaten at the main branch about 8 years ago and enjoyed the last soup-soaked rice and seafood. The atmosphere of this branch felt like a mix of fast-food restaurants. When they initially served soy sauce, there was something floating in it, so I asked for a replacement. I was a bit concerned if there were ingredients in the soy sauce, but the new one seemed fine. The seafood bowl they served seemed like it was made with various types of fish minced together. I was also curious about the oil they used, as it didn't seem like the natural oil from the fish. Overall, I felt like the price matched the quality, and I probably won't be coming back. Thank you for the meal.

I visited for lunch. I have been to Nihonbashi a few times, so I imagined the taste there and went, but honestly, it wasn't that great. It is located inside a commercial facility, so maybe they prioritize turnover rate? The donburi bowls always had the toppings pre-made and waiting... The staff were not Japanese, so it can't be helped.

The restaurant is always crowded, located in Ark Hills. They serve a seafood bowl (similar to a negitoro mixed rice bowl) with plenty of seating available, so the wait is around 10 to 20 minutes. You can either eat the bowl as is or have it with dashi poured over it to enjoy it as a soup. The operation seems to be simplified, making it easy for both customers and staff. It's impressive that the surrounding stores are also under the same management.

Today I came to Akasaka Ark Hills to listen to a classical concert. Before that, I had a luxurious seafood bowl at Nihonbashi Kaisendon Tsujihan Ark Hills branch. The bowl cost 1250 yen and came with various seafood toppings like whitebait. The bowl was filled with a variety of seafood flavors and textures, making it a unique and delicious dish. It was a hot and humid day, so I decided to have this instead of ramen. The bowl was served quickly, piled high with tuna, marinated tuna, clams, mussels, and squid. It was a bit difficult to eat as is, so I mixed it up and added some special soy sauce before eating. The combination of the different seafood flavors was really tasty. Finally, I poured some broth over the remaining rice and added some fresh sea bream sashimi to make a sea bream tea rice dish. It was also delicious. The restaurant had a diverse clientele, but the service was much improved and the atmosphere was comfortable. Thank you for the meal.

When there are choices like regular, medium, and large in dishes like rice bowls, what do you do? I tend to be a bit greedy, so I almost always go for the large size... I can't help but think about when I'll have the chance to eat it again. That was the case this day too. Without really considering the differences, I ordered the large size. Even though you can change the taste with dashi tea after a while, the continuous same taste of bara chirashi left me a bit overwhelmed. I should have started with a smaller size like regular or medium to see how it goes. Also, the sea urchin that comes with the medium and large sizes. It looks quite impressive in size, but it has a strong unpleasant taste that doesn't suit my preference at all. Considering the long lines at the Nihonbashi store during lunchtime in the past, it seems that the convenience has improved a lot lately, probably due to the increase in the number of stores. Next time, I'll order a regular size.

When the main store in Nihonbashi first opened, I used to go there almost every day, but now it's quite crowded. In contrast, Ark Hills is easy to access as it is located inside an office building. I ordered the most basic chirashi sushi. The delicate combination of ingredients was as exquisite as ever, and I couldn't stop eating. After finishing the bowl, I was served a special sesame sauce sashimi and a tai dashi chazuke. If it's not a quick lunch during work, I recommend enjoying it with some sake.

On June 4, 2023, I visited Tsujihan at Ark Hills store, located about a 2-minute walk from Roppongi-itchome Station on the Tokyo Metro Namboku Line. I had previously visited the main store in Nihonbashi, which is always crowded with long waiting times. However, at the Ark Hills store, I was able to enter without any wait. I ordered: - "Luxurious Bowl Special" for ¥3,600 - "Extra Ikura" for an additional ¥400 After a short wait, a beautifully decorated and luxurious bowl arrived, shining brightly. The bowl was filled with 9 different types of seafood including tuna, chutoro, squid, shirasu (whitebait), tsubugai (whelk), mirugai (geoduck clam), shrimp, ikura (salmon roe), and uni (sea urchin). Each bite offered a different taste and texture, creating a delightful experience. I was so engrossed in enjoying the dish that I forgot to order the ochazuke (tea poured over rice) to finish. However, I was able to enjoy a light and refreshing Tsukudani (preserved food simmered in soy sauce) tea poured over rice made with sea bream dashi and yuzu zest. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the various ways I could enjoy the food at Tsujihan. Considering the long wait at the main store, visiting this location might allow for a smoother dining experience. Thank you for the delicious meal!
