Quietly flowing classical music, a stylish and clean interior. Attentive and thoughtful staff. I think it's a wonderful place to spend a pleasant time with loved ones. The dishes have a lot of herbs like celery and herbs, so preferences may vary. I personally like herbs, so I found it delicious. Overall, there were many sweet and sour flavors. I preferred the consomme soup over the French cuisine. I also tried the ham from pig's feet, which was incredibly mellow, juicy, and tender, truly exquisite. I will definitely order it again next time. It was nice that they had a wide selection of soft drinks in addition to the alcohol menu. It would be even better if the prices were a bit lower.

The consommé at Hapsburg Filechen the other day was so delicious that I feel like going there regularly. The taste was even more amazing this time and I was truly filled with happiness ❤️ The appetizer of trout was great, but the additional Wiener Bainschinken (smoked Vienna traditional boiled ham) was shockingly delicious! I always look forward to the soup here, but I definitely want to try this boiled ham again!! The new onion soup from Awaji Island this time and the consommé were consistently delicious. Because the dishes are unfamiliar, there are fresh and new discoveries every time, making it a restaurant that I love too much, where I am always impressed and learning ❤️

I had a wonderful Viennese experience with elegant interior at this restaurant. Located in a prime location in Ginza, it offers a quiet and sophisticated atmosphere to enjoy special moments with loved ones. The dishes prepared by an Austrian national certified Kuchemeister (chef) who inherits the food culture, recreate the authentic flavors while presenting simple and delicate Austrian cuisine with a refined taste that suits the preferences of the Japanese people using fresh ingredients.

【Number of visits: 2 times】I visited this restaurant for the first time after seeing it in the "Lonely Planet World Gourmet Guide" Austria page. I decided to go for the lunch full course. The space between tables is quite spacious, with chandeliers and a grand piano, creating an elegant and gorgeous atmosphere. The course included two types of amuse-bouche, marinated swordfish, cauliflower soup, sautéed saury (forgot to take a photo), sorbet, Wiener Schnitzel with an additional charge, Austrian crepe, petit fours, and coffee. The Wiener Schnitzel is a thinly sliced meat cutlet, served without sauce, but with lemon to squeeze or salad on the side as a substitute for sauce, a specialty dish. The yellow potatoes in the salad were surprisingly delicious. The ingredients used in the course may vary slightly depending on the day's procurement, as the salmon appetizer was changed to swordfish. The menu seems to change irregularly, so the menu itself may vary depending on the timing. You can choose consommé soup for the cauliflower soup, but the cauliflower mousse (cold) floating on the warm cauliflower soup was incredibly delicious, so I recommend it if you like potage! The dessert is a thick Austrian crepe. All wines are Austrian wines. Since I couldn't understand the menu for glass wines, I had a three-glass wine pairing. Noteworthy is the variety of coffee options after the meal! It's so fun to choose a Wiener coffee with liqueur! I chose the Maria Theresa, which includes orange liqueur. It's rich with plenty of whipped cream and orange peel. Since it was written in the menu that dessert substitutions are for two people, I plan to revisit with someone next time.

I made a reservation and entered the restaurant. It was empty at first, but after an hour it became full. It seemed like it was fully booked with reservations. It seems to be a popular restaurant. I had reserved a 4-course meal for 6,400 yen. It included appetizer, soup, main course, and dessert. Before the appetizer, we were served a small dish as a greeting from the restaurant. For an additional 1,900 yen, I could upgrade the main course to the Austrian classic dish Wiener Schnitzel, so I decided to go for it. Before the appetizer, the recommended dishes were white asparagus and ham, each priced at 1,400 yen. I only wanted one, but they brought two servings. It was a miscalculation. I felt bad declining, but it clearly exceeded my budget. The white asparagus was delicious, but the ham was not so great. It tasted more like fish sausage despite being meat. The appetizer of bacon fry, mashed trout, and lentil paste was tasty. The onion soup was very sweet and delicious. The consomme soup felt like a high-end ramen soup, tasty but not a perfect match. The Wiener Schnitzel was made by layering thin beef, adding air, and frying it. It looks big but deflates due to the air. It tasted great with the purple paste underneath. I was too full for dessert, so I couldn't eat much.

I went to buy cookies, but when I heard there were lunch seats available, I decided to have lunch without hesitation. The staff kindly explained the menu in detail, but it was all unfamiliar to me. I also ordered the seasonal limited white asparagus as an extra. Everything was delicious and beautifully presented. The calm atmosphere and attentive service were also impressive. It's no wonder they have high ratings.

I had been wanting to go there for a long time, but it was hard to make a reservation (seems like they often get booked for private events). Finally, I was able to go with my mother! The restaurant is run by a "Austrian National Certified Küchenmeister" recognized as a successor of Austrian food culture, so you can enjoy traditional Austrian dishes and sweets while in Japan! The food was delicious, and the dessert at the end was amazing. My mother had a dessert called Palatschinken, a crepe-like pastry filled with fruit compote, while I, being greedy, had both Sachertorte and Linzertorte. They offer a variety of Viennese coffee, and I had Maria Theresia! (I can't remember what my mother had...) Someday when I visit the real Vienna, I will definitely go cafe hopping!

The calm and lovely atmosphere of the restaurant was even better than in the photos, and my excitement went up the moment I walked in! I chose a 4-course meal, and every dish was delicious, leaving me completely satisfied! I think it's a perfect place for special occasions like anniversaries, as well as for gatherings with friends, dates, or family meals. I would love to visit again in the future!

I met up after a long time and went to the restaurant. Last time I had pork, so this time I decided to have beef. Since it's my second visit, I'll only mention the standout points. The schnitzel was fluffy with a soft coating and meat inside. When I had it in Vienna, the meat was more substantial inside and the coating wasn't as fluffy, but maybe that's the restaurant's style. It was still delicious. Western cuisine always has exceptionally tasty desserts. Japanese food is delicious, but desserts are often lacking, like just cut fruits. Kadowaki's desserts are good, but they always serve ricotta cheese with honey. The desserts at a Japanese restaurant in Akasaka called Kien were the best, with homemade sweet bean paste. That was delicious. Sorry for digressing. This time, I tried the Salzburger Nockerln, a Salzburg-style soufflé-like dish. It was fluffy, creamy, with a hint of salt that added to the flavor. It's made with eggs, a little wheat flour to make it fluffy. It was the best dessert I've had in the past two years! Unfortunately, you can't get the soufflé as takeout, but it's truly delicious. In terms of value for money, you can have this course for around 10,000 yen per person during the day, so I don't think it's bad. In Tokyo, I consider 10,000 yen during the day and under 30,000 yen at night to be reasonable. Would I go again? Of course, the food is delicious, but I'm addicted to soufflés.

The meals, wine, and service enjoyed in a calm atmosphere are all excellent. Austrian cuisine may not be well-known in Japan, but it is very sophisticated and suitable for Japanese palates. Be sure to try the Salzburger Nockerl dessert!

I visited for lunch on a weekday. In the evening, I attended a concert by a Ukrainian composer at the Bösendorfer Hall in Hibiya. Before that, I visited Vienna in Ginza for a late lunch. I decided to create a mood of touring Central and Eastern Europe. On the 7th floor of a building facing Ginza's Chuo Street, there is a door to Vienna. The elegant view that cannot be imagined from the exterior spreads out. It seems common in Ginza to have a high-class space inside a mixed-use building, but this place has enough unexpectedness to surprise companions. The 4-course lunch set including tax is 6,400 yen. Both lunch and dinner offer 3 different courses based on the number of dishes, and this time I chose the middle course. The course with fewer dishes allowed a choice between appetizer or soup, but today we could enjoy both in the 4-course menu. Each course is a prefixed style with options. The volume was just like being in Austria. I had forgotten until I sat down that Austrian cuisine is known for its generous portions. I have seen reviews calling it "court cuisine," but I couldn't find the word "court cuisine" on the website. I think this restaurant showcases a variety of Austrian cuisine, not just limited to court dishes. In the elegant space adorned with chandeliers and Viennese waltzes, the dishes are simple and friendly. - Amuse-bouche: Greetings from the kitchen, Tasmanian salmon in a pie-like form - Bread: Kaiser roll and rye bread with whipped fermented butter, both really delicious and contribute to the feeling of fullness - Appetizer: Braised Oyama chicken thigh with fragrant leeks and paprika in a jelly terrine, rolled Tyrolean ham with fresh celeriac and moistly cooked Yamato chicken breast salad - Soup: Vienna's consommé soup "Lindzuppe" simmered with beef shank and root vegetables, served with a crispy sponge cake "Schöberl" with various mushrooms, deeply flavorful and very satisfying - Main course: Wagyu tail paprika stew "Goulash" with Austrian traditional short pasta mixed with egg yolk, a voluminous dish that fills half the plate, bursting with flavor despite feeling like bursting at the seams - Dessert: Apple strudel, a traditional sweet where apples are wrapped in thinly stretched strudel dough - Coffee and petit fours: Café Melange with several coffee options, ordering "Viennese coffee" may lead to different expectations, so it's nice to have menus with names and explanations now, offering a variety of choices - Mignardises: Austrian cuisine is not complicated, it has simple and nostalgic flavors. However, the dish names are less familiar to us than French cuisine. It's appreciated when the staff explains with roots or compares to familiar dishes, making the detailed explanations valuable. It's a shame to just let the information flow by. I recommend visiting with the intention of enjoying and learning. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

This was my first time trying Austrian cuisine, and it was very delicious. The atmosphere in the restaurant was calm and relaxing. While river fish is the main dish due to Austria's geography, they skillfully prepared and seasoned the fish to minimize the river fish taste and make it delicious, comparable to the sea fish commonly found in French cuisine. I was impressed by how well they brought out the flavors of the ingredients through their cooking and seasoning.

I was recently thinking about having some French cuisine, and was introduced to this place. When I first visited, I decided to go for the full course to fully enjoy the experience. The dishes were exceptional, catering perfectly to both me and my elderly companion. I was so engrossed in savoring the food that I even forgot to snap a picture of the appetizer made with ayu fish. For the main course, I requested my favorite schnitzel that I used to enjoy during my trips to Salzburg. The schnitzel, inflated with an unfamiliar air, was served to me. The wine selection was also outstanding, especially a rich wine with the aroma of pinot that I found particularly delightful. Overall, it was a flawless dining experience with nothing to complain about. The Klimt artworks in the restaurant were also very impressive. Thank you for the wonderful meal!

It's a restaurant I've been curious about for a while! You can relax in a calm atmosphere. We ordered a course meal. The soup was corn soup with a rich corn flavor like mousse inside! It was a cold soup but very delicious!! When we asked for additional prosciutto, they cut it right in front of us! The main dish was a cutlet! Simple but the most delicious! We also had dessert and were full! Enjoyed my favorite wine, it was a happy weekend!

A lunch meeting with classical music lovers. It was an elegant gathering to enjoy Austrian cuisine, as we were talking about music! The course was 7500 yen with one drink included. We started with a toast with sparkling wine. The menu included marinated Tasmanian salmon with dill mustard, red pepper cream soup with herbs, roasted Sazae pork with sauerkraut, yogurt slice with white wine jelly, coffee, petits fours, and Habsburg original blend tea. The portions were quite generous, almost worrying if we could finish the main meat dish. The atmosphere was amazing, bright with high ceilings and chandeliers. The overall experience was elegant, with a piano and the possibility of hosting concerts (for an additional fee). It was a lovely lunchtime!
