I love the meat restaurant, Meat Yuzawa. The hamburgers here are truly delicious, they really know their meat. I always struggle between getting the Kalbi bento from the restaurant next door, Seryu-en. I decided to buy the $20 hamburger bento and boarded the Tohoku Shinkansen. Once on board, I took a moment to relax and started eating. I like to eat quickly, so I cut the hamburger into 6 pieces with a knife and got ready. I took a bite of the hamburger, followed by a mouthful of rice, and repeated. It was pure bliss until the last piece. The creamy mashed potatoes were smooth and helped everything go down well. I feel like I can make it through work tonight, thank you, Meat Yuzawa.
