Ramen (less noodles, garlic, oil) for 850 yen, green onions for 100 yen, salt-pickled shredded ginger for 100 yen, quail egg for 100 yen, raw egg for 50 yen. I'll summarize briefly since it's a revisit. I came back after half a year to Ramen Jiro Kanda Jimbocho branch. Normally they are open until around 5:00 PM, but in the summer they often close around 3:00 PM due to the heat. Because of that, the line that would usually take an hour to wait in was only about 40 minutes this time, and I was able to get inside the restaurant. The menu had changed slightly since my last visit. There used to be a menu item called Negi Tamago, but that was gone and now there were separate options for green onions and raw eggs. As for the taste, it left the same impression as last time, truly showing their quality. However, I felt the flavor was a bit lighter than I expected, so next time I visit, I will definitely add extra garlic. This time I asked for fewer noodles, but since they were thick, it felt like a lot of noodles. I was worried if I could finish it all, but it was delicious as usual, and thanks to the additional toppings, I was able to eat comfortably. Mixing the raw egg and green onions like I had last time with the Negi Tamago, the richness of the egg yolk and the freshness of the green onions matched well and went nicely with the noodles. In fact, I feel like only the Jimbocho branch of Jiro could have such a good match between raw egg and noodles. Also, I forgot to ask for salt-pickled shredded ginger last time, but when I added it halfway through, the soup became light and I could eat without feeling heavy even towards the end. Additionally, I was satisfied that both pork slices were tender and delicious. I definitely want to visit again.

Small ramen (less noodles), with garlic, oil, spicy quail eggs, shredded ginger, and raw egg. We started lining up around 3:30 PM, and there were about 20 people in front of us. Finally got our bowls at 5:15 PM. The bowl was carefully presented, with a shiny oil film glistening on top. It really whets your appetite. First, I enjoyed the vegetables with the oil. The oil itself doesn't have much flavor, but when you order the spicy quail eggs, they pour a seasoning over the oil, creating a dressing. You can eat as many vegetables as you want. While eating the vegetables, I met the pork. Since it said "2 slices" on the menu, I submerged the thicker pork slice in the soup and started with the smaller, thinner slice. It was fibrous yet tender and flavorful. After a while, unexpectedly, another slice of pork appeared! It was like a well-balanced braised pork with a good amount of fat. One bite and I was in heaven. I quickly followed it with some vegetables. This surprise pork was just amazing. It reminded me of the tender and flavorful pork from Sakujii that I had before. It was delicious. Even though you have to wait in line, it makes you crave it. Such restaurants are great. Eating a bowl when you have time and a satisfied stomach is pure happiness.

I arrived at the restaurant around 12:30 on a weekday. There was quite a long line, and I had to wait for about 1 hour and 30 minutes before being seated. I ordered the "Kodobuta" with extra vegetables as toppings. Compared to Ramen Jiro from another store, this place was definitely tastier. The wait was worth it. Also, I felt like there was more noodles compared to the other store. It was quite challenging to finish it all, so next time I'll go for a smaller portion.

I revisited Jiro in Jimbocho. It's the number one Jiro I frequent, but the line is always crazy, so I avoid it in the summer and it's been about a month since my last visit. I arrived an hour before opening and there were already 7 people ahead of me. Quite early for a weekday. While waiting leisurely, an assistant came out 20 minutes before opening to confirm the noodle portion. Since the portion is large, I asked for half as usual. The restaurant opened on time. At that time, there were over 20 people waiting in line, as popular as ever. The cooking progressed slowly, and I was served around 11:30. The small ramen (garlic) with salt-preserved ginger had a beautiful presentation typical of Jimbocho. Even the normal amount of vegetables was quite generous. I dipped the vegetables in the soup and took a bite. Mmm, delicious!! The vegetables were crunchy with no strange smell, and they stimulated my appetite with the aroma of the soup. Vegetables in Jimbocho always taste so good. The noodles were thick and straight. I usually ask for them to be a bit soft, but even at default, they were not too hard and quite tasty. The soup was topped with surface oil and piping hot. There was a strong aroma of wheat, and the experience of eating Jiro was amazing. The pork slices were large and tender with less fat, yet still flavorful and satisfying. Lately, the pork in Jimbocho has been consistently good. I ate one slice and soaked the other in the soup. The soup had a slight emulsification, maybe? It had a strong soy sauce flavor with a little solid oil floating on top. Today, this soup was a hit!! The strong aroma and umami of the pork, combined with the strong seasoning, made it incredibly delicious! The garlic aroma also paired perfectly. Occasionally refreshing my mouth with ginger, I enjoyed the pork and noodles, sipped some soup, and finished my meal. The owner asked if I had enough or if my health check was okay, and we chatted a bit. Oh man, it was delicious!! Jimbocho is always reliable and never disappoints, but today's meal might have been the best ever. The line is long and the turnover is slow, so the wait is significant (about 3 minutes per person). Still, it's a bowl worth waiting for. As it's getting cooler, I might visit more often again. Thank you for the meal! m(_ _)m

I thought it wouldn't be crowded in the typhoon, but to my surprise, there was a one-hour line when I arrived. When I reached the entrance of the restaurant, they asked me about the size, and I ordered a regular portion. I usually order a large portion at other ramen shops, so I was worried if I could finish it. Somehow, I managed to finish it before it got cold, and it was delicious. If you have a small appetite, it might be better to order a smaller portion.

Friday, 1:10 PM. I took a chance and there was a line of about 20 people today. They operate on a complete turnover system for groups of 5 or 6, and despite the slow turnover due to the generous portions, I decided to wait without hesitation. Looks like I'll be the fourth in line outside. An assistant guided me to the front of the shop where I confirmed my noodle size choice. I went with the small size. I had tried the noodles extra firm last time when they were thicker, but I prefer the default texture, so I stuck with that today. I was seated inside and ordered the small pork ramen for 950 yen at the ticket machine, then took a seat at the counter far right. I could see the owner meticulously hand-kneading the noodles before cooking them from across the counter. After waiting for 70 minutes, I was asked if I wanted garlic. I requested fewer vegetables than usual, garlic, and extra fat. The bowl arrived. The volume is always impressive. Even with fewer vegetables, it's piled high. I ate the vegetables with the fat dressing and then dug into the pork. The noodles are flipped over. The noodles soaked in the soup have a delicious color. Then it's just about devouring it. The thick slices of pork, hot soup, and noodles with a rich fat content are enjoyed alternately. The soup, which looks thin with liquid oil on the surface, has a salty taste and a strong pork broth flavor, giving it a punch. There were five large pieces of pork, some rolled up, and smaller ones, and the volume is just incredible. I was completely absorbed, not savoring the food at all, but the Jiro ramen was unbelievably delicious. I finished it all despite being completely stuffed. Thank you for the meal.

If you are looking for a creamy soup base, you might be a bit disappointed. Personally, I often go to Ramen Butsuyama, and their ramen is hearty with a strong garlic and sweet soup flavor. In contrast, the ramen here has a fairly strong soy sauce base. If you like a refreshing taste with a soy sauce base, you might enjoy it! Also, I ordered a regular amount of noodles and toppings, but surprisingly, it was gone in no time! If you can handle Butsuyama's servings, you might even want to go for extra toppings here. Thank you for the meal!

It's about 1km from Kanda Station, and it takes about 15 minutes to walk slowly to the restaurant. When I arrived at 9:54, there was already one person in line, and three more, including me, lined up almost at the same time. A total of 4 people in line. The outdoor temperature has been over 35°C for several days, so I was worried about my health while waiting, but luckily it was cloudy with plenty of shade, making it a comfortable temperature to wait. However, it started drizzling a little after 10 am. The rain would come and go, and it continued until the restaurant opened. Around 10:30, an assistant came out to confirm the noodle portion. I ordered the "small" size. I didn't realize at that time that I had forgotten to mention that I wanted less noodles or half the amount. At 10:50, the assistant came out and flipped the sign from "preparing" to "open." I entered the restaurant in order and purchased a ramen ticket for ¥850 and an extra raw egg for ¥50 from the ticket machine. I sat at the counter and placed my ticket. I still forgot to ask for less noodles or half the amount. Noodle lifting started in about 7-8 minutes, and I was asked for my preferences. It was then that I realized I had forgotten to mention about the noodle portion. I requested extra garlic and oil. The ramen was served! It was at this point that I also realized I had forgotten to ask for less pork. Since there was no spoon, I started eating from the vegetables. The vegetables were oily but not heavily seasoned, so the dressing effect was mild. The vegetables were crunchy. I wanted to dip the vegetables in the soup, so I pulled out the noodles. It ended up being a bit messy. The noodles were short and straight, cooked al dente. There were two large pieces of pork in the bowl, with a tender texture. It was very delicious, and I finished it all. Thank you for the meal.

First visit. It was around noon, and when I arrived, there was a line of about 15 people, but while I was waiting, the line grew to about 30 people. To enter the restaurant, you line up at a corner of the street on the building side across from the store. You buy the meal ticket when you enter later. There is a pylon at the front of the line, so you line up at the end. It may be confusing at first because the front of the line is in the opposite direction from the entrance of the store. When you get closer to the front of the line, the staff will ask about the amount of noodles and firmness, and you respond. Once a seat becomes available, the staff will prompt you to enter, and you buy the meal ticket for the amount of noodles you were asked about earlier at the ticket machine. Toppings can also be added at this point. Purchased ramen and raw egg. Ordered with only a little garlic. It took less than 10 minutes to be served. The taste was mild and easy to eat, and it was my preferred style of Jiro ramen. The amount of noodles felt larger than other Jiro ramen shops. Since there is no ladle, the soup may be difficult to drink. There were only two staff members, but they seemed kind. I would like to come back again if I have the chance.

- Ordered: Small ramen (850 yen) with half noodles, extra vegetables, garlic, and extra pork fat - Impression: Despite waiting in the heat, the first bite was incredibly delicious. Even with half noodles, the portion size was generous. The noodles were thick and generally on the softer side. The soup was also on the lighter side. The pork char siu was exceptionally delicious. Thank you for the meal. - Situation: Arrived around 11:30 AM, waited in line with about 20 people. Waited for about an hour before being seated.

I am in my late 40s and have recently become a fan of Jiro ramen. This is my visit report to Ramen Jiro, my 26th visit in 2 months since May. When I arrived at 9 o'clock, there were 3 people waiting. I wanted to just stay there, but the first group in the midsummer sun was extremely hot. Although it was cloudy today, I didn't know what would happen in the next 2 hours, so I moved away and aimed for the top of the second group, number 7, from a distance. However, the following group didn't continue, and I was seriously worried. Finally, at 9:15, I lined up at the top of the second group. I unfolded my folding chair, placed a frozen water bottle under my arm, and patiently waited while watching Amazon Prime. The line after that, at 9:30, there were 8 people, and at 10:30, 7 people went inside to use the restroom, and it was like a lively izakaya. It was enviable, or rather, it was almost envious (laughs). At that time, the line was about 30 people. Then an assistant came out and instructed only 6 people to move from the second group to the side of the first group. It seems faster than usual. I couldn't sit in the middle of the road, so I reluctantly folded my chair and stood for 30 minutes. At 10:45, the group using the shutter left. An assistant came out and confirmed the volume, and I ordered my ramen with less noodles. The shop opened at 11 o'clock. The line at that time was about 40 people. I purchased a ramen for 850 yen from the ticket machine. In the end, it was cloudy today, and the sunlight was weak, so it might have been fine to be in the first group (laughs). Inside the shop, the operation is always done by the master and the assistant. The counter in the shop has 11 seats, with cute dividers. The non-fixed round chairs are still too high, and the seating comfort is terrible. The table condiments are coarse ground chili pepper and white pepper. Only plastic chopsticks are available, no disposable chopsticks or spoons. There are hangers. By the way, I sit in the 11th seat at the far right back, but there is absolutely no air conditioning here, and the heat from the boiling pot flows in, making it so hot. This seat was the worst and a big mistake (laughs). The serving of the first batch started at 11:15. At 11:30, I called for no vegetables, garlic, and extra sauce. It took 2 hours and 30 minutes from lining up to being served. In short, I couldn't fully appreciate the deliciousness due to the extreme heat (laughs). When the ramen was served, I had already been sitting on a super sauna seat for 30 minutes and had lost my appetite due to the heat. As I ate, I felt my insides getting warmer directly (laughs). It was so hot. The sweat wouldn't stop. Rather than enjoying Jiro, I just wanted to escape from this hell as soon as possible! That's how I felt. I felt like I was going to get heatstroke from eating Jiro. The pork today was not as good as usual, a bit dry. By the way, this was my first time trying no vegetables at Kanda. To be honest, I have zero interest in Jiro's vegetables (bean sprouts). Kanda has a volume that makes you feel like you're going to die even with less noodles, so I called for no vegetables. Thanks to that, the volume was less of a struggle than usual. Ah, I regret that I didn't feel the satisfaction of waiting for 2 and a half hours today (T . T)

Visited a popular Jiro ramen shop in Tokyo. Ordered the ramen for 850 yen and a raw egg for 50 yen. The vegetable and noodles came as default, and the portion was overwhelmingly huge! Compared to other Jiro shops, this one already has a larger portion, so if it's your first time here, I recommend asking for less noodles even if you love Jiro. The taste is, needless to say, delicious. The vegetables were crunchy, the noodles had a good firmness with a rich wheat flavor. The soup was creamy and had a strong pork flavor, super tasty. The chashu here is especially tender and recommended! You line up first, then buy your food ticket after being instructed by the staff. We lined up around 1 pm on a weekday and waited for an hour.

I visited Ramen Jiro Kanda Jimbocho store, which was ranked in the top 100 in 2019. It's currently rated 3.73 on Tabelog's TOP5000. It seems like a popular spot even with the long lines. The staff redirected me to a waiting area due to the heat. It was scorching hot, but the Jiro fans waiting in line were amazing. I wanted to buy water or tea but realized I had no change. The weather was sweltering at 34 degrees Celsius with high humidity. The store was also hot inside. The ramen was rich and filling, with thick chashu and lots of bean sprouts. The noodles were delicious, and mixing in garlic barely made a dent in the portion. The intense flavor and large serving size made it a challenging but satisfying experience. It was a tasty meal, but the heat and quantity made it tough.

Ramen Jiro Kanda Jinbocho Store @ A popular restaurant where finding happiness in a familiar bowl and waiting in line has become a local tradition. I went there after a long time, thinking that there wouldn't be many people lining up in the steamy heat, but I was wrong. Everyone was queuing in a long line, and I was worried about heatstroke. Even with the price adjustment, it's still quite cheap for the quality you get. Nowadays, there are many ramen shops that cost over a thousand yen, so I ordered a small bowl with soft noodles and a little garlic. The extras included quail eggs, ginger, green onions, and a seasoned egg. Following the owner's recommendation, I first savored the clear taste of the broth. In the early hours, the broth hadn't accumulated much fat, so I could enjoy a clear flavor that I like. After thoroughly enjoying it, I mixed everything up, and the noodles soaked in the sauce emerged, leaving me with a happy feeling. The soft noodles were also great. It's interesting how one's preferences change over time from eating at Jiro for so long. Ah, it was delicious! The Jinbocho store is really tasty. It's such a happy thing to have a place like this nearby.

If you are interested in the B-1 Grand Prix, please take a look at the reviews of my Ramen Jiro Uenomei store. If you want to overwhelm yourself with high-quality "pork" and feel like you want to die from eating too much, then I am confident that this is the right place for you. Today, passing through the Jimbocho area, I decided to visit this shop without taking any risks. It had been a few years since I last visited Jiro in Jimbocho. I remember ordering the large pork back then and feeling close to death due to its overwhelming volume. Taking that experience into account, I decided to relive that amazing pork once again. Today's order: Small pork for 950 yen, without garlic (as I will be meeting people later). I debated whether to increase the vegetables since I opted for the default small size, but it seemed like a sufficient amount even without adding more (which was the right choice). Taste impressions: The noodles are unusually thick and straight, with a balance of strength and elegance. They are excitingly delicious and have a pleasant texture. The pork is divine in various ways. There are different flavors such as rolled belly meat, tender cuts, and fatty cuts. And above all, the generous volume is remarkable. Just by adding 100 yen, you get such a generous serving. I wonder how much it would cost to buy this much simmered pork at a deli. I highly recommend adding extra pork, but the total volume should be considered. If you find the default serving already filling, the large portion is out of the question. You won't be able to finish it, so adjust your order by requesting "less noodles" or "half portion," or "fewer vegetables" to a manageable amount. The vegetables are also impeccable, with high-quality bean sprouts. They are a good size, free of unnecessary roots, fresh, white, crisp, and make you want to compliment the quality of the bean sprouts. The soup is slightly emulsified with accumulated umami flavors towards closing time. It doesn't have a thick consistency, but the slightly seasoned soup envelops the noodles, vegetables, and pork harmoniously. Overall, this shop is like a perennial European representative team in the G-World Cup of soccer, where it's hard to distinguish between the top contenders. Additional notes: - Purchase rules for meal tickets: Follow the staff's guidance for entering and purchasing meal tickets. You don't need to judge by looking at the available seats (you may be asked to wait instead). - Waiting in line: You don't line up in a single row from the entrance of the shop. When you reach the vending machine, you line up on the opposite side of the street. Once that area fills up, the line extends across the street. If it's your first time and you find it confusing, ask people already in line where you should queue. - Cleanliness of the shop: Despite being a long-established ramen shop, the cleanliness of the kitchen is impeccable, reflecting the owner's dedication. - Master's movements: The relaxed yet meticulously calculated and efficient movements of the owner are reminiscent of a master of drunken fist martial arts. While waiting, instead of playing on your smartphone, observe the owner's movements with fascination.

I visited "Ramen Jiro Kanda Jinbocho Shop" this time! I ordered the Small Pork Ramen for 850 yen + 2 raw eggs for 50 yen each, totaling 950 yen. I have tried various Jiro and Jiro-style ramen before, and finally I was able to visit the Kanda Jinbocho shop! There was a considerable line of customers, but we were seated in about 30 minutes. I handed in my meal ticket and received my ramen in just 10 minutes! I ordered it with extra pork fat and seasoned soy sauce. It was packed with vegetables, and it was a rare find to see so many vegetables in one place! The vegetables were very crunchy and satisfying to eat. There was quite a lot of noodles, and I regretted not ordering a smaller portion! The soup was a non-emulsified type, with a strong soy sauce flavor! It was a bit salty with the seasoned soy sauce, but the balance between the broth and soy sauce was well-maintained, and it was delicious! The chashu (roast pork) was also quite large, with a rich flavor that permeated the meat, making it delicious as well! Overall, the balance of flavors was well done, and I now understand why there was a line. I will definitely stop by again when I am in the area! Thank you for the meal!

Ramen (small) for 850 yen, quail eggs (5 pieces) for 100 yen. Two people waiting in line before the weekday opening at 10 am. When the restaurant opened, there were 18 people waiting. The ramen was served at 11:15 am, 15 minutes after the opening. This was my first visit in 2023. It was a very satisfying bowl with a generous portion that was easy to slurp up. Thank you for the meal. Key points: Perfect balance of pork broth, sharp seasoning, and liquid fat in the soup. Good texture in the medium-thick noodles. The large-sized pork slices had just the right amount of flavor and tenderness.

Kanda / Ramen Jiro Kanda Store [Jiro Virgin Graduation Store.] During the heyday of Mixi, I created a ramen category in the albums and made up to three albums. I uploaded up to 100 photos for each album, so making three albums means I ate between 201 and 300 meals. When I was a university student, I thought Jiro ramen was garbage in the ramen genre and was not interested at all, rather avoided it. However, as a working adult, I remember losing my Jiro virginity in Kanda about 6-7 years ago. At that time, my previous job was in Kanda, and I used to go there occasionally. It was around the time Jirorian, who answered interviews after being robbed, and the now famous Always Nike were born. "Jiro always surpasses the high passing score level." At that time, I was in a phase of clashing with the bouncers at Jiro. (Personally, the bouncers were really delicious.) It was like Jiro was too much → the bouncers were too much → Tachikawa Machimashi, saying various things. And as a Jiro beginner, how many times I failed miserably at this store... On my first visit, I managed to finish the noodles but tried to hide the pork, sinking it in the soup lake, and even had to leave some food uneaten. On the second and third visits, I honestly apologized to the shop owner for leaving the pork, and there were a few times I left it. I also remember saying, "Shoga Mashi!" and being told, "Sorry, we don't have ginger here." (This was because of the bouncers) I also remember bringing a colleague's super slender big eater Madonna or a delicate girl, but succumbing to the pressure from the men in the next batch, making her regretfully half-crying, "I could have eaten it if I had more time," like a former swimmer. I also went to Kitchen Nankai, Sabouru, and Kurosu on their 5th day of opening. Shio, Katsumoto, Tsujita, Imoya, Ethiopia, nostalgic~. Kanda, filled with such memories. Sorry, that was a long introduction, haha. Now, after finishing a health checkup, I decided to head to Kanda for the best bowl of ramen. There were 30 people in line. I was really on the verge of giving up, but I lined up. In the end, I lined up for 2 hours. (There is definitely room for improvement in the operation) (I properly used my paid time off) And now, it's not a 6-person batch, but a 5-person batch, which surprised me. And worst of all, I ended up being the first in the next batch. I ordered a small ramen (half noodles) with quail eggs. Seeing the owner's appearance after several years, memories from that time flashed back intensely. Yes, he was a craftsman-like shop owner who grumbled a lot~ I was quite happy to remember that. And with my batch, I was the only one with half noodles, and while the assistant was checking the noodle amounts for the customers, I felt a bit sorry as he seemed angry, saying, "Even if you ask for half noodles, you're not measuring properly, like, what does 'half' mean~" I think it's actually more disrespectful if you can't finish it, you know, because Kanda is really abnormal in terms of quantity, so I seriously thought that it takes time for first-time visitors who can't finish it to struggle and take a long time until they leave! There is definitely a way to improve the operation, I want them to earn more, so I want them to rethink their approach. I kept staring at the kitchen, wondering how much half noodles really are. I was surprised to see that they put the noodles in from the last person served! They lined up five bowls and the noodles were the last to be put in, which was my half noodles. The way they make Delo noodles ✕ productivity, I see, I understand this. And the call. Garlic, extra firm, extra cabbage, extra pork fat, please. The bowl was served. I was relieved by the abundance of vegetables. And this water surface. This soup, half cloudy. This is the essence of Kanda. There were no ladles, so I had my first kiss with the bowl and the soup... Next time, Vol. 2, definitely check it out.

Arrived around 11 o'clock on a rainy Monday, the opening time. Despite being the 11th person to enter right at opening, there were already over 10 people lined up, experiencing the popularity of Jiro-style ramen with a laugh. This restaurant operates on a system where groups of 6 or 5 people enter at a time, with a complete turnover. Groups were being seated approximately every 15-20 minutes. When we reached the front of the line as the first group of 6, a staff member came to ask about noodle quantity and firmness. Orders are placed based on sizes like one-third or half (smaller compared to regular), less (about 300g), small (around 350g), or large (450-500g). I ordered a small. After waiting for about an hour, we were seated around 12 o'clock. At this point, we purchased meal tickets. I ordered a small pork ramen for 950 yen and added 5 quail eggs for 100 yen, totaling 1050 yen. Don't forget to grab some water near the entrance before being seated! (Bringing your own non-alcoholic drinks is allowed, so it's good to prepare in advance.) Once seated, place your meal ticket on the counter and wait patiently. About 10 minutes before the ramen is ready, they ask for the amount of free toppings (known as "call") in the order of entry. There are 4 types: vegetables, pork fat, garlic, and seasoned oil, with everything except garlic included by default. You can request extra toppings (e.g., more vegetables and pork fat) and they'll add them. I called for all toppings. When the ramen arrived, it was piled high with bean sprouts and cabbage, looking impressive! This restaurant only provides white pepper and chili peppers as table seasonings, without the traditional soup base, so for those like me who struggle with flipping the bowl, extra oil and seasoned oil seem essential. Start by mixing the crunchy vegetables with the flavorful pork fat on top, and enjoy. The rich soup, with a perfect balance of soy sauce and plenty of pork umami, is not overly salty and truly delicious! The thinner, softer noodles typical of Jiro-style ramen, combined with the well-balanced pork and fat that crumbles easily, make for an excellent combination that keeps you eating non-stop. The pork was tender and plentiful, although I couldn't count the exact number of slices. Finished eating in about 10 minutes, placed the empty bowls and cups on the counter, wiped the table, said "thank you for the meal" to the staff, and left. The ramen, with all its ingredients boasting both volume and quality, at a cost of under 1000 yen, made me want to line up again just to have another taste.

I arrived just before the early closing time on Saturday. It had been a while since I saw a line crossing the intersection. About 40 people were waiting. The estimated wait time was 2 hours, but in the end, it was a 2.5-hour wait. My back hurts. The pork was a bit bland, with variations in taste depending on the individual piece. The garlic was also not very fragrant, lacking a punch. It was just right without extra pork. On the other hand, the Jumbo noodles I was looking forward to had a well-emulsified soup in the evening, becoming overwhelmingly rich towards the end. Still, thank you for always serving a high-quality bowl. The deliciousness of Jimbocho is preventing me from exploring new restaurants. I would still want to go even if the price per bowl becomes 1000 yen.

Ramen Jiro Kanda Jimbocho branch. About 5 minutes from Jimbocho. This was my first visit since they relocated. I arrived around 4:10 pm on a weekday. There were about 20 people in line. While waiting, I ordered the small portion with less noodles (850 yen). The wait time was about 1 hour. The owner prepares the ramen carefully by himself, so the store opens later than other Ramen Jiro locations. I ordered with less garlic and extra vegetables. Even though I got less noodles, the portion was similar to or even more than a small ramen at other shops. The noodles had a good texture and were delicious. The default amount of vegetables was generous, and I was happy to see plenty of cabbage. The pork was tender and flavorful. It was my first time visiting Jimbocho since they relocated, and I had a great time. Thank you for the meal!
