After seeing the reviews on Tabelog, I decided to visit this restaurant, and it was truly wonderful. My wife and I shared the salt thick noodles and soy sauce thin noodles, both of which were delicious. The thick noodles were not too wide and had a nice curl, while the thin noodles were firm; I can't decide which one to choose next time. Both soups were tasty, but I think the soy sauce one stood out the most. Besides salt and soy sauce, you can also choose from chicken white broth, so I'd like to try that next time. The atmosphere inside the restaurant was calm, the service was good, and I truly thought it was a perfect place. I want to visit again soon!

I went there after 2 p.m. and was able to enter without waiting. First of all, this place is very stylish! There is a ticket machine at the entrance, but beyond that, it has a trendy bar-like atmosphere with a low counter. I felt the goodness of the restaurant's design. I ordered the most popular soy sauce ramen with thick noodles. It's a style that doesn't use green onions. The fragrant aroma of soy sauce creates a sense of anticipation. The richness of the umami and the depth of the soy sauce in the soup are exquisite. The curly texture of the thick noodles is chewy and has a good bite. This is delicious! It's a bit pricey because it's stylish, but it seems worth it. It would have been nice if they had kept it under 1000 yen... The Chuka Soba is 1250 yen. But it was very delicious.

The special soy sauce ramen costs 1850 yen, and the mini rice bowl costs 450 yen. The price is quite high compared to the regular ramen priced at 1250 yen. Regarding the special ramen, it is the most expensive among the ramen I have had so far, with a 600 yen difference from the regular one. I was surprised that there were no wontons in the 1850 yen ramen, and the taste is a common soy sauce flavor without any unique strengths of the restaurant. The mini rice bowl is fried rice with sweet miso sauce, but it is expensive. The interior of the restaurant is stylish, with a vending machine at the entrance, and as you proceed inside, it feels like a pub with a counter. The service includes both welcoming and seeing-off. The service might be the best in the ramen scene. It's worth visiting at least once to see the interior and service. My honest impression is that the price and content do not match at all for a ramen shop.

It was a stylish ramen shop, and the soup was elegant and very delicious! The miso on top of the half-fried rice was also delicious, and I finished it all in no time! The fried rice was hot until the end and it was amazing! I would like to go again!

Even though I knew it was a soy sauce-based restaurant, I couldn't resist the temptation and ordered the chicken white broth ramen. The ramen was priced at over 1,000 yen, so I had high expectations, but I was disappointed by the refined yet underwhelming ramen. There was a poster of the Nachi Falls outside the restaurant, so I thought the price included a show element, but they just served the ramen without any special presentation or a view of the falls. I left the restaurant regretting my menu choice.

The 1250 yen ramen in the remote area of Tachikawa is really not worth it. There are too many unnecessary staff and the interior decorations give a feeling of trying to cover up the quality of the ramen. I don't understand why it's more expensive than the 1000 yen ramen in Tokyo. I don't think it's worth coming all the way from outside Tachikawa for this.

The noodles are chewy! However, the soup that arrived had a considerable amount of oil film floating on it, which may not go well with the soup. Although the taste is solid when you drink the soup, as it has a rich soy sauce flavor. I confirmed the delicious taste, but I'm not sure if I would revisit... If I were to revisit, it might be better to try something different.

I visited at 1:40 on a Tuesday afternoon, but due to the long-awaited scorching heat, there were few customers. I ordered the Premium Soy Sauce Ramen with thick noodles and a Negi Chashu Don. It cost 1700 yen, which is a bit pricey. I waited with high expectations and the dishes were served after a 6-minute wait. The soup was average and not particularly impressive, but the chashu was moist and delicious. You can enjoy two different textures of thinly sliced and cubed chashu. The service was polite and had a sense of luxury. It's not a place for students to visit after school, but I recommend it for those who have some extra money to spare.

It was delicious. The atmosphere inside the restaurant is nice, with dim lighting focusing a spotlight on the ramen. The staff are friendly. The paper apron was a nice touch. The ramen I had was the "Ultimate Shoyu Ramen" with a seasoned boiled egg, priced at 1400 yen.

Oh, a surprise find! Is this a whimsical, fatty broth? Ah, I see! It's a slightly tasty soup in the style of Jiro ramen, with slightly curly thin noodles and a salt base that's addictive! It's a delicious dish with thick noodles and a salt flavor. We stopped by on the way back from IKEA Tachikawa, but we didn't arrive until 11 a.m. on a weekday and stayed until 2 p.m. Still, we left feeling completely satisfied! Eating ramen makes me happy.

The atmosphere and customer service were really good. However, the price was a bit high for that. As for the taste, it was just average. The appearance was nice with a rich soy sauce base, but the soy sauce was overpowering and the base soup was lacking. We could choose between thick and thin noodles, but opting for thin noodles was a double failure as they were also overshadowed by the soy sauce. They should work on controlling the soy sauce, adding more flavor with chicken oil, or reconsidering the soup extraction method. Sorry for sounding so critical... On a positive note, it seems like the restaurant might excel in tsukemen (dipping noodles).

I visited this restaurant which is known to be one of the top-ranking establishments in Tachikawa. Perhaps due to recent price increases or their strong commitment to quality, the ramen here is slightly more expensive compared to other places. However, as long as it stays below 1500 yen, it is within an acceptable range. The restaurant has a strong attention to detail in its atmosphere. The ramen also has a good visual impact. As for the taste... it is delicious ramen, but it lacks the richness that really hits the spot. A well-balanced ramen, that's what it comes down to... Thank you for the meal.

Today I went on a business trip to Tokyo from the morning, and came to Hino City for the first time. After finishing the meeting, I will immediately head to Aichi, but stopped at Tachikawa Station for lunch and visited a shop called "Ramen Yukaidokoro Kyoka Tachikawa Honten," said to be the number one in Tachikawa City. The interior was dimly lit with table lights at every seat, illuminating only the eating area. I tried the "Ajitama Kiwami Shoyu Ramen" for 1,400 yen. The chicken broth was prominent with a slightly rich soy sauce flavor, not too sharp but with a deep taste. You can choose between thick and thin noodles, and I chose thick noodles. They were quite soft, but had an amazing balance with some firmness. The chashu (pork and chicken), seasoned egg, and bamboo shoots were all delicious. I enjoyed it. The service was perfect and very pleasant.

I came to Kaguya in Tachikawa at 20:48 on Monday, August 28, 2023. It is ranked 1st in Tachikawa on Tabelog with a score of 3.73, surpassing other restaurants in the top 5000. The atmosphere is nice, but I find the lighting too bright. The interior has 15 seats, with 4 customers and 3 staff members present. It might be a good spot for a date due to the dim lighting. I ordered the "Ultimate Ramen" for 1250 yen with soy sauce broth and thick noodles. It arrived at 20:54. The soup has a strong chicken flavor with a slightly sweet and punchy taste. The chashu and menma are average, but the service from the well-trained staff is pleasant. Overall, the ambiance seems to boost the restaurant's rating more than the ramen itself. I might have enjoyed it more if I hadn't eaten at so many top-notch places recently. The ramen's stats in a baseball game analogy would be: Power D, a bit lacking in something more, perhaps Power D for animal flavor, Speed C, located a bit away from the station but close to the west terminal, Arm Strength B, good manual control, Defense C, nothing special, and the special ability would be Mood Boost. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

The atmosphere inside the restaurant was quite nice with dim lighting. I was lucky to be seated without waiting. The shirayu ramen was rich but had a refreshing aftertaste, making it very delicious! I also ordered seasoned eggs, which were outstanding. It's close to Tachikawa Station, so I definitely want to go again when I'm in Tachikawa.

"Ultimate Special All Toppings Ramen for 1,850 yen. The soy sauce with thin noodles had a depth that increased with each sip. There were three types of chashu, and the square-shaped one with a nice sear was particularly delicious. The service was exceptionally attentive, which heightened the satisfaction. Since it was Friday today, I indulged in getting all the toppings. At 1,850 yen for a bowl of ramen, my expectations were high, but it didn't quite exceed them. Nonetheless, it was delicious."

I arrived at the restaurant at 7:00 PM and found that only the counter was open. The atmosphere inside was more like a bar than a ramen shop. Everyone around me was either a couple or a group. I chose the salt ramen with thick noodles. It cost 1,200 yen, which seemed a bit high to me. I think the taste is delicious, but the value for the price is a bit questionable.

Visited the popular ramen shop "Kyoka" in Tachikawa for lunch. The menu offers a variety of choices such as soy sauce, shio, and shiru, making it hard to decide. As a first-timer, I went for the classic soy sauce ramen. You can choose between thin and thick noodles, and I chose thin noodles. Upon entering the restaurant, the lighting was dimmed, with each seat at the counter lit up. The kitchen, positioned higher than the counter, felt like a theater, creating an exciting atmosphere. The ramen was served shortly after. The rich soy sauce soup, illuminated, looked beautiful and sparkly. Starting with the soup... delicious. The soy sauce flavor was prominent, well-balanced, not too strong or weak. The addition of mitsuba was a nice touch. The menma was thick and crunchy, with a pleasant sweetness from the bamboo shoots. Truly a top-class popular shop in Tachikawa. I enjoyed it very much.

The interior of the restaurant, which has only counter seats, is stylish and exudes a sense of luxury. Each seat is equipped with a spotlight, and the noodles are served directly underneath it. The soup options include soy sauce, salt, and chicken broth, with a choice of thick or thin noodles. I ordered the soy sauce ramen with thin noodles (with flavored egg). The broth seems to be made mainly from animal ingredients with added seafood, but the seasoning is prominent, giving it a slightly strong sour taste. There are no garnishes like green onions or onions, only Japanese leeks are served. The atmosphere and service are excellent, but the price is quite high at 1,400 yen for a flavored egg ramen.

I came to Tachikawa and decided to visit this restaurant for the first time because it seemed good after researching. The wooden counter with dim lighting gave me the impression that this was a different kind of restaurant, setting it apart from others. The service was impeccable with perfect greetings and water service, and when I asked for recommendations, they responded promptly and clearly. In recent years, I've encountered restaurants where the staff gave vague responses when asked for recommendations based on customers' preferences, but here, the service was the best among the B-grade eateries I've visited. I ordered the Ajitama Shoyu Ramen for my meal. It wasn't mind-blowing, but it was evident that it was carefully prepared. The soup had a rich texture, with a well-balanced flavor that wasn't too overpowering. I chose thick noodles, which were soft and nicely coated with the soup due to their curly texture. I felt that a bit more umami would have made it more impressive. I usually don't drink much soup, but the flavor was so addictive that I ended up finishing it all. It was a restaurant that left me feeling good after a long time dining out.

I visited Tachikawa for work and dropped by around 6 pm! I was able to enter smoothly without waiting. ⭐️ Gokumi Shoyu Thick Noodles Gokumi Shoyu is described as having a "layered umami soup." On the first day, it's pork broth. On the second day, they layer chicken broth. And on the third day, they add seafood and vegetable flavors. It was my first time trying a layered soup - delicious! The balance of pork, chicken, and seafood was excellent. The flat thick noodles had a smooth texture that paired well with the soup. The amount of seaweed, chashu, and bamboo shoots was also well-balanced. ⭐️ Negi Chashu Don Simple but super tasty. Green onions, chashu, and flavored oil. The compatibility with the soup was great, and the crispy texture of the green onions and juicy chashu were good! It went well with the soup, making it easy to eat. The interior of the restaurant had a high wooden decor, creating a dark and calm atmosphere. It only had a counter, but the tables were spacious, and I enjoyed my meal comfortably. It was great to experience a layered soup for the first time. It was a delicious dinner! Thank you for the meal! (*´ー`*)

[Tachikawa's Tori Paitan Ramen Bliss] Located near Tachikawa-Minami Station on the Koganei Monorail, this corner shop greets you with a ticket machine upon entry. Beyond the partition, the interior feels somewhat dim, with measures taken against the heat. Surrounding the kitchen is a unique counter with a plastered wall and wooden ceiling, each seat illuminated by individual lights. Quite an interesting set-up, isn't it? The ◯◯-style ramen priced at 1250 yen offers a choice between thick and thin noodles. I opted for the thin noodles, which were served promptly. The creamy foam soup has a gentle pork bone flavor, with leafy greens or mizuna in the foreground, chashu in the middle, and spicy miso on top. Seaweed at the back, thick slices of pork belly on the right, and as you progress through the meal, you'll find two square pieces of meat that were initially submerged. The menu also includes a limited edition Hiyashi Chuka for 1650 yen. Overall, the pricing seems a bit bold considering the location, but the flavors were satisfying. ⭐️
