After watching a movie, I really wanted to go to a yakitori restaurant in my local area, so I searched for one. Around 9:30 pm, I went alone. It was a Friday, but I was able to get a table right away, maybe because of the time. I'm not a big fan of liver, so I usually don't order it when choosing yakitori, but it was recommended so I ordered it. It was fluffy and tender, and the seasoning was just right for someone who drinks alcohol (might be too strong for non-drinkers). The other items were also delicious, and I will try the tofu next time since it looked good. I sat at the counter, and I was able to eat at my own pace without being bothered, which was nice. You can easily go in alone. The only downside was that the counter table was a bit low.

I always order it when I come here ♡ ●Cabbage with vinegar miso I ordered this last time and it was delicious, so I got it again this time ♡ I always associated vinegar miso with things like firefly squid, but it goes perfectly with cabbage too! ●Grilled shiitake mushrooms As a shiitake lover, I always have this dish ♡ ●Chicken thigh Tender and juicy! The saltiness is outstanding! ●Avocado, prosciutto, and tomato wasabi salad Simply the best ❤️ The wasabi flavor is amazing ❤️ ●Chicken wings They are a bit big and hard to eat, but I order them every time! My friend loves them, but I prefer the skin to be crispier... ●Smoked quail A perfect snack! ●Hamburger skewers I wanted to order the filet, but they were out, so I got the hamburger skewers. It was my first time trying them and they were quite fatty. ●Grilled long yam I ate one before taking a picture... It comes in a plate of 3! Sometimes it's crowded and we can't get in, but thank you, Kasekakudo, for the delicious meal ♡♡

Visited for the first time for a weekday lunch in July 2020. I had known about this place for a while, but because I couldn't see inside, I found it difficult to enter. However, when I saw the sign saying "We serve lunch," I decided to give it a try. Originally, I was planning to go to a soup curry restaurant a little further ahead, but it was closed, so I ended up here. I mustered up the courage to enter, and there were already several groups of customers inside. I chose the Chicken Nanban set from the lunch menu. It was 850 yen (tax included), and although I was also interested in the hamburger, I thought if it's a chicken restaurant, I should go with something chicken-related. The set included rice, miso soup, mini cold tofu, salad, and Chicken Nanban, all for 850 yen (tax included), which was a great deal! The chicken in the Chicken Nanban was tender, and the tartar sauce was delicious. The rice was also tasty, and I left feeling very satisfied. As a homemaker, having someone else cook for you is always a joy. It was a comforting and satisfying home-cooked style lunch! The Oyakodon looked delicious too, and the Chicken Katsu with egg sauce also looked tempting. Next time, I want to try the Demi-Glace Hamburger that I'm most curious about. It's conveniently located about a 2-minute walk from Musashi-Koyama Station South Exit, so I'll definitely keep it in mind as an option for lunch. Thank you for the meal!

I went to Musashisakai. Before finishing up some business, I walked to the other side of the station front park. In a narrow plot, there were popular burger and ramen shops lined up. Among them, I decided to enter the charcoal-grilled chicken specialty store called Kemuri Kakudou. Although the lunch menu looked delicious, I had already eaten lunch, so I ordered a lunch beer for 500 yen tax included and new potato butter for 200 yen tax included. The lunch beer was a Master's Dream! It had been a while since I had a Master's Dream, and the amber color, bitterness, and umami balance were excellent ( ゚Д゚)ウマー The temperature was just right as well ( ゚Д゚)ウマー Pre-malt can be divisive in terms of preference, but the Master's Dream is definitely delicious. I enjoyed munching on the buttered sweet potato and refreshing my throat. Thank you for the meal. Achieved a comfortable 1,000 yen spending. It was the kind of place I would like to come for a drink at night.

I went to the yakitori restaurant "Kemakakudo" near the Nonowa exit of Musashi-Sakai Station, known for its distinctive facade. The facade is elaborate, but the inside of the restaurant is simple with table seating in the front and counter seating in the back. The location is convenient and the restaurant was bustling with many customers. I started with a Master's Dream for a toast, and the prices were surprisingly low! The yakitori, cooked over charcoal after being freshly prepared in the morning, was delicious and safe choice! I also tried the hamburger skewer that caught my eye in advance. It was a combination of hamburger and tsukune, which was not difficult to imagine, but had a unique and meaty taste. The service was friendly, the atmosphere was lively, and I thought it was a great restaurant.

"I headed to a yakitori restaurant as my first choice, but unexpectedly got stood up by my date. Feeling dejected, I stumbled upon a savior (´・Д・) who welcomed me even though it was late! The restaurant wasn't very big, and the restroom was in a shared area of the building, which initially made me a bit hesitant. However, the food was delicious!! Let's write a review! ゚ ✧˖ ٩( ‘ω’ )و ✧ ˖゚----- - Boiled edamame (480 yen): Freshly boiled edamame is the best! I always end up ordering it. It's definitely tastier than frozen ones! - Liver (180 yen) and heart (200 yen): I tried these two carefully selected options. The liver was cooked just right and in perfect condition. If there was a league for this price range, it would be A-class! - Oil-drenched chicken (680 yen): Pepper-heavy, scallion-light, and full of originality. I love the sauce. - Hamburger skewer (350 yen): A limited menu item made with 100% domestic beef. It's so good that you'll want to shout "hamburger!!" after just one bite. It might be even better without the skewer haha. Beer is in the 500 yen range, liver is delicious, and the staff even saw us off until we were out of sight. It's a great place with lots of positives! My favorite Chinese restaurant is located in front of Hao Hao. I heard that if they have it, you should definitely order the Hatsu and Hatsumoto, but unfortunately they were already sold out today. I ordered a variety of dishes and one that I thought was delicious was the tsukune. It has a deep flavor that sets it apart from other tsukune dishes. The sauce alone may seem a bit light, but it complements the texture of the tsukune meat perfectly. It feels like the sauce was made specifically for the tsukune. The chicken thighs and green onions are best eaten with salt, while the liver is best with salt as well!

I found this restaurant while browsing through Tabelog for places near Musashisakai Station. I'm not sure when it opened, but the photos of the delicious skewers and the nice atmosphere caught my attention, so I decided to stop by after work. I tried skewers like negima, liver, bonjiri, heart, seseri, tsukune, and shishito with shiitake mushrooms. I also ordered a side dish of kimchi and had a couple of highballs. The skewers were served one by one on unique plates, each perfectly cooked and delicious. The shiitake mushrooms were thick and juicy. The total bill was a bit over 3000 yen, which was more than I expected, but the food was so good that I didn't mind. The staff were friendly, and the atmosphere was welcoming, making it a great place for a casual meal or drinks, even for solo diners at the counter. I'm thinking of becoming a regular at this place.

A shop located on the west street just south of Musashi-sakai station. The atmosphere of the shop is welcoming and not closed off, making it easy to enter. The interior has tables for 4 people, a 6-person table, and a counter with nice lighting. The yakitori is delicious, especially the carefully prepared liver. The heart and gizzard are also tasty, as well as the chicken thigh meat. The avocado salad is recommended for its unique flavor. The specialty here seems to be the hamburger skewers, which were enjoyed by the person who took me there. The staff at the counter and inside the shop are friendly and provide good service. Overall, it is a great restaurant that I would definitely visit again.

A small yakitori-focused izakaya with a somewhat shabby atmosphere despite its relatively high prices. The service was not up to par. The dishes, while seeming delicious at first, were overall too salty, so be cautious when ordering similar items. Overall, the restaurant had many missed opportunities.

We used this restaurant for my wife's birthday with the family. We called in advance to confirm if children were allowed, and they kindly agreed. The yakitori was delicious. We happened to order all salt-only yakitori, but the flavor of the chicken was rich and satisfying. We tried a few dishes, but my personal recommendation is the liver and chicken porridge. Overall, the yakitori was juicy and tender, not overcooked and tough. The children were also very satisfied with the delicious yakitori. We will definitely use this restaurant again.

#Yakitori Tonight we visited Enkakudo, a charcoal-grilled yakitori restaurant just a 30-second walk from Musashisakai Station. The restaurant has been open for 6 years, but it looks so clean and new that you might think it just opened! The interior is cozy with a few counter seats and about 4 tables. Don't be intimidated by the entrance, as the sign outside even says, "It looks hard to enter, but..." We started with a toast with beer and ordered the popular tofu and fluffy potato salad before carefully selecting our skewers. We opted out of the assorted skewers and chose 2 each of liver, tsukune, skin, seseri, and hamburger. The tofu was incredibly creamy, almost like cream cheese, and the potato salad was warm and tasted more like mashed potatoes, with a distinct potato flavor. The first skewer, the liver, was a winner - juicy, perfectly cooked, no dryness or odor. It was so delicious that we wanted to end the meal with it! The tsukune was juicy and tender, with a nice meaty texture. The skin was crispy, the seseri had a good texture, and the hamburger skewer was unique - made with 100% beef, coarsely ground with brisket and belly meat, and flavored with nutmeg. The juiciness of the skewers made us wonder how they were cooked, and we learned that they are freshly prepared each day, never frozen. Impressive! We also tried the umeshu, which had a unique flavor, different from others we've had. For our last dishes, we added the charcoal-grilled pork belly and spicy chicken curry recommended by the manager. The pork belly was incredibly tender, with a garlic aroma and hints of truffle. The spicy chicken curry was colorful, with tomatoes, yam, and okra, providing a nice balance of heat and sweetness. The portion was generous, so a smaller size option might be good for those who want to try more dishes. Overall, the food was delicious, and you could feel the passion for delivering tasty dishes in every bite. The manager was friendly, and we would love to sit at the counter next time to watch the grilling process. We saw some solo diners too, so it seems like a place where you can enjoy a drink alone. Another branch in Mitaka, @mitaka_koreki, is also worth checking out.
