It's been about 15 years since my last visit. Last time I was here, I saw a famous actor couple dining. They were closed during the state of emergency, but reopened on October 1st. The restaurant was packed, with tables turning over twice! It was lively (not noisy, but in a good way) and I was happy about that. They no longer offer set courses, but instead have à la carte options. They used to present the appetizers, main ingredients, and desserts on wagons, but they weren't doing that, maybe due to the pandemic. We ordered cold appetizers, hot appetizers, pasta, fish, meat, and dessert. For the amuse-bouche, we had pâté and salad. I chose prosciutto and figs for the cold appetizer, and cheese fritters for the hot appetizer. We shared three mushroom and veal pasta and lasagna. For the main course, I had veal with layered cheese, and my husband had roasted lamb. We also had garlic toast and for dessert, we indulged in three types: grape shortcake, baked peach, and fig tart. Prices weren't listed on the menu, but appetizers were around 500 yen each (prosciutto was 900 yen), pasta was in the 2,000 yen range, mains were between 3,000 and 5,000 yen, and half portions of desserts were 500 yen each. Overall, it's a bit pricey, but I didn't feel it was too expensive. The atmosphere and hospitality were wonderful, with a lively vibe, and we had a very enjoyable time. It's definitely a restaurant for adults. Total spent: 15,300 yen Ratings: 4.5 stars - Definitely want to visit again! 4 stars - Would revisit if given the chance! 3 stars - Would consider revisiting. 2 stars - Once is enough. 1 star - No need to go.
