I headed to a gyoza restaurant that I had on my must-visit list for my gourmet trip in Osaka. Before even exiting the ticket gate at the station, I wondered if the restaurant was open. I called and a friendly and cheerful female owner answered, saying they had availability and even took a reservation for me. It's a great place! I'm looking forward to it. It took about a 15-minute walk from the station to get there. I found it - a place with an orange sign swaying with gyoza lanterns that read "Gyoza Yuta." Upon entering the restaurant, I was greeted warmly with a "Welcome." I ordered a serving of gyoza for ¥280 and a lemon chu-hi for ¥400. I actually wanted to try the gyoza lunch set, which was available until 3 pm, but I had a reservation for a yakiniku course in the evening, so I could only have it as a snack. The gyoza were mini-sized, but that made for a perfect mouthful. The exquisite size, the beautiful finish, and the artistic craftsmanship all combined to create a strong and flavorful taste. I should have ordered two servings for two people. It's a place that's hard to come by, so I'll definitely make up an excuse to visit again. I have a feeling it's going to become more and more popular. I wish they would deliver to other regions. When I paid on my way out, I received a 10-yen coin wrapped in a note that said "Thank you for calling."

I went to a popular restaurant in Daito for the first time! I heard they specialize in gyoza in Daito, so I decided to check it out. The gyoza was really delicious! I ordered two lunch sets and I'm stuffed! I wonder if I can eat five servings of gyoza. They have a parking lot, so it's easy to get to. The only downside is that even though the counter is small, they still have a clear board placed on it.

I wonder how many times I've revisited Gyoza Yuuta. No matter how many times I eat here, the gyoza is always delicious. This time, I decided to dine in. I ordered rice, four servings of gyoza, and beer. It's a foolproof lineup. The piping hot gyoza arrived in a neat row. The hot and refreshing gyoza paired perfectly with the spicy chili oil and soy sauce. I mixed in some rice and beer, and it was just perfect! Another fantastic meal today! Thank you for the delicious food.

When you enter the shop, you can smell the delicious aroma of frying dumplings! The thin dumpling skin is filled with plenty of vegetables and garlic filling, making it very tasty. They use low-odor garlic so you don't have to worry about the smell. They use rice oil, so the aroma is nice and light! For takeout, they offer both fried dumplings and frozen raw dumplings. When I called, they gave me a 10 yen bill folded into origami. It's a wonderful shop with thoughtful touches. ★ Dumpling Lunch Dumplings for 2 people, rice, egg soup, pickles.

The shop is small with only a counter, so if you come at a bad time, you might have to wait quite a bit. It seems that there were people who had made reservations, so if you walk in without one, you might have a high chance of waiting during lunchtime. The lunch set includes 2 servings of dumplings, rice, egg soup, and cucumber pickles for 810 yen, which is quite cost-effective. The dumplings are delicious with thin skin and strong ginger flavor. They use low-odor garlic, so you can enjoy them without worrying about the smell. However, for men, 2 servings might be a bit small. It might be a good idea to order an extra serving. They also offer frozen dumplings for takeout at a reasonable price, so you can enjoy them at home as well. However, it was a bit difficult to cook them at home the same way as in the shop. The taste is the same, but the skin might not be cooked perfectly...

The set meal was delicious. The light and thin-skinned gyoza had garlic in it, which was not overpowering and easy to eat. The ginger flavor was strong, giving it a nice punch. The cucumber pickles served with the soup also had a good amount of ginger. I love ginger, so it was a welcome addition. I bought some frozen gyoza as souvenirs. The restaurant is small, and we had to wait a bit during lunchtime. They also had a lot of takeout orders, including large orders for dozens of servings. The couple running the place and the energetic staff created a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

I love this gyoza specialty shop, but I realized it had been 4 years since I last visited when I looked back at past posts. Similar to Marusho Gyoza, which I usually go to, I couldn't resist the craving and made a reservation to visit this shop. As always, it was popular with both takeout customers and dine-in customers. Following the roots of this place leads back to Marusho Gyoza, as I had heard before but had forgotten. Many chefs here have trained at Marusho Gyoza in Osaka, but when I tasted it, I felt it was slightly different. I thought the craftsmanship couldn't be imitated as the shops were all unique, but when I visited after a long time, the gyoza still had a perfect crispy texture and were delicious. They were cooked flawlessly with a thin skin that slightly melted, a minimal amount of oil, and just the right amount of moisture. The gyoza were priced at 270 yen for a serving of 7 pieces, and I also ordered cucumber pickles and a bottle of Super Dry beer. The gyoza were cooked one after another on the hot plate, with precise attention to detail in adjusting the temperature and cooking time. The result was a perfect gyoza with a crispy yet moist filling. The price had only increased by 20 yen since my last visit 5 years ago, and they even returned 10 yen when I made a phone reservation. This shop is so popular that it's best to call ahead for takeout. They also sell frozen gyoza, but it's best to enjoy them freshly cooked in the shop. Thank you for reading until the end. Your likes, saves, and follows are very encouraging. If you like, please give a click. I also have an Instagram account @ginjirou.star, so feel free to check it out.

This is my first review, but I wonder how many times I've visited (laughs). The gyoza made with bite-sized low-odor garlic is delicious, with a perfect mix of crispy and chewy skin and a filling full of vegetables. Before discovering this place, I used to go to a gyoza restaurant in Higashi Osaka, but now Yuuta's gyoza is definitely my top choice. I don't order rice... I just have 6-10 servings of gyoza with beer and pickled vegetables (sometimes soup) to fill me up. The owner always greets me with a cheerful and friendly smile. The lunch menu is also recommended for a good deal.

A famous restaurant's apprentice made super thin-skinned dumplings!! The lunch set comes with a small portion of dumplings for two people. These dumplings have an incredibly thin skin that is crispy and crunchy on the outside while melting in your mouth on the inside. The filling is packed with plenty of cabbage, making it a vegetable-filled dumpling that you can eat as many as you want. Thank you for the delicious meal today.

Entered the restaurant right before the 2:30 PM deadline on Saturday. Two customers left at 2:50 PM. I ordered the gyoza lunch set (2 servings of gyoza, rice, egg soup, pickles) for 810 yen. It was delicious, with small and crispy gyoza that had a strong garlic flavor. You can keep eating as much as you want. The sauce stayed hot until the end. The staff welcomed me warmly despite the busy atmosphere. I was very happy about that. I hope to visit again someday. Thank you for the meal.

It was a small and thin-skinned gyoza from the Marusho group. It is mainly made of vegetables and can be eaten lightly. However, it was a bit too soft for my taste. The thoughtful gesture of not serving the beer until I returned from the restroom was nice.

I visited a super famous shop that is a disciple of Marumasa, a famous Osaka dumpling shop. There was one group of customers ahead of us at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday. There is a parking lot next to the shop, and even if it's full, there is a coin parking lot on the same premises. It's easy to access by car, but a little tough to walk from the station! - Gyoza lunch set for ¥810 Includes 2 servings of gyoza, soup, and pickles. It takes a little time because they cook the gyoza after you order. It arrived in 11-12 minutes. The gyoza are small in size. The egg soup has a strong ginger flavor and warms you up on cold days. The gyoza is delicious. Hmm, isn't it even tastier than before? They are small in size, and even looking at the filling, there's nothing special, but they are simply "delicious gyoza". They are a bit different from others. There are options with rice for lunch, but since the gyoza are so delicious, the ideal choice would be 4 servings of gyoza with beer. It's worth a visit even for those coming from afar, as the gyoza are incredibly delicious!

On a holiday afternoon around 1 o'clock, I made a reservation in advance and visited a place located about a 15-minute walk from Korien Station along the national highway. I ordered 4 servings of gyoza, a small bottle of beer, and a rice dish, totaling 1,630 yen. They cook the gyoza in two batches, so the remaining 2 servings are served hot for a second round of enjoyment. The chef here is also from Marumasa, and the taste of ginger is particularly well-replicated. The flavor is so good that you keep wanting more. The size of the gyoza seemed slightly larger than Marumasa. The gyoza skin was crispy on the outside and had a chewy texture, making it very satisfying to eat. Even though it's far from the city, it's a restaurant I'd like to visit regularly.

Recently, I have been lacking exercise, so on this day off, I went for a walk. Around lunchtime, I decided to have lunch at this restaurant. I had noticed this place while driving my daughter to her basketball games a few times. Upon arriving around 12 o'clock, there were no other customers. I was seated at the back of the 6-seat counter. The menu was simple, offering dumplings, rice, pickles, soup, and drinks. There was only one type of dumpling available, with no special variations. I ordered the dumpling lunch set and a bottle of beer. The cold beer was delicious after the walk. Even in winter, I like my beer ice-cold. The dumplings were ready in about 5 minutes. They were small in size, with the lunch set consisting of 14 dumplings (7 per serving). The dumpling skin was thin, and the filling was simple, mainly meat and cabbage with a generous amount of cabbage. The filling was well-kneaded, more cohesive than focusing on the texture of the meat. The garlic was also mild, giving a Japanese and homely feel to the dumplings. The dumplings paired well with the beer, and I felt they went better with rice as a side dish. The chili oil was spicier than what you would find at chain restaurants. The service was polite and the atmosphere was homely. I noticed a few customers coming in for takeout while I was dining. With only 6 counter seats, it might be better to opt for takeout during peak hours.

A shop located in Neyagawa City, Osaka Prefecture, accessible by bus from Katsuragiyama Station on the Keihan Electric Railway. It is right by the Tai Elementary School bus stop. I visited in the evening when they opened for business. There were no other customers and it was not crowded. I ordered two servings of grilled dumplings for 270 yen each, and a non-alcoholic beer for 300 yen. The grilled dumplings had a thin skin and a crispy surface. They were light and didn't feel heavy. The back side was chewy. The chili oil provided was delicious with a sharp spiciness. The menu is limited, but the dumplings alone are enough to satisfy. The owner and the lady serving were both friendly and polite. Thank you for the meal.

I visited a restaurant called "Gyoza no Yuta" in Neyagawa this time. It was recommended as a delicious gyoza restaurant in Neyagawa, so I decided to check it out. The menu mainly focuses on gyoza, with no main dishes available. This shows their determination to excel in gyoza. The menu I ordered included Gyoza (7 pieces per serving): 270 yen, Rice: 200 yen, Egg soup: 250 yen. The highlight was the gyoza, which won the King's Best Gourmet Award. Despite being small, the gyoza was hand-wrapped before being grilled, with a chewy skin and a juicy meat filling flavored with garlic. It was so delicious that I ended up ordering more. They use specially selected "low-odor garlic" from Aomori, which doesn't leave a strong smell afterwards. The restaurant has a cozy atmosphere, and even though it's a counter-style seating, it feels very welcoming. The location is a bit inconvenient from the station, but it's definitely worth a visit.

I visited my favorite restaurant, Yuuta's Gyoza, after a long time. I had work in Hirakata and decided to stop by Yuuta's on my way back. There are only 6 counter seats available. Since I was alone, I didn't make a reservation and was able to enter after a short wait. I added an extra order of gyoza to my lunch. I could have eaten another serving, but I restrained myself haha. Yuuta's gyoza is crispy and gentle, and you can eat as many as you want. The soup and pickles are also delicious and go perfectly with the gyoza. It's been a while since I last came, and it's still incredibly delicious. Next time, I'll bring my friends, definitely soon!

I'm at Keihan Electric Railway Katsuragiyama Station❗️ Let's go drinking in Kyoto❣️ I came here aiming for a location along the Keihan line, especially Katsuragiyama❗️ It was just after opening time so luckily it wasn't crowded and we could leisurely enjoy the experience. While watching the staff diligently wrap dumplings, we started off with Asahi beer bottles and ordered 5 servings of dumplings. It takes time to cook them, so while waiting, we enjoyed homemade cucumber pickles and the skilled craftsmanship of the staff. The dumplings that arrived after a while were small and easy to eat. The soft filling spreads out as you bite into the transparent skin. Even my daughter, who doesn't drink, loves dumplings and was very happy. Oh, they are so easy to eat♪ Before we knew it, we finished 3 servings of dumplings. But the real star of the show is the side menu item, egg soup for 250 yen. This was an outstanding dish with fluffy eggs that soaked into the soup. Alcohol is good, but the set meals here are the real deal. I feel like I could come here every day if it was closer♬

There are two parking spaces next to the restaurant, and I was lucky to find a spot. The gyoza was crispy and piping hot, so be careful. The chili oil was also quite spicy. The gyoza was light and delicious, I could eat as many as I wanted. I finished my lunch in no time. If I lived nearby, I would definitely get some for takeout. Thank you for the meal! ★
