I visited the Shinjuku store after a short break... Each store has limited menu items, so you can enjoy them wherever you go (≧∇≦) What I enjoy here personally are the slider burger and the Wagyu truffle yakisoba♡ The grilling is consistently delicious. ● Truffle and beef consomme soup with French truffles. ● Seasonal namul platter with new potatoes, live mushrooms with cumin accent, asparagus namul mixed with sesame paste and accented with almonds, and bamboo shoot namul with tree bud miso. ● White shrimp Wagyu tartare. ● Select Wagyu slider burger using thigh and zabuton cuts, with Camembert, truffle sauce, and a generous amount of French truffles. ● Ethnic Wagyu tartare with pani puri, mixed with soy-based nut sauce with egg yolk, egg white, red shiso, red onion, dill, and basil. ● Thick-cut tongue (Saga). ● Thick-cut harami (Saga). ● Select lean meat yakiniku (Kagoshima) with top sirloin marinated in special sauce with samjang. ● Zabuton sukiyaki-style (Gunma) mixed with Tokushima's "awasodachi." ● Wagyu truffle yakisoba with plenty of truffles on truffle sauce yakisoba. ● Suruga Bay cherry shrimp and bamboo shoot stone-grilled rice with Wagyu, bamboo shoots, fried and raw cherry shrimp, drizzled with oyster sauce, prepared right in front of you, finished with Saga's hashiri seaweed. ● Homemade mitarashi sauce blancmange with mitarashi sauce and milk pudding.

I had heard about this place for a while but never had the chance to visit until a few years passed. Recently, when invited to dinner by a former colleague and given the task of choosing a restaurant, I picked this one as it's conveniently located near Kii Kountry. There were 3 men and 1 woman, all in their fifties (or so I'd like to say, but only one is actually in their forties) - a group of middle-aged folks, haha. We ordered the Ushigoro Course for ¥8300 (tax included), which included a variety of dishes like Yukhoe, Kimchi + Namul, salad, tongue, harami, lean meat, two types of hormone, top sirloin, wakame soup, sukiyaki of zabuton, sirloin, today's special cut, rice or noodles, and dessert - quite a feast. Since I'm not a fan of hormone, I asked for something else. We grilled most of the meat ourselves, except for the zabuton which was cooked by the staff. It was so tender, almost like half-cooked, and melted in the mouth! I see why it's so popular. We continued with more meat, finished with noodles (or rice) and dessert. The smooth Awasodachi pudding from Tokushima for dessert was also delicious. Three out of the four of us could drink, and one was a bottomless pit, so the alcohol bill added up quite a bit, haha. But if you moderate, around ¥10,000 should be enough. It was a first for me to go to a yakiniku place and not come out smelling like meat - quite an experience!

I used a semi-private room to celebrate his birthday. I made a last-minute reservation about a month ago when there were only 1-2 rooms left, so even though it was a semi-private room, it was a bit disappointing to hear the staff's conversations right in front of the kitchen door. Also, the wall opposite was all glass, but the view itself wasn't that great. If I have a chance to use it next time, I thought I should make a reservation earlier. The room itself was divided by curtains, so it was nice that you could completely block the view from the surroundings when closed. As for the food, there wasn't a single thing that wasn't delicious, as expected. I chose the option to either cook it myself or have the staff cook it, and I had the staff cook it for me. It's a joy to be able to eat delicious meat cooked just right without having to think about the grilling process. This time, I chose the "tastiness course," which was just the right amount for me personally. After the course dessert, they also prepared a surprise birthday plate. There were two of each, like macarons and brownies, so we could split everything in half, and I was impressed by the thoughtfulness if that was the intention. We enjoyed each dish while saying, "It's almost a waste to eat with him because it's so delicious." Thank you for the meal!

Today, I had a rare business dinner in Shinjuku♪ We made a reservation for four people at this renowned restaurant. It's located on the 12th floor of a mixed-use building right near Shinjuku Sanchome. Although we had reserved a la carte, based on reviews and advice from the staff, we opted for the more cost-effective course menu! We went with the popular Ushigoro course. There were higher-tier courses available, but this choice was spot on—the menu items were all of great quality and quantity. The salted Yukhoe was amazing! It's a drinkable Yukhoe with the salted sauce being incredibly delicious! The meat in both the salted and marinated sauces was all truly tasty. The tongue had a rich salted flavor that goes perfectly with beer. The harami was also good, and the heart had a mild saltiness that highlighted the natural flavor of the meat. The tripe was tender, and the marinated sirloin, wrapped in raw egg and a bite of rice, was like sukiyaki—no need for words. In addition to the course, we ordered extra Yukhoe sauce to compare with the salted one, and both were delicious, making it hard to choose between the two. We also tried the salted sauce for the Shimacho, which was also fantastic. For the finale, we chose the Komutan ramen from a few options. The white soup of the Komutan with thin noodles resembled Kumamoto ramen. For dessert, we had Nashi pear sherbet. Overall, every dish was of high quality, with no disappointments. Thank you to the skilled grill master, Mr. S Mizu, for cooking our food perfectly. The taste of the meat greatly depends on the griller, and this time, we were lucky to have a top-notch one. We will definitely request Mr. S Mizu again next time! ❣️

I used it to celebrate my friend's birthday. I had previously celebrated a birthday at a different location and was impressed by the staff's service and the quality of the meat. This time, I was able to spend a fulfilling evening with the night view of Shinjuku at the high-rise store. I would like to use it again on another occasion.

The staff were very friendly, and we had a great time. My daughter is going on a long business trip, so my son planned a farewell party for her on Sunday afternoon and made a reservation through the Tabelog app. We had a private room with a 10% service charge. I'm not very familiar with yakiniku, so I chose the middle course from the three lunch menu options. My son went for the one level up course, which included yukhoe. I ordered the tegutansoup for myself. It had a satisfying, not too spicy, rich flavor. The various meats served were thickly sliced, more like shabu-shabu than yakiniku, but they cooked quickly and weren't too fatty, which I appreciated. I enjoyed wrapping the meat in rice. We also ordered the Rossini and truffle yakisoba from the a la carte menu. The staff cooked them in front of us. They had unique flavors, making me want to drink alcohol, but today was a day off from drinking. I managed with tomato juice and corn tea, both of which were delicious. The alcoholic drinks were a bit pricey, with small glasses, so not the best value. I didn't try the offal, but it seemed fresh and tasty. The Rossini was served rolled in rice paper. We were surprised with a dessert plate at the end! My son had arranged it, which I thought was a sign of his growth, but it was probably his wife's idea (laughs). It was a fun time. We settled the bill at the table. When I looked at the receipt, the dessert plate was listed as ¥0, showing the thoughtfulness of the restaurant. Thank you for the meal.

It had been a while since I visited a high-end yakiniku restaurant. The menu was stylish and the meat was delicious. I appreciated the various creative dishes like truffles and sea urchin. The photo shows matsutake mushroom and beef sukiyaki rice, delicious sake, great atmosphere, stylish staff, attentive service. The cost was unknown as my friend treated me.

Visited on a Friday night. Since all seats were taken, reservations are a must. The staff grills the meat for you, and every piece was cooked to perfection and delicious. The burger with truffle was especially tasty. Conveniently located near Shinjuku Sanchome, making it easy to access.

Ushigoro never disappoints no matter which branch you visit! I believe it offers great value for money as a well-known restaurant in Tokyo. I am grateful for the efforts made by the restaurant. The truffle-infused wagyu sliders and spicy stone-grilled rice left a strong impression.

To overcome the long hot summer... I needed to recharge my energy! So, I went to Ushigoro, a place I was curious about. Starting with alcohol in the afternoon to quench my thirst, my mood immediately lifted. Then came the yukhoe! It paired perfectly with beer and rice, making me want endless refills, so I had to seriously control myself... haha. Next, thick-cut meats arrived, shining with high-quality redness and marbling. Each cut had its own unique goodness yet was elegantly presented, filling my stomach one after another. Ushigoro's meat magic is truly amazing! It gave me the vitality to keep going despite the lingering heat. Around 7,000 yen per person☆彡

I have visited several restaurants in the Ushigoro group, but this was my first time at the Shinjuku location. It felt a bit strange being in a tenant building filled with clinics, with only Ushigoro S and this restaurant on the second floor. The restaurant has 6 counter seats by the window, as well as semi-private rooms and table seats, making it compact yet with a good number of seats. Private rooms require an additional charge. This time, I ordered the Ushigoro course. The meat was delicious and served in just the right amount, but the staff clearing plates and placing drinks without a word gave off a strong vibe of wanting to tidy up quickly, and overall they seemed unfriendly, which was quite a downside. Just like the Ginza location, is this a common issue with Ushigoro? I struggle with their customer service, but perhaps the brand has become established due to the constant crowds. Once again, the meat was delicious though, haha. Thank you for the meal.

Visited around 19:30 ☺︎ It was quite crowded on a weekday at this time. I had made a reservation in advance so I didn't have to wait, but it seems smoother to make a reservation because it's crowded. There were many foreign customers. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere and is suitable for dates. I don't think it's a cost-effective restaurant, but I recommend it if you want to eat yakiniku in a stylish atmosphere ♡ Everything I ate was delicious ♡ On this day, I ordered a la carte instead of a course. The amount of meat could be adjusted according to the number of people. The soups and rice dishes other than the meat were all exceptionally delicious ♡

The menu was delicious, and the presentation was outstanding! The first appetizer was very stylish, and the beef tartare was mixed right in front of us by the staff, which was a great performance! The colors were vibrant, and the coriander had a delicious aroma. The seasoning of the tongue and harami that followed was well done, refreshing yet bringing out the maximum flavor of the meat. The truffle-scented burger was especially delicious, cooked in front of us and elegantly plated, both visually appealing and tasty. The marinated meat that followed was perfectly cooked and very delicious. The menu order was well thought out, with water kimchi and soup served in between. The meat was flavorful without being overwhelming, and we enjoyed it throughout. The staff were very attentive and provided excellent service, changing the grill and plates regularly, cooking all the meat for us, checking for any dislikes, and overall offering a very polite and wonderful experience. We also requested a birthday dessert plate, which was cute and stylish, and we were very satisfied with it! Additionally, having an extra dessert was a nice touch!

This time, we ordered a course. I usually prefer various marbled meats so I order a la carte, but all the meats here are so good that I ask for the course (^o^) Even my least favorite cuts like tongue and skirt are very tender, making me feel like I'm eating kalbi. In addition, the salads and the bibimbap for the finishing touch are all really delicious, and I am very satisfied.

It's a clean and beautiful restaurant. It felt more upscale than other establishments. The view overlooking Shinjuku is also nice. The beef is delicious, so you can't go wrong. I think a place that serves Yukke is a proper restaurant, so there is a sense of security. We had a course menu, and considering the contents, it's reasonably priced. We added a little because we have hearty appetites, but the adults were satisfied with the course alone.

This was my long-awaited first visit. When it comes to high-end yakiniku, I have often visited restaurants in the Yoroniku group, but this time I decided to try a different group. In conclusion, it was absolutely amazing! The menu prices vary greatly, starting from the affordable "Eating Course" at 6,100 yen to the luxurious "Seasonal Master Course" at 14,300 yen. For my first visit, I chose the highest-ranked Seasonal Master Course. One of Ushigoro's unique features is that each course offers almost entirely different menus, rather than just upgrading a few dishes as the rank goes up. The Seasonal Master Course was clearly packed with top-quality ingredients and creative elements, which I chose to try purely out of curiosity. From the raw meat dishes in the beginning, to the salted meat dishes in the middle, and the marinated meat dishes towards the end, everything was exceptional with no flaws. The attention to detail may even surpass Yoroniku. The rice and dessert at the end were top-notch, and the service was impeccable all the way to the timing of providing tea and hot towels. I am curious about the autumn menu, but it's not cheap, so I would like to take some time and revisit in the future. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

I stayed in Shinjuku, so I searched for a delicious yakiniku restaurant. Although it was a bit far from my hotel, I went to Yakiniku Ushigoro in Shinjuku 3-chome, located on the 12th floor of a building which was a bit hard to find. Despite the challenging location, the staff informed me that they were fully booked every day, and on the day of my visit, almost all seats were occupied, with only a few private rooms available. We started with a toast with beer. It seemed like we could also order a la carte dishes, but we opted for a set menu. Various side dishes like namul, kimchi, and yukhoe were delicious. The grilled tongue and skirt steak were excellent. The two types of hormone meat, hachinosu, and mino were fresh. The salad, wakame soup, grilled shabu, and sukiyaki meat were all cooked to perfection by the staff next to us. The finale was a choice between cold noodles and dessert. The soup and noodles of the cold noodles were fantastic, and the dessert was homemade with a quality that you wouldn't expect from a yakiniku restaurant. I was completely satisfied with everything and was able to savor a feeling of happiness that I hadn't experienced in a long time.
