TINTIN@呑んだ暮れ
This is my usual lunch. The summer limited edition and the visual of lemon slices made me mistakenly think it was cold ramen last time. In reality, it was warm salt ramen with lemon slices lined up. This time, I am determined to have cold noodles, so I went for a "revenge" at "Niryohan Fuse Station Front Store". In Kansai, it is more common to use "hiyamugi" instead of "hiyashichuka". No matter how many times I look at it, it still looks like cold ramen. This time too, with the catchphrase "Niryohan, summer new release" and "We have made a ramen to survive the intense heat", the slightly cloudy salt ramen with lemon slices lined up gives the impression of cold noodles. It would be even more of a hit if they served it as cold ramen. Limited edition: Salt Lemon - 850 yen (Regular), 920 yen (Large); Cold noodles - 900 yen (Regular), 1020 yen (Large). A classic sweet and sour cold noodle. Usually, I would choose the cost-effective lunch menu, but this time I ordered "cold noodles" alone to make up for my previous misunderstanding! Cold noodles: Boiled bean sprouts, shredded cucumber, shredded egg, and char siu not chopped like in ramen, covered the noodles so they are hidden. At the top is pickled ginger, and mustard is served on the edge of the bowl, giving it the appearance of cold noodles. The sharp coldness, acidity, and sweetness of the soy sauce dressing are refreshing, with the sweetness enhancing the umami flavor. Mix the dressing evenly with the noodles and ingredients such as bean sprouts and cucumber to enjoy the delicate flavor.
