I went in the morning (around 7 o'clock). It was good timing as it was not crowded (*^^*) It was a ticket system. The seasoned egg was delicious! The chashu was also soft and tasty♡♡ The seaweed with messages like "good luck" and "great fortune" made me happy in the morning. The noodles were medium-thin and the soy sauce tonkotsu soup was to my liking. Kimchi was all-you-can-eat♪

Here is a great spot for a night out in Minami✨✨ Just an 8-minute walk from Namba🚶♀️ It can get busy with inbound tourists, but it's relatively quiet late at night. Don't forget to order the "Shiawase Ramen" - a pork bone-based soup with homemade fried garlic on top. It's the perfect way to end your night out✨ The combination of the rich pork bone broth and flavorful garlic is amazing! The melt-in-your-mouth chashu will leave you feeling satisfied. Thank you for the delicious meal!

Today, I visited Hanamaruken Namba Hozoji Store, a 24-hour ramen shop in Namba, Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture. The location is great and the fact that they are open 24 hours is a delight for ramen lovers. The shop has received high ratings and I had high expectations. There aren't many options for morning ramen in the Namba area, mostly just a few chain stores. Inside, there is a ticket machine on the right side, and I recommend the "Shiawase Ramen" option. The seating mainly consists of a counter with about 10 seats, and it was already full in the morning. It seems that the number of inbound tourists is increasing. The ramen arrived in about 6 minutes. The soup was a collagen-rich, thick tonkotsu broth. The chashu was flavorful and thick, with two different types placed on top. The noodles were medium-thin straight noodles, which paired well with the unique, simmered broth. The nori topping changes with each visit, and this time it was "enmusubi." I will definitely visit again. Thank you.

The taste was really to my liking - both the soup, noodles, chashu, and fried rice! This area is popular with foreign tourists and ramen shops are in fierce competition. However, the customer service was not great. Out of the 5 staff members, one was constantly talking loudly to another staff member inside the restaurant. The bill for what I thought was a 1,250 yen half-fried rice set turned out to be 1,280 yen. The vending machine was also difficult to understand.

Hanamaruken is a popular tonkotsu ramen chain in Osaka. I tried their Simple Ramen, which was surprisingly delicious. The soup was not overly sweet like it used to be, and the combination of soy sauce tonkotsu soup with noodles was perfect. The noodles were firm and the soup had a nice balance of mildness and richness. I also appreciated that there weren't too many toppings, as some ramen can be overwhelming with too much. During lunchtime, you can get a free medium-sized rice until 5 pm, which was quite generous. Overall, the meal was satisfying and reasonably priced at around 700 yen, making it a popular choice for many.

This place has been deteriorating every time I visit. I believe the decline started with the introduction of ticket vending machines. Perhaps the business was also affected by the pandemic, but various services have been disappearing one after another. Most importantly, the soup is not hot, which doesn't go well with the noodles. The soup has also become heavier due to increased fat content. I used to frequent this place for lunch and late-night meals a few years ago, but now it no longer suits my taste. Thank you for everything up until today. I bid farewell to this place.

I entered this ramen shop and the ramen had a rich and mellow flavor, which was delicious. I recommend the chashu! When I ordered the chashu ramen, it came with a whole piece of seared chashu that was full of flavor! However, if you don't like rich flavors, you should consider it. I finished it all and will definitely go back!

Recently, there was a long line of foreigners at Hanamaruken, so I couldn't go. But when I passed by, there was no line. So, I decided to go in for the first time in a while. During the day, they offer two free onigiri, so I ordered them as well. I went with the reliable Shiawase Ramen. It's been a while. First, I tried the soup. Huh? It's kind of lukewarm? And the noodles, huh? They're not mixing with the soup? Wait, did it used to be like this? Did they change the taste of the soup and noodles to cater to foreigners? I used to like the piping hot soup... I was shocked from this experience at lunchtime...

As a middle-aged man who wakes up early, I often think about where to find a high-energy restaurant that is open in the morning. One place that comes to mind is Hanamaruken, which is always crowded during the day. While they are known for their tender pork belly, I personally recommend their Char Siu Ramen. The reason being that it comes with a generous portion of sliced pork loin, which adds a different texture and flavor to the dish. Mixing the pork belly and pork loin together creates a unique and enjoyable eating experience. Younger folks might prefer the all-tender pork belly option, but as you get older, having a mix of textures can be more satisfying. Enjoying the different flavors and textures of the pork slices is what makes this dish special.

I have tried many times but always faced a long line of foreign tourists. This time, I decided to go early in the morning, and there it was - an opportunity! I did some research on the ticket system before going, but I wish there was an announcement from the staff for first-time visitors. The staff at the counter, although their tone was not the best, did provide some guidance. After being disappointed many times before, I was filled with excitement this time. The surprising thing was the thin noodles and the seafood flavor. I had imagined thick noodles and a pork bone broth, so the taste was unexpectedly different. The noodles were soft, almost like somen noodles, and had a powdery texture. It may not be suitable for those who prefer firm or chewy noodles. The thick pork slices were flavorful but not too fatty. The broth had a generous amount of collagen, and although it was rich, it wasn't greasy. The fried rice had a mild flavor with a distinctive taste and texture from the eggs and carrots. Overall, it was a gentle and enjoyable meal, with a satisfying contrast to the initial high-calorie impression.

24-hour operation is a dangerous presence for those who are intoxicated. There are countless restaurants with orange bowls, red and black bowls, and a red "M" logo. Why do we crave carbohydrates? It feels like the eternal theme will never be resolved, but during my first night out in about 30 years, I was locked onto this restaurant. The receipt and photos were left behind. I had Happi Ramen (870), Yakimeshi small (280), and Menma (120) for a total of 1,270 yen. The taste of the fried rice was later recalled, but regardless of my memory, the receipt clearly tells the truth.

I wandered around Namba from Sunday morning and set out to discover a ramen shop with high ratings on Tabelog for lunch! I arrived a little after 11 am, but there was already a long line because this place is open 24 hours. It took about 20 minutes to get in. There were a lot of tourists in general. I ordered the "Happiness Char Siu and Flavored Egg Ramen" that was listed on the menu board outside. Let's see if it lives up to its high ratings. It looks like a tonkotsu shoyu ramen, but the flavor is not very clear... It's not too rich or too salty, just average. The noodles are thin and straight, with a whitish appearance, maybe made with only egg whites? The char siu is flavorful and tender, very delicious. Overall, it's not incredibly tasty in my opinion. However, I have to give them credit for maintaining this quality 24 hours a day. I read a comment about free kimchi, but I didn't see it at the counter. Maybe you have to ask for it to get it... It's not obvious to first-time visitors...

I first saw this restaurant on TV and decided to visit, and I got hooked. This is my second visit since I came to Osaka! The staff are very friendly and welcoming. You buy your meal ticket from the machine near the entrance. This time, I tried the Torokotsu Ramen, which comes with a piece of meat that melts in your mouth, including the cartilage. The meat melts in your mouth and the cartilage is so tender, I've never had such a luxurious ramen before. I think it's soy sauce pork bone broth, not too heavy and really delicious. The fact that they are open 24 hours is the best part. Whenever you feel like having ramen, you can go there and enjoy a delicious meal. You can also request to have the flavor stronger if you like. You can even order just the Torokotsu piece to customize your meal. It's great to have it with rice as a side dish, and the fried rice is delicious on its own, but having it with the Torokotsu makes it even better! Whether you're a tourist or a local, I highly recommend visiting this restaurant!

<Revisit> I suddenly craved ramen in the middle of the night and the place was bustling with people who had just finished their night shifts. Even though I was alone, the staff found me a seat in the crowded restaurant and I enjoyed the delicious Happo Ramen from Hanamaru. I also had some tasty dumplings. Good value for money. Thank you for the meal.

I visited Hanamaruken Namba Hozonji store in the morning. This area is a fierce ramen battleground, with many shops open 24 hours on weekends. I ordered the Half Chan Ramen Set (ramen + half-fried rice). The ramen here is the "Happiness Ramen," a tonkotsu shoyu ramen that is quite delicious. The fried rice was also tasty. The Happiness Ramen has messages about matchmaking or happy visits, but mine was about good luck. Not bad at all. Thank you for the meal.

<First Visit> I visited this ramen shop for the first time at night based on a friend's recommendation. I ordered the "happiness ramen" and half-fried rice set. The half-fried rice was a nice touch for women. The ramen was delicious! The fried rice had a traditional taste. The staff's energetic calls added to the lively atmosphere. The words written on the seaweed were different for each dish, which was lovely! I am full and satisfied! Thank you for the meal.

I came all the way from Tokyo after seeing it featured on the YouTube channel "Charhan Hayashi" run by Gallop Hayashi. The ramen looked delicious, but I resisted and ordered the fried rice instead. The seasoning was light, just as Hayashi-san described, and the fried rice was simple without any extra frills. It wasn't extremely delicious, so I rated it on the lower side. I would like to try the other fried rice dishes that were also featured.

This is Hanamaruken Namba Hozoji Store! Namba, Hozoji! 7:50 in the morning! Morning ramen! Even at this time, the restaurant is bustling! This time, I tried the salt ramen at Hanamaruken, which is on the lighter side. The salt tonkotsu soup is lighter than usual. The cloudy soup, of course with kimchi and garlic. Garlic goes well with tonkotsu soup. The thin noodles mix well with the soup. The classic menma, watercress, and the acidity of kimchi are also good. The seasoned egg is lightly flavored, and the chashu has a slightly chewy texture. It was a hearty bowl of garlic from the morning!
