I visited this popular restaurant near Roppongi Hills for lunch, known for its pizza that is even called the best in Tokyo. Surprisingly, the lunch price is only 1,000 yen, including peach tea and salad. Despite being in Roppongi, I was amazed by the reasonable price. I arrived at noon on a Tuesday to find a line of two groups, waited 20 minutes to get in. The interior is small with a few seats at the counter and tables. There are two pizza options, Margherita and Marinara. I chose Margherita. The salad served promptly had a delicious dressing. The peach tea was unexpectedly tasty with a hint of sweetness. And the pizza...oh my goodness! It was incredibly delicious! The chewy texture of the dough and the lingering taste with each bite was just perfect. The size was just right, not too much or too little. It was the perfect amount to leave you fully satisfied. I discovered an amazing restaurant right near Roppongi Hills.

I visited for Saturday lunch with a friend. We made a phone reservation a few days ago to ensure a smooth visit. Arriving in front of the restaurant five minutes before its 11:30 opening time, we found about six customers waiting ahead of us. When the opening time arrived, a staff member came out to confirm reservations. As my friend and I were the only ones to raise our hands, we were lucky to be seated ahead of the others. The interior had a small layout with counter seats surrounding the pizza oven and working area, along with small table seats. According to the information we received, on weekdays, lunch includes Margherita or Marinara pizza with peach tea and salad for 1000 yen, but on Saturdays, it's 1500 yen for Margherita or Marinara with water. The pizza dough, resembling a baby's cheek, was resting in a wooden container like a pillow for soba noodles. The skilled chef swiftly kneaded and stretched the dough, then added sauce and toppings. The highlight was watching the chef slice garlic for the Marinara pizza using only his fingers without a cutting board or knife. After shaping and topping the pizza, it took a few minutes before it was served bubbling on a plate. Just by looking at it, you could tell it was delicious. My friend and I shared the pizza on separate plates as a COVID-19 precaution, and it was incredibly delicious. While pizzas from regular pizzerias are tasty, this one surpassed them in taste. The harmony between the garlic slices and tomato sauce in the Marinara pizza was impressive. I think the locals who can enjoy this lunch for 1000 yen on weekdays are fortunate!

I went there for the first time. The interior of the restaurant is small. The drink menu was limited, but I had a highball. I tried the tripe appetizer and two types of pizza from the full menu. Both were delicious. It has a vibe of a pizza diner, maybe?

After working using the free Wi-Fi at Roppongi Hills in the evening, I wanted to eat delicious pizza on the spot. I called around 19:40 and was told it was okay for 1 person, so I went to the restaurant after 20:00! On that day, I ordered Trippa and Margherita. The Margherita was so delicious that you wouldn't get tired of eating it no matter how many slices you have!

Savoy, known for its delicious pizza among pizza lovers. It's popular with only 10 seats, so reservations are a must. We ordered Margherita and Marinara for 1,500 yen each, and Octopus Marinade for 900 yen. By the way, it's quite entertaining and educational to watch what seems to be the manager kneading the dough, shaping it, adding toppings, putting it in the oven, and finishing in about a minute. The taste is roughly as follows: Octopus Marinade: average Margherita: delicious! Marinara: dangerously delicious!!! Anyway, Marinara is delicious. A must-try. The dough, tomato sauce, and other seasonings are good, and perhaps due to the freshness, the garlic flavor was too good. Marinara is the best ever!!!

I live in Azabu-Juban and have visited Savoy Honten many times. I always upgrade my Margherita pizza to Bufala (buffalo mozzarella) for an additional charge. The creamy white Bufala cheese perfectly complements the "thin and light, chewy dough" unique to Savoy and chef Kanesaka's creations. While I also enjoy Massimottavio in Eifukucho, Savoy Honten is without a doubt one of the top two pizzerias in Tokyo. ★

A pizza place located between Azabu Juban and Roppongi. It's exciting to see the pizzas being baked in the middle of the restaurant in a stone oven. I ordered the Margherita pizza, which was delicious with a strong salty flavor from the cheese and tomatoes. The pizza dough was also tasty. There were quite a few foreigners, and the English-speaking atmosphere inside the restaurant had a nice Azabu Juban vibe.

This is the best pizza restaurant in Azabu-Juban shopping street. It is a stylish restaurant located near Roppongi. The Margherita Trippa is really delicious. I always order the Margherita, but this time I was impressed by the Trippa that I ordered for the first time. It is incredibly delicious. It's a store that makes you want to visit every day. The interior is small, but it has a lively atmosphere that is just right for enjoying drinks. I always go alone, but I have a good time and I'm satisfied. It's a recommended restaurant in Azabu-Juban.

This restaurant is no longer here, but it used to be near Tsutaya in Roppongi Hills. It seems like they relocated due to a building reconstruction. I visited around 9 p.m. on a weekday and the place was almost full of lively customers. Those who arrived later couldn't get a table. Despite its popularity, the menu is simple with just Margherita, Marinara, and a few side dishes. I love Marinara, the balance of oil, garlic, and tomato sauce was perfect, I felt like having two slices! Truly a popular spot, the taste was impeccable! I definitely want to visit their new location. - Peroni (beer), Spumante, Marinara, Assorted appetizers (sauteed broccoli, marinated octopus, and I forgot the third one), Meatballs

I went to Azabu-Juban, which is rare for me! We wanted to eat pizza, so we went to SAVOY!! This time, we had Margherita and Marinara. The pizza, which was thoroughly baked in the oven, was delicious down to the crust. The cheese was rich, and the tomato sauce was also delicious.

I visited with one other person at 11:30 am on a weekday. There were also many solo female diners. There is a parking lot nearby, but it's quite pricey at 300 yen for 10 minutes. We just made it in time for the first round, but since pizza-making is naturally the last in the first round, the wait time difference between the first and the second round wasn't much. We waited for about 25 minutes until the pizza was served in the restaurant. It was nice to enjoy watching the pizza chef's skillful hands while waiting. We ordered one Marinara and one Margherita. The perfect balance of saltiness and olive oil was indescribably delicious. The Marinara has a strong garlic flavor, so I recommend starting with the Margherita.

After watching "Ugly Delicious" on Netflix, I visited this restaurant. I went on the weekend without a reservation and had to wait in line. I lined up after 12 o'clock and finally got into the restaurant around 2 o'clock. The pizza was piping hot and juicy, and it was delicious! I ordered two pizzas, and it was impressive that they served them freshly baked according to our eating pace. I would love to come back again!

Arrived around 11:25 am on Monday morning. There were 2 groups of customers already seated. I was lucky because it's usually quite crowded on weekends, but there were fewer people than I expected. They had firewood outside, probably for the pizza oven. I was seated quickly and ordered the lunch set. It was 1,000 yen and included a choice of peach tea, salad, and either Margherita or Marinara pizza. I chose Margherita and waited a bit. It was fun watching the pizza being made in front of me and baked in the oven, so the wait didn't bother me. The peach tea and salad that arrived were delicious! Then the Margherita pizza arrived and it was so delicious! I was really surprised by how good it was. I never really thought of pizza as something to eat with rice, but I was very satisfied. It was too delicious, I was amazed. No wonder there's always a line on weekends. I want to try the other items too! I'll definitely come back again.

A stylish location just up the stairs on the Roppongi side of Azabu-Juban shopping street. The atmosphere at the entrance is exciting. There are several types of pizza available at night, but I always end up choosing the Margherita. ✴︎ The Margherita... a flawless masterpiece. Is there anything better than this? It was a fantastic night. In the evening. ✴︎ Neapolitan-style tripe stew?... It seemed different from tripe, so I was thinking of ordering two pizzas but I spotted this and decided to order it. It was the right choice and a new experience. It was incredibly delicious. The atmosphere of the restaurant was perfect for a "pizza craving" day, and I felt comfortable and had a great time. Be sure to call ahead before visiting.

A pizza place in Azabu-Juban. It's located about a 10-minute walk from Roppongi Station. A renowned shop that has been selected as one of the top 100 pizza places for four consecutive years. I've been visiting regularly for about 5-6 years, excluding the blank years during the pandemic, and I must have been there over 10 times in total. I believe this is the best pizza in Tokyo. I had my last SAVOY pizza of the year here♪ I went around 13:30 on a Sunday. There was one group ahead of us. We waited for about 30 minutes before entering. We were told there was only a little dough left, so we ordered just two pizzas. Today, we had the following: ✔︎ Margherita (1500 yen) ✔︎ Marinara (1500 yen) ✔︎ Prosciutto and Buffalo Mozzarella (1600 yen) I excitedly watched the process of making the pizzas from dough preparation to toppings and oven baking behind the counter while waiting (*゚▽゚*) I love the strong saltiness and lightness of the crust of their pizzas. I can easily finish two by myself. Before putting the pizza dough in the oven, they sprinkle salt inside the oven, which adds a nice saltiness to the bottom of the pizza crust, making it my favorite pizza (*´﹃`*) Both the Margherita and Marinara are tomato-based. The Margherita uses plenty of mozzarella, and the Marinara with garlic and oregano oil is fantastic✨ The Prosciutto and Buffalo Mozzarella has become a classic for me. I also like the prosciutto salad and marinated octopus. Even though I try various places, every time I come here, I realize it's still the best. I'll definitely go again(^^) Thank you for the meal!!

I went to SAVOY in Azabu after a long time, and as usual, it is a popular spot where you have to go early or you'll have to wait. The atmosphere that used to be a bit intimidating in the past was very soft this day. I ordered a very good marinara pizza, and the pizza show unfolding right in front of me is truly unique. Watching the pizza being swiftly baked in the oven designed on a hot plate is quite fascinating. The flavor is strong in tomato acidity, and the dough is light. Personally, I prefer dough with a bit more aging, but this one is still satisfactory. The generous amount of oil is probably part of their pride. It is served hot and deliciously fragrant. The classic spirit is alive here, and I feel like I will be drawn back here again.

I visited the restaurant SAVOY Azabu Juban, located about a 5-minute walk from Azabu Juban. SAVOY is a popular and well-known restaurant that introduced Neapolitan pizza to Japan. For lunch, they offer two types of pizza: Margherita and Marinara. This time, I chose the Margherita pizza and enjoyed watching them prepare it while having a salad and peach tea. The freshly made Margherita pizza was delicious, with a chewy crust, perfect saltiness, and a flavorful combination of basil and olive oil. Even the slightly burnt parts of the crust were tasty. It was a delightful Margherita pizza, and I will definitely visit again. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

After enjoying Mont Blanc at Fiorentina Pastry Boutique, I had lunch at SAVOY in Azabu-Juban. Since I had a delicious Roman-style pizza at Pizzeria Romana Janicolo in Azabu-Juban the other day, I made a reservation just in case to try a similar Roman-style pizza here. I chose the Marinara option from the two choices of Margherita and Marinara lunch set (1500 yen) at the counter seat near the entrance. I also added a glass of white wine (650 yen). The black metal pizza oven visible from the counter seat has a strong presence. I was captivated by the beautiful pizza-making process of the staff in front of the oven, which was flowing and graceful. The pizza I had was different from the Roman Janicolo I had the other day, with a soft and chewy thin crust, quite different from the crispy texture of Roman Janicolo. The soft pizza crust was delicious. The acidity of the tomato sauce, the fragrance of the wheat in the pizza crust, the mellow taste of olive oil, and the punch of garlic were all delicious. The pizza was very tasty, and it paired wonderfully with the dry Chardonnay. It was a luxurious time to watch the flames in the oven and the pizza-making process while enjoying the pizza. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal. For more details, please visit the blog "Eating, Taking Photos, Writing" at https://tabetorukaku.com/

It was so delicious. I made a reservation in advance and arrived at the restaurant early. It's a small place with a counter and only one table. The pizzas made right in front of you all looked delicious! I ordered Margherita and Marinara, and after eating, we were so full that maybe two people could even eat three pieces.

Lunch set for ¥1000 includes Margherita pizza, salad, and peach tea. I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious the peach tea was here. Unlike the overly sweet peach tea I expected from a pizza place, the tea here was quite subtly sweet and tasty. The crispy crust was too good to resist. Compared to a popular tomato cheese shop, the crust here is a bit chewier. As the cheese cools down, it does feel a bit heavy.

I have visited the famous pizza restaurant Saboi several times for dinner. The first time I tried their Margherita pizza, I was so impressed that I confidently recommend this place to others. It is located a little off Azabu-Juban shopping street, to the right of TSUTAYA in Roppongi Hills' Keyakizaka. This time, I went for lunch for the first time. I arrived before 1 pm on a weekday and there were already three groups waiting in line. I think I got in after about 15 minutes of waiting. The interior has around 10 counter seats surrounding the pizza oven and one small table. For lunch sets, you can choose between Margherita and Marinara pizzas. I chose the Margherita this time. You can watch the process of stretching the pizza dough and baking it right in front of you, making the wait enjoyable and feel quick. This excellent Margherita pizza comes with a salad and peach tea for only 1000 yen, which is a great deal. Definitely worth the wait.
