The restaurant is open 24 hours a day and never runs out of customers. Their specialty "Rich Soy Sauce Tonkotsu Ramen" is rich but doesn't get greasy over time, and the soup remains warm and light. Their bite-sized gyoza and fried rice are also delicious, and you can enjoy them with alcohol as well. It's a place where you can be fully satisfied with both the meal and drinks.

In the early afternoon on a weekday, it was already past 1 o'clock but the restaurant was still bustling. I had the half set lunch, and both the ramen and fried rice were really delicious. I usually don't like thin noodles, but I love the noodles here so much that I feel sad when they run out. The fried rice is so tasty that I wish I could have ordered a large portion if possible.

Workplace colleagues went on a ramen exploration. We visited the main branch of Butsukichi in Higashiosaka, Osaka City, right by the Kamonogoseichome subway station. I had the Half Chan Ajitama Ramen for 1,100 yen. Butsukichi's main branch can be considered the headquarters of Arakawa Food Service. The salt-flavored pork bone soy sauce soup has no pork bone smell at all. The medium-thin straight noodles are topped with chopped green onions, menma, seaweed, and two soft slices of chashu. The well-balanced and stable taste is pleasing to everyone. The fried rice is lightly seasoned and very gentle. Due to my blood pressure, I had to give up on the strong saltiness of the soup towards the end.

I went to a ramen restaurant at the request of my ramen-loving youngest son. This place is important because they have fried rice on the menu. My growing son wanted to eat a combination of ramen and fried rice. The ramen seemed rich but was surprisingly refreshing, while the fried rice had a strong flavor that was very satisfying! My son had tonkotsu ramen, and I had salt ramen. It was not a new encounter, but rather a reliable deliciousness.

It's 3 am in the middle of the night. I'm using Ramen Butayoshi as an izakaya. The ramen is a bit ◯◯^^, but all the side dishes are delicious. The sound of the wok making fried rice is enticing. There is a lively atmosphere with 5 staff members. The assorted chashu and thin-skinned dumplings are too delicious.

Near the Kamonoshinchi Subway Station, there is a ramen shop that is open 24 hours. This is the main branch and seems to be related to Hanamaruken in Sennichimae. I ordered the popular No.1 menu item, the rich soy sauce ramen with pork bone broth, along with half fried rice. The soup is rich and slightly thick with floating pork fat, and has a rich umami flavor without any unpleasant smell. The noodles are medium-thin with a smooth texture and a strong salty taste. The toppings include tender chashu, bamboo shoots, seaweed, and green onions. The fried rice is well-seasoned and goes perfectly with the rich ramen. This ramen shop, open 24 hours in Osaka, could easily rank high among others.

I used to visit this place often when I lived nearby. The thick soy sauce and fried rice I had late at night were delicious. This time, I stopped by on my way back from Shiratama Onsen. It was Thursday around 8:00 PM, and there was no wait, so I was seated at the counter right away. I usually had the thick soy sauce ramen, but I wondered if the miso would be tasty with that same base soup. So, I ordered miso for the first time. It arrived in a few minutes. It came with a lot of vegetables, 2 slices of chashu, and wakame. When I ordered, they asked if I wanted the soup to be rich or light, and I chose rich. The miso flavor paired well with the soup, and the noodles were surprisingly good. However, I was disappointed with the stir-fried vegetables. They seemed undercooked, and the cabbage was only the tough core parts, while the chopped green onions were unevenly cut, with the root parts left in. The chashu slices were thinner compared to before, lacking in substance, and overall, the attention to detail seemed to have decreased. I should have just ordered the regular thick soy sauce ramen.

It's a night when a typhoon is approaching, but the 24-hour open Tonkichi restaurant is almost full and bustling, which is very much appreciated. I accidentally asked for fried rice, but then corrected myself to just the fried rice dish. I'm happy that the soup has char siu in it. I wonder if the soy sauce on the counter was just a coincidence.

I had the Half-Chan Ajitama Ramen, it was rich but not too heavy and delicious. The fried rice was fluffy, and it tasted even better when mixed with pickled ginger and kimchi. The sound of the chef cooking in the kitchen was wonderful.

Near the Tobu Shichome Station, there is a highly rated ramen shop called The Ramenya. It has a lively atmosphere during weekday lunch hours, with lots of blue-collar workers as customers. There are counter seats and table seats available, suitable for both solo diners and families. I sat at a table seat and could hear the sound of pots being shaken vigorously from the kitchen, which added to the experience. The most popular menu item is the Half Chan Ajitama Ramen set for 1,100 yen, which includes a bowl of ramen with seasoned egg and half portion of fried rice. Despite my initial hesitation due to not being a fan of tonkotsu shoyu, I found the ramen surprisingly delicious! Thank you for the meal!

Kamio 4-chome ◇ Ramen ◇ [Chuto-ku Chuo 1-chome] Located on the left side when going north from the intersection of National Route 1 and Imazato-suji (Kamio 4), there is the main store of "Butakichi". I entered the store around 6 pm on a weekday, and there were only 2 groups of customers, so I sat at the counter. The air conditioning seemed a bit weak as it was slightly hot inside. The BGM playing was a cover of Stevie Wonder's "Lately" ~ ♬ I ordered the most popular menu item, which was a half-Chan flavored egg ramen (1100 yen). The food was served in 4 minutes. First, I tried the fried rice, which had a nice fluffy texture with a strong taste of scrambled eggs (I liked this). Although it was tonkotsu ramen, it was relatively light with green onions, chashu, menma, seaweed, and a flavored egg. There were also pickled ginger, kimchi, and garlic chives on the table for seasoning. There used to be a similar restaurant in Awaza, but it is now gone and replaced by a different one (unfortunately). It was a nostalgic experience having ramen with fried rice. I visited "Butakichi Honten" in Kamino Shichome, Joto-ku, Osaka City. It is a long-established ramen shop in the area. The restaurant has a counter and table seats, and I ordered the "Han-chan Ajitama Ramen (rich)" for 1050 yen including tax. The ramen was served in about 5 minutes. The "Han-chan" fried rice had a slightly strong flavor, like traditional fried rice, and it was delicious! The "Ajitama Ramen (rich)" had a rich soy sauce flavor in the pork bone broth. Many reviews mentioned it as "just delicious," and I agree, it was really good! The "pork belly chashu" was very tender and fatty when mixed with the rich soy sauce broth. It was nice to have kimchi, leeks, and red pepper on the table to adjust the flavor to your liking. The fact that they are open 24 hours is quite rare these days and must be convenient for many. The staff were friendly and provided good service. I would love to visit again. Today, I felt like having ramen and delicious fried rice early in the morning, so I came to Butakichi Honten, a 24-hour restaurant located right next to Osaka Metro Kamonosuji Station. They offer unlimited kimchi, chives, and pickled ginger, and you can also get a noodle refill for an additional 100 yen. I ended up eating too much in the morning. If you park at the parking lot of the nearby Pachinko Amuse, and bring your parking ticket, you can get a 100 yen discount. Butakichi Honten is located at 1-12-17 Chuo, Joto-ku, Osaka City, Osaka.

I imagined Hakata Tonkotsu and dropped by around lunchtime. I couldn't decide between the Gyoza Set or Half Fried Rice Set for lunch, so I chose the Fried Rice Set. I went with the standard Tonkotsu Kotteri ramen. The ramen was average. The fried rice was a bit disappointing. I don't think I'll eat the fried rice again. Ramen is quite complex, isn't it?

I always get tempted by this shop that stays open until late at night. This time, I decided to try their Champon noodles for the first time.
