We made a reservation on the same day and visited the restaurant at 8:30 PM. We ordered kalbi, beef tongue, salted beef rib, liver, beer, rice, yukhoe, jjamppong, kimchi platter, chadolgi, salad, garlic foil bake. The total cost for 4 people was 13,000 yen. It would have been even better if the quality of the meat was a bit higher.

I went here because my usual favorite, Yakiniku Tajima, was closed. This place also offers delicious yakiniku at a reasonable price, like salted tongue. They don't have a lunch menu, but they serve delicious yakiniku at a decent portion and price without any artificial seasoning. My family also enjoyed it, which was a relief. The kimchi side dish is also delicious. It's become one of my secret favorites.

I arrived at the restaurant around 9:30 PM on March 3, 2023 without a reservation, but was able to get a table. The spicy Yukgaejang soup had a chewy texture and the more you chewed, the more flavor it released. It was nutrient-rich and best shared between two people as the portion was quite large.

Visited around 7:30 PM on Friday, February 2, 2023. The restaurant was almost full. Paid 5,640 yen for 2 people. The service plate was delicious as always. A must-order item when you come here. The salted roast had less fat, giving a healthy feel. The bone-in kalbi was my first time trying it. The fat around the bone was tasty, but a bit difficult to eat due to the bones.

Visited the restaurant around 11:20 on Thursday in December 2022. Had the B lunch set with harami (skirt steak) for 1,200 yen. The harami had a lot of fat, so this time I ordered a larger portion of it, and it was delicious. The kimchi side dish was also tasty with a strong umami flavor.

In the old-established yakiniku restaurant in Susaki, Koto-ku, the owner and staff are very friendly and hardworking. The tongue has a bit of a chewy texture, but you must try the harami here. The portions are generous and the cost performance is good! I have been to many restaurants, but this is a highly recommended place.

On September 9, 2022 (Friday), it was a holiday. I made a phone reservation in advance and entered the restaurant around 7:30 PM. The restaurant was very busy as usual. I ordered the Oohashi Plate Service Set. I tried the chicken pig feet, which can be eaten as is, but I grilled it on the net and warmed it up with the accompanying sauce. It tasted like it was full of collagen and seemed good for the body. I want to continue exploring new menus in the future.

I entered the restaurant around 7:30 PM on August 8, 2022, and found many customers enjoying their meals. I ordered the original shochu bottle from OHASHI for 2,300 yen, which had a refreshing taste. I also tried the delicious Comtang Kuppa for 1,100 yen. I wasn't sure about the different cuts of beef, but the dish had a large chunk of meat in it with a refreshing flavor. I chose to have it with bibimbap and I would love to eat it again in the future.

I arrived at the restaurant around 19:50 on Thursday, August 8, and there were about three groups inside. I was seated on the second floor. The Chorogi salad dressing was evenly spread and very delicious, with a generous amount. The beef tongue was so fatty and high quality, it was the first time I had ever eaten such delicious beef tongue.

Entered the restaurant around 8:30 PM on June 6, 2022 (Friday) smoothly due to having a reservation. Today, I conquered all types of Bibimbap, and the Mentaiko Mochi Cheese Bibimbap was delicious. The stone pot Bibimbap had a slightly strong salty taste, but it was still great. The most recommended Bibimbap with excellent cost performance. It felt like the staff remembered me since it was my third visit. I feel like I want to continue visiting this cozy and welcoming restaurant in the future.

Around 9:40 PM on Thursday, June 6, the restaurant was empty, possibly due to the last order being at 10 PM. Despite entering close to the last order time, we were warmly welcomed. The service plate was as excellent as always. The spicy cod roe cheese bibimbap was very delicious. The portion size was just right for two people. We decided to continue visiting this place in the future and purchased a bottle of whiskey for bottle-keeping.

Visited the restaurant on Saturday around 4:20 PM without a reservation and luckily got a seat. When leaving, the place was almost full. The Chorogi salad was generous in portion, and the Ohhashi plate came with kimchi as a service. The plate had great value for the price. The Hormone trial set had plenty of meat, with the liver being tender without any odor and the tongue having a soft texture with a good chew. The Harami had a lot of fat. The Bibimbap was loaded with vegetables, and the Naengmyeon had a perfect balance with the sweetness of the pineapple. Overall, the meat dishes were delicious. Additionally, the staff kindly offered to change the grill net during the meal.

Choice Lunch for 1600 yen (Kalbi and Harami) * Choose two types of meat from A to E. Rice refill service with wakame soup, kimchi, namul, and cold tofu included. The cost performance of this yakiniku lunch is off the charts! A Lunch: Beef Kalbi B Lunch: Beef Sirloin C Lunch: Harami D Lunch: Cheek Meat E Lunch: Pork Kalbi Each priced at 1200 yen (tax included). For the Choice Lunch at 1600 yen (tax included), I chose Beef Kalbi and Harami. The Kalbi and Harami were sliced thickly, with 6 pieces each for a total of 12 pieces. The meat was cooked with a sweet marinade and dipping sauce, creating a perfect balance of flavors. I used more dipping sauce than usual, giving the meat a sizzling sensation that made the rice irresistible. The roaster used was a charcoal grill, with a dome-shaped iron grill that allowed for easy control of heat intensity. The meal also came with namul, kimchi, and Korean-style cold tofu. The wakame soup had a great texture and was served in a large bowl. My companion ordered the Stamina Lunch, which allows you to choose one type of meat from A to E and comes with liver and hormone. As of March 2022, the price for the Upper Tongue was 1540 yen, and the Oohashi Plate was 2420 yen. Rice was 275 yen (extra large 385 yen). This restaurant has an atmosphere loved by locals. I called around 6 pm on weekends and was told that there would be space at the counter at 7 pm, so I visited. The inside of the restaurant has a counter with seating for 3 people right at the entrance, a table in the back right corner, and a sunken kotatsu seating area. There is also a second floor. The non-counter seats were full, but the counter seats were separated from the other seats and not smoky, which was nice. Today, I ordered the Upper Tongue and Oohashi Plate. The Upper Tongue came with 5 slices of tongue base and 2 slices of tongue tip, with a decent thickness. The taste was also delicious. The Oohashi Plate included a selection of Kalbi, loin, pork, and heart, along with kimchi. Each type of meat came in 5 pieces, and the kimchi selection included Chinese cabbage, cucumber, and kakuteki. Personally, I recommend the Kalbi. It wasn't too fatty and had a good marbling. The loin had a good amount of lean meat. The pork was not overly fatty, with a good meat quality. The heart had no unpleasant smell and was also delicious. All of this for under 2500 yen per person is great value. It's no wonder this place is popular.

As soon as we opened on Saturday, we entered the restaurant and there were other groups as well. It's quite spacious with a second floor too! We ordered the special beef tongue for 2980 yen, a platter of Korean-style sashimi with squid, and hormone stew. The beef tongue was thick and satisfying, and the platter included chewy heart which was good. When everything is dipped in the sauce, including the hormone, it tastes great. The kimchi had just the right amount of spiciness for Japanese taste buds. This place makes you want to eat rice. It felt like a delicious yakiniku restaurant that you can casually visit. I'm curious about their lunch menu too. Thank you for the meal.

I used the lunch menu. I added extra meat for 300 yen and it turned into a pretty large portion. The quality of the meat is really good, as expected from a butcher shop. However, the downside is that they use charcoal for cooking, which makes it hard to adjust the heat. Also, the meat slices are relatively thick, so it's difficult to cook them through. Since the meat is freshly cut, it's not marinated in the sauce, which makes the flavor a bit lacking. It would be better if they had more heat to cook the meat more crispy.
