Shinagawa, I feel like I have to visit at least once a month, and now it's already been 30 days... There's no time left, what should I do? I have to go, right? Also, I have to go to Nagasaki, and today is the only day! My heart is urging me to do so. Alright, let's go! Today, I want to fully enjoy that taste I haven't had in a while and etch it into my memory, so I'll skip the vegetables! Arriving at the restaurant at 10:50, no waiting outside. I planned to buy a small bowl for 800 yen with coins in my pocket, but the new 500 yen coin couldn't be used. Without delay, "Here you go, a small bowl?" the older sister guided me. "Yes, a small one," I replied, handing over 800 yen at the counter in exchange for an orange plastic ticket. Today, it's just Tonpei-san and the older sister, with the ratio of the owner significantly reduced this year. Well, no problem as long as I can enjoy Tonpei-san's rich and delicious bowl. "What toppings would you like?" they asked before serving, so if you want to skip the bean sprouts, it's fine to say so during the call, but there is a slight unease. Risks include being misunderstood as wanting bean sprouts added if you say "no vegetables," or having extra vegetables added if you just say "vegetables." Today, when I told the older sister "no vegetables," and she asked, "Bean sprouts?" I replied firmly, "No vegetables!" while making an 'X' gesture with both hands. If you find it troublesome or embarrassing, just persist with words. Now, a bowl without vegetables, with garlic and oil, is ready. Wow, it looks simple yet strangely wild with a violent appearance. And the aroma pierces directly. The surface of the soup has an oily film, and the lard is lovely. Let's start with the soup. Wow, it's rich! It's so thick, like the original liquid that doesn't dilute with bean sprouts. The scent of the noodles also aggressively attacks. It's amazing! Savoring these noodles after a long time. Yes, the intense soup mixes in and it's seriously delicious. Adding black pepper to the oil makes it even better. The garlic intertwines abnormally and the direct flavors are incredibly delicious. Each taste is insanely delicious, though not to the point of dying (^^)/~~~ I could even do without the pork. The flavor is deeply soaked, tender, and delicious, but I prefer the noodles, so it feels like the essence of ramen. Without bean sprouts, the noodle portion is just right. I enjoyed it effortlessly and finished it all. Calling out is a hassle, but from now on, I'll go with no vegetables. The charm of Shinagawa is having no vegetables! Decision made! Wow, it was seriously delicious. Now I can go on my business trip to Nagasaki without any regrets! Well then, thank you for the meal.
