I enjoyed myself at a long-established retro coffee shop with Showa era prices! Osaka Station Front Building Pure Coffee Shop Mazura Maido! Yamadera here♪ On this day, I enjoyed some ladder sake at Osaka Station Front Building. During a break, I decided to visit the pure coffee shop Mazura that had caught my attention. The atmosphere of the shop and more detailed information can also be found on YouTube, so please feel free to check it out. As soon as I entered the shop, I noticed the large interior that could accommodate around 100 people, with an atmosphere that truly reflects the Showa era. Looking at the menu, the prices were reasonable, such as coffee for 300 yen, dry curry for 500 yen, reflecting Showa era prices! The shop seemed quite popular as it was almost full. I decided to try the chocolate parfait for 600 yen. The chocolate parfait, filled with plenty of fruits and not overly sweet whipped cream, was delicious. It had a generous amount of ice cream as well! Afterwards, I also had a whiskey soda mix for 380 yen. They used Johnnie Walker Red for the whiskey, which was displayed at the entrance of the shop. I also ordered the appetizer for 350 yen, which included a mix of peanuts, persimmon seeds, and crackers. It was a good value for the price! The interior of the shop had a cozy atmosphere reminiscent of a Showa-era cabaret. It was my first visit, but it quickly became one of my favorite spots, so I will definitely be visiting again. Thank you for the delicious meal. Delicious coffee! Smoking is allowed in designated areas, it's a cafe I love! I was happy because I really love the chocolate parfait with lots of fruits. The place is spacious and has people of various ages, I wonder why they come here and if they are regulars.

Ordered an egg sandwich, fruit sandwich, and a set of iced coffee and iced tea! The interior of the shop is spacious and stylish, with many mirrors. The customers range from young people to the elderly. There was someone playing nostalgic songs on the guitar, creating a calming atmosphere.

We were guided to a non-smoking area, but it still smelled like cigarettes. We sat at a table for four, but decided to move because we thought there might be a table charge. We were seated in the non-smoking area without being informed about a table charge. Not sure about the actual situation. The prices are cheap.

Retro-style pure coffee shop with a lot of regular customers, so it's not exactly relaxing but has a lively atmosphere with a mix of different age groups from young people to the elderly. It's popular on weekends and surprisingly many people in their early twenties come here. A cup of hot coffee costs 250 yen and has a strong acidity. Even after finishing the drink, a fruity aftertaste lingers. The Showa era vibe is calming and the cost performance is good, so people keep coming in one after another.

This is a morning at Mazura Cafe. Before my errands in Umeda, I had egg sandwich last time, and this time I had toast. I don't like coffee, so I had iced tea, milk, and plenty of gum syrup. The toast was thick-cut, a Kansai specialty. It was a morning with a meaningful time to enjoy, exuding a Showa-era atmosphere, reminiscent of the good old days.

I found this restaurant on Tabelog that I wanted to visit. It had a lot of seats but was quite crowded. Maybe because they have a smoking section, everyone goes there. Since there were no non-smoking seats available, I sat in the smoking section. The menu prices were surprisingly cheap. I couldn't believe it. A set of cake and coffee for 500 yen. I chose the camouflage cheesecake. It was really delicious. And all the seats were constantly filled with customers. Everyone comes here because it's cheap and you can smoke.

People who work in Umeda are probably familiar with the coffee shop called Mazura. It is like a cultural heritage of Showa era, offering reasonably priced coffee. The owner, who greets loudly, is a distinctive feature, but I haven't seen him recently. It's a cafe where smoking is allowed, so it's popular among smokers. #Mazura #Osaka Station First Building #Coffee shop #Traditional coffee shop #Coffee #Osaka gourmet #Osaka cafe #Umeda cafe #Want to connect with people who love food walks

Osaka City, Kita-ku. Osaka Station Front Building 1, B1. Meeting up with Mr. II at Labyrinth for drinks. II: "I'm sitting in the back by the partition." Alright, let's try not to get lost and find him. Ordered an iced coffee for 300 yen. Oh, I just had iced coffee earlier... oh well. Cooling down with a cold coffee! \(^^)/ It's really crowded here. Our generation seems to be pushed to the corner a bit. Let's start our drinking adventure!

"I went back home to drop off my Goro Goro and met up with a friend from Owari who we had temporarily parted ways with for a noble cause. Lately, the sister store has been too crowded so I've been going to the other one, but it seemed busy there too today, so I went to Mazura instead.
- August limited edition "Camouflage Cheesecake Set" ¥500
Definitely has a camouflage pattern lol. I'll enjoy it feeling like a JGSDF officer (`・ω・´)ゞ It's firm but moist and delicious. A generous portion in a big cup at this price. Divine.
Mellow jazz music playing in the background with lively chatter during the Saturday twilight time. The best BGM♪ Thank you for the meal!"

I ended up staying between lunch and dinner (lol) at a long-established café where you can chat and linger easily♡ They have alcohol too, and it's a non-smoking store, maybe because it's summer? There are many staff members and it has a nice atmosphere♫ I had already eaten elsewhere so I couldn't eat here, but I really want to try the parfait next time٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶♡

I visited Mazura Coffee Shop after a long time. It's a morning before work. It's a little past 9 am. The interior of the shop has a Showa retro vibe. It used to be smoking allowed, but now it seems to be separated. As a smoker, I sat at a smoking table. There are quite a few customers already. The menu? Morning set with egg sandwich. I'm not a fan of coffee, so I ordered iced tea. The egg sandwich has finely chopped boiled eggs mixed with mayonnaise, sandwiched between lettuce and bread, a nostalgic Showa era sandwich. The iced tea is milk tea, and I added a bit of salt to the egg sandwich to suit my taste. It was a nostalgic breakfast that evoked the atmosphere of the Showa era.

It was so hot outside that I decided to stop by the shop. I thought it would be very expensive, but the coffee was only 350 yen, so I think I'll come back again. It's not a non-smoking place, so it was a bit unfamiliar, but when my partner and I entered wearing matching clothes, we were complimented right away. The inside is spacious so you can relax. Everyone was ordering parfaits and ice cream.

- Ordered item: Coffee Ice Cream for 380 yen
- Food: A nostalgic old-fashioned cafe. The prices are surprisingly reasonable! Even though it's a cafe, the prices are very affordable. It's a coffee float with house-roasted coffee and ice cream. The bitterness of the coffee and the ice cream match well and helped me relax. Delicious!
- Atmosphere: A rare place where you can also smoke cigarettes. I personally don't smoke, but it's great that there is plenty of seating available!

Osaka Building No. 1, B1. When I went from the Dear Mall, it was B2 there. I went up one floor and found B1. I ordered an iced coffee and egg sandwich for breakfast. All of this only cost 400 yen!! When I paid 1000 yen, I got 600 yen back and was really surprised. They asked if I wanted a smoking or non-smoking seat. Even in the non-smoking section, there was a slight smell of cigarettes. However, for this price and the retro Showa era atmosphere, it was interesting and enjoyable. Thank you for the meal.

I visited during the daytime on a weekday. Despite it being a weekday, there were a lot of people! When I entered, I was surprised by how spacious it was. I was worried about the smoking area, but the staff asked me if I smoked, and when I said no, they took me to a non-smoking table. There was a slight smell inside, but it was tolerable. I tried the Tapioca Milk Tea Cheesecake for ¥300, which was surprisingly cheap when you consider you could get a drink with it for ¥500. The other menu items were also very affordable, which explains why this place is so popular. I'm interested in trying the Pudding a la Mode and the Napolitan next time. Many people stay for a long time, and the age range is diverse, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Thank you for reading until the end! Likes and saves would make me happy. Please check out my Instagram @gourmet_tabi as well.

I waited a little bit, as always, this popular cafe. Umeda is strange, there are plenty of expensive cafes in department stores, but there are also oddly cheap cafes like this one. Coffee jelly sundae, chocolate parfait, pudding a la mode, and lemon squash for 2350 yen! The atmosphere inside was too noisy, we couldn't hear each other's voices. They have smoking and non-smoking sections, but you can still smell the smoke, so be careful if you don't like it. The service here is fast, the waitress who served us today said, "Our staff are all very fast at their work." The pudding a la mode was delicious. Thank you for the meal!

Second visit, I'll have the Reiko. The atmosphere here is truly unique to a traditional coffee shop - so calming. The smell of cigarettes is unavoidable, but where else can you get coffee at this price these days? Salarymen, students, people from all walks of life come here to relax on their day off. It feels nostalgic.

Showa price retro cafe with a space theme established in 1947✨ Overwhelming atmosphere in a space-themed setting☕️ Located in the living architectural museum section in Osaka, the legendary retro cafe, Mazura Coffee Shop, is truly a representation of Osaka. As soon as you step in, the neon balls and reliefs showcase its unique space-like charm.

This time, I tried...
▪️ Home-roasted coffee 300 yen ☕️
▪️ Pudding a la mode 600 yen
Both are affordable... The pudding has a rich caramel flavor, not too firm or too soft, with plenty of fruits which is delightful. The extensive food menu is amazing, so I will try going for lunch again.

I had been curious about Mazura Coffee Shop for a while, so I finally decided to visit. This is a long-established coffee shop that opened in the year of the Expo, and it has been selected as a living architectural museum in Osaka. Recently, due to the retro boom, the interior was full of customers and I had to wait a bit before entering. The retro decor is designed to resemble a spaceship, giving off a Kubrick movie vibe. As a fan of retro-futurism, I was really excited. My friend ordered a fruit sandwich and pudding a la mode, while I showed a photo I found online of coffee jelly a la mode and placed my order. Later, when I looked at the menu, I realized there was no coffee jelly on it, haha. Maybe it's a secret menu item? Looking at the menu, I was surprised to see that coffee was only 300 yen, still stuck in the Showa era. The cost performance was so good that I couldn't help but worry if it was okay. But I guess that's also the charm of Mazura, loved by everyone. Everything was delicious, so I definitely want to go back next time to try their famous hamburger sandwich and Napolitan. I'm also curious about their sister shop, Kings of Kings.

Napoli-style spaghetti with a drink for 700 yen, and pudding a la mode for 600 yen at a classic cafe in Osaka Station front Building No. 1. The nostalgic and delicious taste is just perfect. This is the kind of drink you want at a cafe. Napoli-style spaghetti with Tabasco is the best. The cafe is very spacious and smoke-free.
