Pierre Hermé's shop is located along Aoyama Street near Omotesando Station. It has been selected as one of the top 100 sweets shops. This shop is the flagship store of Pierre Hermé in Japan, with a seating area, unlike the Shibuya Hikarie store or the Yokohama Sogo store, making it convenient. This time, we dined in the store. - Fraisier (864 yen) ☆4.3 The pistachio-flavored creme mousse is solid, almost like butter, with a good balance of pistachio flavor. The combination of this solidity and the juicy sweet-sourness of the strawberries is wonderful. The meringue on top is surprisingly not too sweet, and the nutty flavor of the almond biscuit stands out. Authentic French pastries really know how to create a contrast even with the biscuit. While a Fraisier with a strong pistachio flavor like the one from Patisserie Sadaharu Aoki is delicious, this type with the richness of butter and harmony with strawberry juice is also incredibly tasty. - Le Millefeuille (864 yen) ☆4.1 The pastry dough is very crispy, with a strong buttery flavor. You can feel the aroma of praline (caramelized almonds) coming from the mousse through the pie crust. The pie crust has a hint of salt to enhance the flavor. The way the buttery flavor of the pie crust is brought out is amazing. The crispy praline-flavored Feuillantine adds texture to the dessert. The praline is so fragrant and crunchy. Millefeuille can be hit or miss for me, but this one was a hit. - Tarte Infiniment Vanille (864 yen) ☆4.2 The vanilla mousse has a surprisingly strong vanilla scent! Even for someone like me with a dull sense of vanilla, this is an elegant aroma! The white chocolate ganache inside and the tart both use vanilla beans, allowing you to fully enjoy the vanilla in this dessert. Thanks to the ganache, the pleasant vanilla scent lingers in the aftertaste.

I visited Pierre Hermé Paris Aoyama located in Omotesando. It is a well-known pastry shop known for its macarons. On this day, I tried the specialty Ispahan macaron and iced tea. The macaron had a raspberry flavor, which was very elegant. There is also a café space on the second floor, so I would like to relax there next time. I will definitely visit again. Thank you for the delicious treat.

Before dining at the Japanese restaurant "Taigetsu" in Omotesando, I stopped by "Pierre Herme Paris" for some sweets. It's just a few minutes' walk from the restaurant, so it's a great place to escape the heat and enjoy delicious desserts while waiting or taking a break. Pierre Herme, a former pastry chef at Laduree, is known as the "Picasso of Pastry" for his talent and creativity. The first Pierre Herme Paris store opened in Japan, rather than in France, and has since expanded to over a dozen locations in the country. Pierre Herme has received prestigious awards, including the Legion of Honour from the French President and the title of "World's Best Pastry Chef" from the World's 50 Best Restaurants Academy. Despite having been to many places, this was my first time visiting this store in Omotesando, right in front of my alma mater. The store has a split-level layout, with the second floor offering freshly made desserts, drinks, and even alcohol at "SALON DE THE Heaven." The signature item at Pierre Herme Paris is the macaron, considered one of the "world's top three macarons" alongside Laduree and Dalloyau. I'm not a fan of macarons, so I opted for a slice of "Du Millefeuille" cake on the first floor, paired with a cup of coffee. The crunchy pastry with praline feuilletine and praline-flavored mousse was delicious, especially when washed down with coffee. Despite having a full meal of Japanese cuisine planned later, I had a truly elegant and enjoyable time during this short break. While some Pierre Herme Paris stores focus on takeout or have limited seating, the Omotesando location offers a spacious setting, with simple seating on the first floor and a counter kitchen with views of Aoyama Street on the second floor, perfect for leisurely cafe and dessert time. It's a wonderful place to visit.

Visited a counter sweets shop with a friend who loves sweets yesterday. This shop is run by Pierre Herme, known as the "Picasso of the patisserie world". Our main goal was to try the "Sansa Sion Mont Blanc" here. We ordered and first received a small dish of shiso ice cream. The flavor of shiso and vanilla was distinct, but the sweetness and milkiness were somewhat light. While enjoying the ice cream, we observed the making of our ordered menu from across the counter. A half-sphere chocolate container was filled with milk ice cream, chestnut ice cream, candied chestnuts, Mont Blanc cream, and a stick-shaped meringue. It was then covered with another half-sphere of chocolate and served to us. A hot chocolate sauce was poured over it, completing the dish. The fruity sweetness and acidity of the chocolate sauce mixed with the cold ice cream and Mont Blanc cream, creating a slightly sweet and smooth flavor. However, the dominance of chocolate made the taste somewhat monotonous, and everything, including the meringue, was overly sweet, leaving no room to escape the sweetness. Personally, the taste didn't leave a strong impression on me. If I have the chance to visit again, I would like to try the "Coupe Glacee Isphahan" which is based on sorbet. Thank you for the meal.

Pierre Hermé Paris Aoyama is a popular sweets shop located a 5-7 minute walk from Omotesando Station. Known for their famous macarons, they also offer a variety of other sweets including chocolates and cakes. The shop has been selected as one of the top 100 sweets shops in Tokyo from 2017 to 2023. They have a seating area on the second floor where you can enjoy your sweets on the spot, which is a nice feature. The macarons packed in beautiful boxes make a perfect gift. I tried the Ambre, Citron, Rose, and Chocolat Amer macarons this time. As expected from the world's best macarons, each one had a light, fluffy texture and a rich cream flavor. The Poire macaron had a surprisingly strong pear flavor that was delightful. The Citron had a citrusy aroma and a vibrant yellow color. The Rose had a floral scent like roses with a perfect balance of sweetness and acidity. The Chocolat Amer had a rich and slightly bitter taste, different from the other macarons. They were all exquisite! Some people become macaron enthusiasts after trying the macarons here, so be sure to visit. Thank you for the delicious treats!

The order was: - Caramel Chocolat ("soft, smooth, and silky" texture) Smooth brownie base Light chocolate mousse Extra thin chocolate for a crunchy texture It was incredibly delicious! - Macaron (Pistachio) I recommend the chocolate one more~ Please note that the menu on the second floor is different from the first floor, so be careful! I love both macarons and chocolates, so I buy them as a little treat for myself. I would like to try the café restaurant next time I come.

I tried the Shiso soba with 3 desserts at the limited-time collaboration cafe "Café DAMDAM" with the Japanese clean beauty brand DAMDAM TOKYO from August 4th to August 31st. The brand DAMDAM uses Shiso in their cosmetics, so many dishes in the menu feature Shiso. The Shiso soba was mixed with Shiso paste, creating a unique pasta-like flavor.

I had a seat-in experience with the Ispahan flavored tea and three types of macarons (Ispahan, Satine, Mosaic). The classic Ispahan macaron, a signature item, was delicious as expected. The seasonal limited edition macarons were also of high quality and well-crafted. The Mosaic macaron had a strong pistachio flavor with a hint of cherry. The fruit flavors were more prominent compared to regular macarons, but they blended naturally without any discord. The drink with the tacky Katakana font was the flavored tea, which had a mild aroma with a refreshing and lingering aftertaste.

Opposite to Aoyama Gakuin on Omotesando, there is a shop with a sophisticated glass exterior and a white entrance. Upon entering, beautiful display cases line the interior, with shelves displaying Japanese products bearing the name "Pierre Herme." From seasoned seaweed to soy sauce, the products all look lovely and enticing. I took a look around the display cases, filled with colorful macarons and cakes that looked like works of art. While I considered opting for some baked goods, I ultimately decided on the croissant for ¥378. Pierre Herme's croissant has now become something I look forward to in the mornings. Simply reheat it lightly in the toaster for a delicious treat. The croissant was undeniably delicious, made with high-quality butter. Although I had tried macarons before, tasting a variety of them would also be a good idea. The shop also has a cafe, so enjoying a cake there sounds like a great idea. The cakes are truly artistic and beautiful. This shop has been awarded the title of "Top 100 Sweets Shops" five times, and I'm sure it will be selected in 2023 as well. The service was excellent, and I had a great shopping experience. It's a shop where you can think back on your way home and feel satisfied.

It's the renowned flagship store of the master of the sweets world, Pierre Hermé. I felt like having an Ispahan, so I used it for takeout. The cute exterior and the scent of roses emanating from the shop are truly captivating. When I bit into the crispy macaron shell, a violent burst of rose, lychee, and raspberry fragrance filled my nostrils. Thank you very much. I am happy. Unfortunately, the peach tart I bought alongside was not as great. The macarons come in a variety of colors and are fun to choose from. I was a bit concerned about the takeout box not being tightly closed and having a gap, as the items are delicate pastries.

I walked towards Shibuya on Omotesando and stopped by this shop near Aoyama Gakuin University to buy two macarons and some sweets for a gift. Whenever I go to Pierre Hermé, I always get the rose and lemon flavors. This time, I wanted to treat myself to those two flavors. I realized that at Pierre Hermé, they don't put just 2 macarons in a box, which I found funny. So, I ended up getting just the two flavors I wanted. When I got home, I noticed that the lemon macaron had gotten a bit ruined from the condensation on the ice pack. It's understandable since I only bought 2, but I wonder if they could use a different type of paper, like the one used for taiyaki or manju, to prevent this. On the other hand, at another chocolate shop, even if you buy just 2 macarons, they still put them in a box. It's the little things that count.

1st floor → boutique 2nd floor → experience space Heaven If you want to eat the cakes on the 1st floor, you can either take them out or eat them at the counter seats on the 1st floor. Eating is not allowed on the 2nd floor, which is for dish sweets. You can enjoy sweets served on plates there. This time, we used the 1st floor. We ordered: - Ispahan - Iced coffee Ispahan is a sweet with a pink macaron filled with raspberry and rose-flavored cream. It has an elegant taste. The rose petals on top are also lovely. Each counter seat has headphones, allowing you to choose and listen to music. It's quite an interesting system for a cafe.

Located in Omotesando, "Pierre Herme Paris" can be found on the first floor of the La Porte Aoyama building. Inside, there is a small eat-in space. This time, I opted for takeout and got the following: - Aoyama Limited Edition "Canele" / 432 yen This canele has a shelf life of only one day. It is flavored with vanilla and rum, giving it a delightful aroma. The outer layer is crispy, while the inside is chewy, creating a delicious texture. Thank you for the meal.

Walking around Omotesando after a long time, I stumbled upon a shop with glass walls filled with macarons. How cute! The shop I visited is called "Pierre Herme Paris Aoyama," selected as one of the top 100 sweets shops in 2017-2019 and 2022. The store has a stylish and glamorous interior in white tones, and I was greeted by beautiful staff with lovely smiles. The display case was filled with colorful and vibrant macarons, and I couldn't resist going in. During this period, they have a special event called "MACARON DAY," which aims to raise funds for children fighting rare diseases. Pierre Herme started this activity 18 years ago in his own boutique. This year, Pierre Herme himself serves as the ambassador for the event, offering 25 different flavors of macarons. I decided to take some macarons home, and I chose the following flavors: Chloe - Raspberry ganache chocolate, Mosaic - Pistachio and cinnamon cream with Griotte cherry, Infiniment Pistache - Pistachio cream, and Envol - Vanilla and violet cream with blackcurrant confit. Each macaron was delicious, with a perfect balance of flavors and textures. The shop also offers cute macaron cakes and other delicious sweets. I would love to bring my macaron-loving sister from Miyazaki here when she visits. Lastly, I want to express my gratitude to Pierre Herme for his "MACARON DAY" initiative, as someone who battled a rare disease as a child. Thank you for bringing joy and delicious macarons into my life.

Last time I visited, the Croissant Ispahan was sold out, so I came back for revenge. This time, they had plenty in stock! I also bought some macarons. Croissant Ispahan for ¥540, Macarons (Aurora and Chocolat Amer) for ¥378 each. Inside the shop, there is a counter with stools where you can listen to music with headphones. The Croissant Ispahan had sugar on the outside and a berry filling inside, with a subtle sweetness. The macarons can last for about 6 days, so I enjoyed them later. The Aurora had a rose scent, and the Chocolat Amer was delicious as expected. The outside of the shop is decorated with lots of macarons, which is fun to see.

Pierre Hermé Paris Aoyama can be very crowded on days off, but if you go in the late afternoon on a weekday, you can get in quickly and enjoy delicious desserts while working comfortably. One of my favorites is the chocolate dome. I also had cake and macarons, making it a perfect afternoon. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience.

I surprised my wife with macarons from the Tokyo sweets top 100 store "Pierre Hermé Paris Aoyama." She was happy, but also suspicious that I might be up to something. I reassured her that I am just on a business trip and enjoying myself in a healthy way. The gift was just to show my gratitude. Really. Is she becoming even more suspicious? Let's make sure to behave well in our daily lives to avoid being doubted.

I happened to pass by and discovered Pierre Hermé! I went in right away and the first thing I noticed was how stylish it was. Every pastry looked so tempting, I wanted to try them all. The prices were a bit high, but the cakes and pastries were unique and worth it. I didn't buy too much because I was already full, but the taste was amazing, rich and satisfying. Personally, I think smaller portions would be enough. But I definitely want to go back to this shop again!

The restaurant was filled with girls, the sweets were delicious, and the tea was also tasty. The service was good, with polite explanations. It would have been quite comfortable if there were seats other than the counter. I didn't expect the prices to be as high as a hotel, so I was surprised when I entered casually.笑笑

Visit on Saturday at 12:45. Located on the way from Omotesando to Shibuya, around the area where you can see Aoyama Gakuin University across the street. It's a shop with a pop feel rather than high-end, with lots of macaron illustrations on the glass wall. The shop has a small but cozy eat-in space. This time, I bought cakes to share with my wife. Both cakes looked like oversized macarons. The Depeche 864 yen Matcha had red bean paste inside, giving it a Japanese twist. The Amphiniman Chocolat Berries 972 yen was a rich chocolate cake. I thought it would have berries inside, but it didn't seem to. It also had nuts coated in chocolate inside. Overall, I think regular-sized macarons are softer and more delicious.
