This is a hidden gem sushi restaurant in Umeda that serves authentic Edo-style sushi. The atmosphere inside the restaurant is calm and there is a counter where you can watch the chefs at work. The sushi here is so delicious that even amateurs can immediately tell that it's different from the rest. Not only the sushi, but also the side dishes are carefully prepared with gentle flavors that highlight the natural taste of the ingredients. The Nishikyo-yaki (grilled silver cod) was particularly impressive, with a unique and delicious taste. The omakase sushi course menu includes a variety of dishes such as appetizers, sashimi, nigiri sushi, rice bowls, unique dishes like blowfish tempura, grilled dishes, steamed dishes, and more. The restaurant has a great ambiance and it truly feels like a special place that only those in the know are aware of. I have a feeling that once this place becomes more well-known, it will be hard to get a reservation. It was a wonderful sushi restaurant that left me feeling happy and satisfied with every bite!

It seems quite busy on weekends for both lunch and dinner✨ They have both counter seats and private rooms, making it a great spot for entertaining, dates, business meals, and special occasions. You can enjoy seasonal dishes with a special selection of ingredients. The omakase sushi course "Shin" includes 27 items for 18,000 yen plus service charge. It includes various appetizers, sashimi, grilled and steamed dishes, and a sushi selection with items like squid, flounder, red snapper, marinated tuna, swordfish, scallop, shrimp, eel, egg, and negitoro roll. With a total of 27 items, the volume and quality are satisfying. The matsutake mushroom steamed dish captures the essence of autumn. I would like to use this restaurant again. This time, I had a private room, but next time, I would like to enjoy my meal at the counter seat. My stomach is full and satisfied.

The 13,000 yen sushi course was excellent with attentive and polite service from the staff, truly living up to its high-end reputation. The mochi chawanmushi had a chewy texture and was fresh and delicious. The highlight was the otoro, which was soft and had delicious fatty meat. The sawara had just the right amount of fat, was tender, perfectly cooked, and absolutely delicious.

I had the Omakase sushi course with 21 dishes at the counter seat. Overall, it was delicious, but the fish and rice were on the larger side, which was slightly different from my preference. Considering the quality and quantity, the price of just over 10,000 yen is great value. However, the young staff seemed a bit inexperienced and the service was lacking, and the sushi chef's interaction was not the best.

The location was a bit hard to find but the atmosphere was nice. We enjoyed delicious sushi in a private room with friends. The scallops were big and juicy, the fatty tuna melted in the mouth, and the egg omelette was amazing. It was very tasty. I want to come back with friends again!

I enjoyed the Omakase sushi (upper) for lunch! The course had a satisfying variety of dishes. I stayed for about an hour, and the timing of the dishes being served was good, allowing me to eat leisurely. The fish was all fresh! The chutoro was the best! The red vinegar rice and the exquisite texture of the chutoro melted in an instant. I wanted to order more chutoro, but since it was lunch, I held back this time! The chawanmushi with mochi was also delicious! I'm looking forward to visiting for dinner next time.

I went to a famous sushi restaurant in Kitashinchi, but this place is still the best! We went as a family to celebrate my 60th birthday. We had the 15,000 yen course, and it was amazing. Everything was truly delicious. I especially liked the vinegared rice with colored vinegar. The texture was perfect!

There is a restaurant near Ochanomizu Station where you can enjoy authentic Edomae sushi. The location is very convenient, making it easy to return home. They offer both counter seating and private rooms. You can sit at the counter and enjoy authentic Edomae sushi at a relaxed pace. The omakase course takes about 2 hours to enjoy. You can savor 26 dishes and feel completely satisfied! The fish is fresh, large, and seasoned with red vinegar. The sushi has a good thickness and enjoyable texture. The grilled and fried dishes are exceptional! The deep-fried blowfish and silver cod marinated in sweet miso just melt in your mouth. The egg custard served as a palate cleanser has a texture like pudding. And the pickled celery, even though I usually hate celery, had no unpleasant smell and was actually enjoyable to eat. Amazing! The negitoro roll is also top-notch. You can truly enjoy authentic Edomae sushi and leave feeling completely satisfied!! There are areas that could be improved, but the Edomae sushi is seriously delicious, so there's nothing but high expectations. Thank you for the feast!

The first meal of the year was at a sushi restaurant that I love, located near Otemonjin. It was a 27-course omakase sushi meal at "Shin". I visited for my daughter's birthday celebration. I was expecting to eat at the Edomae sushi counter, but we were guided to a private room instead. It was disappointing, but we had no choice. The private room seemed to be shared with a nearby izakaya, and the atmosphere was not as nice as I had hoped. Some of the dishes seemed a bit dry. We ended up paying 40,000 yen for food and drinks for three people, but it really didn't feel worth the price. It was a very disappointing celebration.
