恥知らずで迷惑な客
I moved and it's no longer within biking distance to Uehara, so I haven't been able to visit for a while, but I came back to this area after a long time and decided to stop by. To my surprise, they had both my favorite cakes, All and Mirage, which are ranked 1st and 2nd for me! Especially All, I haven't seen it in a long time. My life lacks any real luck, so it's rare for me to have the chance to get both. I was thrilled to purchase them. I'm so happy, I haven't had them in a long time. Oh, it's in a dome shape! Mirage is as usual, and from looking at the showcase, the other products didn't seem to have changed much, but All is definitely a bold change. Well, probably other cakes also undergo minor changes that I just haven't noticed. It's not about changing the classic flavors, but about improving while subtly changing things so that customers don't notice, which is the key to a long-lasting famous shop, as a certain famous saying goes. Many people have talked about the taste, so I have nothing to say, but for apricot lovers, I'm convinced that All is the best cake in Japan, no, in the world, haha. I see, if the apricot on top is gone, then having it in a dome shape does make it look sleek and cool. It feels a bit more substantial with the dome, which I like because my favorite is the apricot jelly and passion fruit cream. I wish there was more passion fruit cream than nut cream, but then the balance might be off with too much acidity. I think there's a slight cost reduction overall, given the current situation, but the renewal doesn't make you feel that way; in fact, it works in a positive way, this is what makes a famous shop a famous shop... it's a learning experience. I can't come often anymore, but I still want to visit regularly. Whenever I go, they always seem to be out of All, so I could easily stop by on my bike, but with the train... and then I realize after getting on the train, "Oh, I forgot to buy Rouge!" Not fun getting older, lol. Next time for sure.
