There is a sushi restaurant worth waiting for in Sapporo. I finally got to visit this place that I've been wanting to go to. I arrived at 3 PM and started eating at 4 PM. The timing was a bit unfortunate, as I had to wait longer if I had arrived later. The quality of sushi in Hokkaido is indeed high! The fish is fresh and the portions are big. Especially the eel was delicious, I ordered it twice. It cost around 13,000 yen for three people, which is a great deal! Thank you for the meal. There is a spacious parking lot on the premises. This time, I used a taxi from Sapporo Station, and it only cost a little over 1,000 yen to get there, which is nice!

The restaurant opens 20 minutes before usual and there are 20 people waiting in line. After opening, there are over 50 people waiting. It seems that tourists are coming by taxi from Sapporo Station. The sea urchin, scallops, and tuna are delicious! I don't usually eat salmon, but it was really tasty here. The scallop soup was also great. This place is popular for its delicious Hokkaido cuisine and the staff are friendly. I envy the locals. Thank you for the meal.

I also compile gourmet information on Instagram (@rmmk__). Please check it out! A very popular conveyor belt sushi restaurant with a 2-hour wait even on weekdays. I ate a lot this time, so I'll skip listing what I ate and the prices. Everything was fresh and delicious...!! Especially the fatty tuna and scallops were exquisite!! There were also Hokkaido-exclusive items, which got me excited! Even on weekdays, the wait can be over 2 hours, but if you register on LINE, they will call you when it's your turn, so you can go to the nearby Sapporo Beer Garden to pass the time. 🍣

I arrived at the restaurant right when it opened, but there was already a long line so I got a numbered ticket and waited outside for about an hour. The sushi was delicious, but I was especially impressed by the scallop miso soup. The shellfish tasted better than at other restaurants. Thank you for the meal! ☺︎

The majority of customers are likely tourists, as the crowds are beyond imagination. I arrived at the shop around 5:30 PM, thinking there would still be plenty of time, but there was already a 2-hour wait. There were 55 groups ahead of me. An hour later, a sign was put up saying that food and drink orders were no longer being taken. Determined to eat no matter what, I finally got seated at the counter around 7:50 PM. The staff were all friendly and had great voices. Everything I ate was delicious, with generous portions of fresh ingredients. I had a couple of sour drinks and a decent amount of food, and the total bill for two people was around 8,000 yen, which was quite affordable.

I visited this restaurant during my trip. It is known for its cost performance among conveyor belt sushi restaurants. There was already a line before the 11:00 opening time! Even though it was a weekday, I started lining up at 10:40, and at that point there were already over 40 people in line. When the restaurant opened, we were seated inside after waiting for another 40 minutes. There seemed to be many tourists like me. I was served carefully selected dishes such as toro nishin (herring), octopus head, toro nishin battera (pressed sushi), and mountain wasabi cucumber rolls! (If I didn't have other plans afterwards, I would have eaten more) The toro nishin was particularly rare, with a smooth and delicious taste that made me want to come back for more!! Both the rice and the toppings were larger and firmer compared to other conveyor belt sushi restaurants, giving a satisfying eating experience. The shrimp head miso soup was also delicious❣️ If you come to Hokkaido, you must visit at least once.

I went around 5 pm on Sunday and there were about 50 groups waiting to get tickets from the machine. I entered around 8 pm. When I returned around 7 pm, the ticket machine was already closed, and some people were sitting outside on leisure sheets. Triton is the closest to Sapporo Station, so I'm not sure if it's always crowded. It was said that you can walk from Sapporo Station, but it took about 20 minutes. I thought it would be better to take a car or taxi. (I called a taxi from Triton on the way back). Many people came to the front of the store, looked at the sign, and were surprised before leaving. I recommend coming early just to use the ticket machine. It's really hard to get in, but the food is cheap and incredibly delicious. The salmon and scallops were delicious, but I was surprised at how delicious the corn was. The staff's customer service is also good.

I arrived in the evening, finished the reception, and was called in after about 40 minutes. Surprisingly, it was relatively quick for a Saturday evening. I had mainly local ingredients this time. The fatty tuna, scallops, surf clams, whelks, salmon, salmon roe, and others were all delicious with large pieces of toppings. Thank you for the meal.

I finally got to try Triton! I lined up for about an hour before the store opened on a weekday. I tried various dishes, but the scallop, live hotate sashimi, and trout with salmon roe wrapped in seaweed were especially delicious! I also thought the speed of serving the sushi was not slow!

The quality of each sushi piece was so high that it didn't feel like a conveyor belt sushi restaurant, and the portions were also large. I felt extremely satisfied! I tried some non-fish items as well, and they were all delicious in that conveyor belt sushi style. However, it can get quite crowded due to its popularity, so that is something to keep in mind.

I arrived in Sapporo after a long flight and headed straight to the super popular chain restaurant! When it comes to Hokkaido, seafood is a must! My friend from Hokkaido recommended Triton if I wanted to eat delicious seafood, and they were right on the money! Upon entering the restaurant, I was given a waiting ticket, even though it was a weekday at 4pm. Well, it's a popular place, so I guess it's to be expected. After waiting for about 30 minutes, I finally got in! "Please have a seat and wait," they said. Was the waiting ticket just to get inside? I underestimated how popular it was! After another 15 minutes, we were finally seated! We toasted with a draft beer and ordered the recommended dishes of the day! The whelk was incredibly delicious! Actually, everything was delicious! It was worth the wait! Oh, and not just seafood, but the corn mayo was also amazing, so be sure to order it!

Near Ario, Triton Kita 8 Jo Koisei store. We arrived before 11 am and were seated at 12:30 pm due to its popularity in Sapporo. Triton stands out among the various conveyor belt sushi restaurants in Sapporo! They even have baby chairs, which is greatly appreciated for those with babies. Every piece of sushi was delicious, making us feel happy! Personally, if you're looking for affordable conveyor belt sushi, go to Kura Sushi. For a slightly better experience, Triton is the place to go. And for an energizing conveyor belt sushi experience, head to Hanamaru at Sapporo Station! #HokkaidoGourmet #SapporoGourmet #ConveyorBeltSushi #SapporoFamilyFriendlyDining

The restaurant was very crowded. I arrived before 3 pm, but had to wait for almost an hour. The inside of the restaurant was packed, but once seated, the staff welcomed me with a smile. It was fascinating to watch the sushi being made right in front of me. The taste was very delicious. Next time, I would like to go at a different time!

When visiting Hokkaido, I absolutely had to visit the famous conveyor belt sushi chain, Triton, for lunch. I heard that locals line up for it, so we arrived right at 11 am when it opened. After us, there was a line forming. The salmon was delicious, and the ikura and squid were also very tasty! I will definitely come back when I visit Hokkaido again!

You cannot make a reservation online, so the only way is to line up. I arrived before the opening and hoped there would be only a few people, but they had already issued tickets and I was the 28th group on a Sunday for lunch. Oh well, nothing can be done about it. They said to wait for about an hour and a half until we could be seated. Once seated, the staff greeted us promptly. The service was good. Even though the restaurant was full, the food was served quickly after we were seated. The sushi rice was fluffy and slightly warm, with generous-sized toppings that were satisfying to eat. The amberjack was delicious. Since the restaurant's banner outside was promoting "Spear Squid," I also tried it and it was delicious, with a translucent and sweet taste.

Triton. I went on Friday evening, but there was a wait of 35 groups, probably because it's the children's summer vacation. It would take about 1.5 hours to be seated. It's better than last Saturday when I waited for 2.5 hours at noon. The sushi is good, but not worth waiting this long. I often think about a lot of things while waiting this long at a conveyor belt sushi restaurant.

~Sapporo Trip⑩ in 2023~ On the day before, we visited "Nemuro Hanamaru" and today we went to "Triton" for dinner. The purpose was to compare the two, but to cut to the chase, both were so fantastic that it was hard to choose between them. The raw salmon we had at Triton was particularly amazing. It was fatty and allowed us to fully enjoy the sweetness and umami of the salmon. The dishes we had at Triton were as follows. *Some were shared with my wife: - Bluefin Tuna Chutoro @ 286 yen (tax included) - Bluefin Tuna Chutoro (1 piece) @ 330 yen - Seared Engawa with Charred Soy Sauce @ 330 yen - Seared Bluefin Tuna Chutoro @ 473 yen - Scallop @ 330 yen - Carefully Selected Raw Salmon @ 385 yen - Soy-marinated Salmon Roe @ 385 yen - Fried Chicken @ 286 yen We had a total of 13 dishes for two people, and the bill came to just over 4,000 yen. It's easier to access Nemuro Hanamaru from Sapporo Station, but Triton is also a fantastic revolving sushi restaurant worth visiting. However, it's quite far on foot from Sapporo Station, so I recommend taking a taxi. *It takes over 10 minutes on foot from Higashikuyakushomae Station on the Toho Line as well. The atmosphere is average, but the service is very polite, with everyone giving proper greetings. In terms of service alone, Triton was better this time. [Crowd Status] Visited at 5:30 pm on a weekday. Had to wait in line with 11 groups ahead when we got the ticket. It took 50 minutes until we were seated. *There are seating areas for waiting inside the restaurant.

I arrived at around 10:30 on Saturday, expecting the store to open at 11, but it actually opened at 10:45. I was able to enter as soon as they opened. Since I was on a trip, I had a carry-on bag, but they were kind enough to hold it for me. The sushi was delicious and had great value for the price. The eel was especially soft and exquisite.

I visited this popular restaurant in Sapporo after a business trip on a Monday afternoon. I arrived around 12:30 and there was already a line, with 25 groups ahead of me. The wait was expected to be up to 1.5 hours, but surprisingly I was called in after about 15 minutes and seated right away. I ordered a platter of three delicious items from the north (sea urchin, scallop, spear squid) as well as various other sushi items. While I was initially unsure about the quality, the sushi that followed was excellent. I ended up eating 9 plates in total for a reasonable price of 2860 yen. The taste was great for the price.

I visited in the evening on a weekday. After checking in, I waited for about 30 minutes before being called in. I had a full meal mainly consisting of local Hokkaido ingredients. The photos show just a small part of it, including a delicious assortment of three types of seafood: salmon, tuna, and Nishin herring from Abashiri. Everything was really tasty. Thank you for the meal.
