Royal Park Hotel's 20th floor has a teppanyaki restaurant called "Sumida" where you can enjoy all-you-can-eat beef, baby lobster, snow crab, and other seafood and vegetables on weekends and holidays. The chef cooks the ingredients you choose from the food table right in front of you, which is a great experience. All-you-can-eat fillet steak is a rare treat, and the abalone and beef sushi that come with the course were especially delicious! The view from the 20th floor is also refreshing and lovely. The buffet menu when I visited included fillet steak, beef sirloin (Australian), beef rump (New Zealand), domestic pork shoulder loin, pork tongue, and sausages. During special periods, there are additional items like simmered hamburger steak and seafood. The special period also includes items like lobster, snow crab, salmon, squid, shrimp, and scallops. Grilled vegetables such as onions, carrots, and asparagus are also available. The salad bar offers lettuce, tomatoes, edamame, corn, squid and green bean salad, chicken and potato salad. For dessert, there are tarts, shortcakes, jellies, puddings, fruit punch, and glass mousse. There is also "Calpis" sherbet. The menu may change depending on the season. Garlic rice, beef grilled sushi (2 pieces per person), fried chicken, fried potatoes, dessert buffet, and coffee or tea are also included. It was a delightful experience, and I would love to visit again!
