I went to a recommended restaurant called Koropokkuru. The restaurant is spacious and has about 15 staff members who guide you to your table. The service is quick and responsive. I tried some delicious dishes like sea urchin, uni, dashimaki, tuna, yellowtail, oyster fry, asparagus, hokke, buttered potato, tempura, and sushi rolls. Everything was delicious, and I want to go back to try more dishes. Thank you for the delicious meal!

I watched a YouTube video about a local Hokkaido produce-focused izakaya and decided to go check it out. The restaurant has 150 seats and even on weekdays, it was fully booked. The Hokkaido-exclusive dishes like hokke sashimi and ramen salad were all delicious. It's a popular restaurant that requires reservations, so I definitely want to make a reservation for my next visit. There is a smoking booth available, which my husband liked. Payment can be made with credit cards or PayPay.

Located on the 3rd floor of a building near Susukino intersection, this restaurant offers table seating, tatami rooms, and a counter in a spacious interior. There is also a call button for ordering, making the process smooth. I tried the herring and smelt roe for the first time and they were delicious. The standout dish was the octopus miso grilled dish. In addition to seafood, they also offer Western-style dishes and sushi that can be ordered piece by piece. There is a wide variety of drinks available for enjoyment. I definitely want to visit this restaurant again. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

I had a business dinner at Susukino for the first time. I knew about this place before, but it was my first visit. The best thing about this place is its location. You can enjoy your meal while looking at the famous Nikka sign. That's where most of the charm lies. The menu is also very Hokkaido-style. The portions are generous and the service is fast. You can't go wrong here. That's about it. Thank you for the meal!

In the center of Susukino, there is a local restaurant that focuses on using locally sourced ingredients. It seems to have been in business for 47 years, quite a long time. I was brought here by a former employee. We were seated by the window, overlooking the city of Susukino, which was a nice touch. The menu has a wide variety of options, allowing you to enjoy Hokkaido's local produce and specialties. The prices are reasonable too. I ordered herring sashimi and Okhotsk atka mackerel sashimi, which are not easy to find in Tokyo. I especially like Okhotsk atka mackerel, so I was happy to see it on the menu. They also offer crab and octopus, among other Hokkaido specialties, making it a great place to try a variety of dishes. Among the dishes we tried, the smoked oysters and the sashimi of botan shrimp and Okhotsk atka mackerel were particularly delicious. Every dish we tried was excellent, showing the high level of this izakaya. It truly lives up to its reputation as a long-standing establishment. It was quite crowded, so making a reservation would be a good idea. Overall, I feel like you can rely on this izakaya for a satisfying dining experience.

To Sapporo, Susukino's izakaya, Koropokkuru-san. A very popular izakaya, where even on a Thursday night around 8 o'clock, there was already one person waiting when I arrived, and then more and more groups started lining up. Ended up waiting for about 30 minutes. It might be better to make a reservation if possible. They serve delicious dishes like hokke sashimi, komai, grilled oysters, and buttered potatoes. Personally, I really enjoyed the komai, which was like a flavorful version of shishamo with a firm texture.

I ordered Hokke, a trio of crab dishes, tsubugai, and a comparison of uni dishes, as well as octopus zangi. Everything was satisfying and delicious, and I would definitely like to come back again for the quality and price. The only thing that bothered me a bit was the unfriendly attitude of the server when I asked for chopsticks. They asked, "What do you need them for?" It's a shame because the food was delicious... I would love to visit again when in Hokkaido!

I was looking for an izakaya in Susukino during my trip to Hokkaido, and all the popular places were full, but I finally found this place. The restaurant was very spacious and there were many groups of people. I ordered Hokkaido specialties such as Hanasakigani (flower crab), hokke sashimi, botan shrimp, and bafun uni. It was my first time trying Hanasakigani, and I was surprised by how much meat there was and how delicious it was. The hokke sashimi was also delicious with a mild white flesh and a good amount of fat.

I wanted to enjoy a variety of Hokkaido dishes at a reasonable price in Sapporo, so I chose this restaurant. It is located right by Susukino Station. The atmosphere inside the restaurant was great, and it was bustling on a Friday night. The menu was extensive, with a focus on seafood, and we were able to enjoy many delicious dishes. The solo sashimi platter with 7 pieces includes smelt, herring, button shrimp, sea urchin, scallop, seasonal fish, and live octopus. It was so good. The asparagus was simply grilled with salt, but surprisingly small - must be in season, right? Still feeling unsatisfied, I added some purple sea urchin. Just with this, I ended up drinking almost a whole bottle of white wine. Finished off with grilled miso black cod. Will definitely come back with my wife.

I was first surprised by the fact that the inside of the shop felt more like a restaurant than an izakaya! Every dish we ordered was delicious, but my favorite was the ramen salad! Even though it doesn't contain any ingredients limited to Hokkaido, it feels like something you can only eat in Hokkaido.

At the Koropokkuru Susukino store, you can see the neon sign of Nikka Whisky from inside the store. Enjoying a highball while feeling Hokkaido so much is the best. Asparagus, sashimi, and buttered potatoes are delicious, and you can fully enjoy Hokkaido in both the food and the beautiful scenery. If you're unsure, Koropokkuru is the way to go. The staff are cheerful and the sake is also delicious.

I visited the restaurant on a Saturday. They were fully booked, so I had to provide my phone number at the counter. They were very kind and called me when a table was available. I arrived at 6 pm and was told that a table would be ready around 7:30 pm, so I left and waited at a nearby shop. They called me around 7 pm to let me know a table was available. I had accidentally entered a different store, so I asked if I could come at 7:30 as originally planned, and they kindly agreed. The restaurant was spacious and had many groups of people. They had a wide variety of drinks and the fish was delicious. However, it was a bit pricey. Easy to use, but on the expensive side.

It's been a while since I visited Susukino. After some deliberation, I decided on "Koropokkuru" for this visit. The restaurant was very spacious (occupying a whole floor in a building?) and bustling with tourists and local office workers. I felt a bit groggy, probably from drinking since the morning. The sake and snacks were delicious. Thank you to the staff for explaining the food and helping with the sake selection. Cheers to the bearded gentleman.

The restaurant selected served delicious fish and meat dishes, but it was a popular place where reservations were necessary. Luckily, visiting early allowed entry before the 19:00 deadline. The reviewer missed out on the sea urchin and Hokkaido salad during lunch, but enjoyed the sweetness of the sea urchin without soy sauce and the satisfying Hokkaido salad with crab and salmon roe. Nikka Ojisan at Susukino Station is located on the 2nd floor of the building across the street. I made a reservation over the phone a few days ago. I was able to reserve a private room for two people (maybe because it was before the rush hours). The room was like a table for 8 people, with a sliding door, really a private room, and I felt sorry for just the two of us... I arrived around 4 pm on a Monday, and the place was still empty. But when we left, there were customers coming in and out, but the spacious layout of the restaurant made the situation unclear. Credit card payment is accepted. I hadn't been on a plane for years, so I wanted to have seafood in Hokkaido! After much consideration, I decided on this place with a colorful Hokkaido menu. The sashimi, grilled dishes, and fried dishes were all very well done, but the ratings on Tabelog were not particularly high or low... I realized that Doshanko must be eating good stuff too. ★★★ - Bluefin Tuna Red Meat Sashimi 950 yen My mom, who loves bluefin tuna red meat, was very impressed! The redness was intense! I couldn't eat much because it tasted too bloody! It was a small portion, but I was very satisfied. ★★★ - Hokkaido Potatoes 480 yen Jagabata! Since there were two of us, they divided it in half and gave us two plates with butter. Charcoal-grilled maybe? The crispy, fragrant taste from the direct fire like an irori! It was sweet, crispy, and delicious, even though we only had half. I was completely satisfied with being punched by Hokkaido! ★★★ - Half Shimahokke (Atka Mackerel) 990 yen It's really big lol. In Sapporo at night, we went to a famous revolving sushi restaurant for our first stop. We were quite full by then. For the second stop, we visited a recommended izakaya. We ordered a few select dishes. We started with Sapporo Classic beer, half a grilled salmon, raw mackerel, dried icefish (komai), and Hokkaido red potatoes. The fish was all fresh and delicious. We also had 2-3 cups of sake, totaling 4,800 yen. Prices may go up if you order crab or sea urchin, but for regular tasty dishes, it's a reasonably priced restaurant.
