I made a same-day reservation and arrived at the 2nd floor table at 17:40. ・Kaku Highball for 390 yen to cheers ・Liver for 200 yen ・Tsukune for 260 yen ・Hatsu for 250 yen ・Hatsumoto for 250 yen ※ Only 1 skewer left ・Yudofu for 350 yen Rich and flavorful with plenty of bonito flakes enhancing the taste ・Omelet with minced meat for 650 yen Excellent taste of the medium-thick sauce! Perfect match with minced meat! ・Mutsu Hassen for 1,080 yen Very fruity♪ It's exciting when it's served in a large wine glass! ・Urakasumi for 1,280 yen It's so much that I might drink too much. The reliable dry taste seeps in. Lately, I've been encountering great yakitori restaurants around Mitaka Station. It was a nice shop with a counter and a friendly owner.

Based on the information from Tabelog, this izakaya doesn't seem to be newly opened and has been around for some time. However, it gives off a very clean and welcoming vibe from its sign and interior. I entered impulsively and found a nice atmosphere with only one other group of customers on a weekday past 7 pm. No appetizer was served. I ordered grilled chicken neck for 200 yen, chicken skin and tail for 160 yen each, and a lemon sour for 380 yen, totaling 970 yen without a seating charge. The lemon sour had a distinct flavor and a refreshing aftertaste. The grilled skewers started to fill the air with a delicious aroma as they cooked. The portion size was a bit small for the price, but the chicken neck was thick and tender, cooked carefully over charcoal. Although I didn't specify, all skewers were seasoned with salt. The chicken skin was soft with a subtle crispness and a hint of gaminess, surprisingly tasty. The tail was bouncy and had a nice chewy texture. Overall, it was a hidden gem. Delicious!

The cartilage was especially delicious, I recommend it with strong salt and pepper seasoning.

Members living near Mitaka used this restaurant. The food was delicious, cheap, and above all, the atmosphere of the restaurant was very pleasant and comfortable. We will definitely visit again!
