I made a reservation for a tempura course at 7:00 PM on Thursday. I was seated at the tempura counter where I could see them frying right in front of me! The service was a bit slow, with delays in getting my glass refilled and receiving the bill. The staff seemed quite busy. The restroom was clean with two private stalls.

Mrs. Genji from Royal Park Hotel, this was my first time trying tempura. You can enjoy a leisurely and fun time at the counter. I paired it with a German Kabinett wine. The appetizer was hijiki and tuna, the small dish was marinated tuna, and the assorted tempura included shiitake and yuugao. The tempura was delicious, with the shrimp being perfectly half-cooked and having a nice firm texture. The snow peas were arranged like a raft, offering a great texture and aroma. The eggplant came with plenty of grated daikon and tempura sauce. Then came the sandfish, followed by more shrimp. The shiitake had a crispy outer layer and a mushroom texture inside. Lastly, I had silver treasure, which is a type of tempura that I haven't seen much of recently. It had a subtle yet strong flavor and a good texture. I finished with soba noodles, grating some daikon to enjoy with it. Tempura at the counter is a luxury, but it's nice to indulge once in a while. Thank you for the feast.

You can experience the charm of Japanese cuisine to the fullest with the delicate taste and beautiful presentation that brings out the best of the ingredients at the top floor of the hotel. Enjoy the eel steamed in a bamboo basket set meal, served with side dishes, tuna sashimi, clear soup, and pickles. Drink options include draft beer.

Enjoying a meal while looking at a beautiful garden creates a nice atmosphere. The cuisine is traditional Japanese food that you would expect from a hotel. It may not be a Michelin-starred restaurant, but it's a good choice for special occasions when you want a slightly formal meal. The prices are reasonable, and since it's a hotel, the service is excellent and satisfying.

I had a course meal that started with fish dishes only, without any meat. Although everything was delicious, there wasn't a standout dish that wowed me. Unfortunately, there was no main dish that stood out. Overall, it was a nice atmosphere.

I made a reservation and visited for lunch on Saturday. It was quite busy. I ordered the "start eating" set. Overall, the food was delicious. The seasoning was exceptional. However, I felt like there was a lack of a standout main dish. Everything was tasty, but... Thank you for the meal.

The service and table setting at the Japanese restaurant on the 5th floor of Royal Park Hotel clearly show that they are taking strong measures against COVID-19. I ordered the exquisite delicacy "Grilled Saikyo-style Silver Cod Set" for 4840 yen. The silver cod was delicious, and so were the tuna, vegetables, chawanmushi, and rice (white rice is really tasty).

I visited Genjiko for the first time in a while. Since it first opened, it has been a typical Japanese restaurant directly operated by a hotel, alongside Okura's Yamazato, and has been very convenient and useful for various occasions. It's autumn, so let's try the autumn fragrance kaiseki meal with matsutake mushrooms for a business lunch. The meal includes peanut tofu, matsutake and green vegetable ohitashi, matsutake steamed in a pot, sashimi of tuna, amberjack, and squid, lily root manju, crab simmered dish, grilled mackerel, deep-fried soft-shell crab with matsutake rice, and melon. Everything is carefully prepared. The flavor of the steamed pot dish was a bit strong, but still delicious. The grilled mackerel came with daikon mochi and sake lees castella, showing a spirit of innovation. As someone who usually sees lunch as just a bridge to evening drinks, I felt that there were too many dishes. The deep-fried soft-shell crab became a bit overwhelming. Each dish was perfect for sake, but eating them with tea felt like torture. If this were a private meal, I would have ordered white rice around the sashimi course. But today, it couldn't be helped. I enjoyed a pure and proper Japanese meal at the hotel. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

As expected, the infection prevention measures at the hotel restaurant were perfect. I was impressed when I used it for the first time, so I used it again for my baby's first meal. This Japanese restaurant is not only visually beautiful, but also delicious in taste and has excellent service.

Located near Suitengu Shrine, on the 5th floor of Tokyo Royal Park Hotel, is a Japanese restaurant. My family and I visited this restaurant after praying at Suitengu Shrine for our child's Shichi-Go-San ceremony. Many other families with the same purpose were also there, as the location and atmosphere of the restaurant seem to attract such visitors. They even offer special Shichi-Go-San courses that include commemorative photos and dressing services. The most amazing thing about this restaurant is that despite being on the 5th floor of the hotel, there is a beautiful Japanese garden right in front of you, with swimming koi fish! It's truly stunning. We enjoyed our meal in a private room (additional fee required), surrounded by the beauty of the garden. We opted for the lunch course priced at around 10,000 yen, which consisted of 8 dishes of very traditional Japanese cuisine. The fugu tempura was delicious, but overall, the food was not particularly memorable as we were not there solely for the dining experience. The service was efficient and professional. The highlight of the experience was definitely the Japanese garden. Here is what we had that day: Appetizer: Chestnut tofu, Mitsuba, Komatsuna simmered, Ito-gaki Soup: Kudzu starch with scallop meatballs, mushrooms, ginger Sashimi: Tuna, Red sea bream Assorted dishes: Shrimp potato yuba wrap, Daikon soup, Green beans, Grilled wheat gluten Dish: Grilled flounder and eggplant, Lotus root and shishito pepper Strong-flavored dish: Fried shrimp shinjo with rice crackers, Fugu tempura, Green pepper Meal: Salmon rice, Soy sauce-marinated salmon roe, Clear soup, Pickles Dessert: Fruit

This restaurant is located inside the Royal Park Hotel, directly connected to Suitengumae Station. The restaurant has table seating as well as private rooms in the back, making it a comfortable setting for business meetings and other gatherings. The staff, dressed in traditional Japanese attire, provide attentive service. Since I was staying at the hotel that day, I had made a reservation for the special dinner course available only to guests. The course started with an appetizer, followed by sashimi, grilled dishes, simmered dishes, and I also added a hot pot dish that was in season. For the main course, there were several options to choose from, and I went with the tempura soba. Each dish was delicious, making it hard to pick a favorite. The dessert featured seasonal fruits, adding to the enjoyment of the meal. I always look forward to dining at any of the restaurants in the Royal Park Hotel, as they never fail to impress. It's a great place to relax and enjoy some privacy, making it ideal for a date as well. The restaurant even has a courtyard, adding to the elegant atmosphere. I recommend giving it a try to experience its charm!

A Japanese restaurant located on the 5th floor of the Royal Park Hotel, directly connected to Suitengumae Station on the Tokyo Metro Hanzomon Line. We used a private room for a celebration. The room was a lovely sunken kotatsu-style room overlooking a Japanese garden with a pond, where elegant koi fish swim, creating a serene atmosphere. The course meal cost around 10,000 yen, featuring dishes made with early summer vegetables. The food was decent in taste, nothing particularly outstanding. I enjoyed a glass of white wine, reasonably priced for a hotel, and the portion size was good. There was a baby in the next room, but the soundproofing was effective, so we didn't have to worry about disturbing them. Due to its location next to Suitengumae Shrine, it seems to be popular for families with young children, as each room had a baby cot. The service was attentive, and the pace of serving the dishes was appropriate, allowing us to relax and enjoy our time. Overall, the focus seemed to be on providing a place and service that catered well to the needs of the guests, rather than the taste of the food.

I was taken to visit this restaurant by a client. This place is a hotel known for its delicious fish, so I was looking forward to it. I ordered the 17,800 yen kaiseki course. Since I wasn't paying for myself, I couldn't order extra dishes, but the course was quite satisfying. The tempura was a bit soggy, but the sashimi of Akashi sea bream and the anglerfish soup were excellent. This is a great place for entertaining clients or having a family meal. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

A kaiseki restaurant located inside the Royal Park Hotel. I was treated by a client, and the atmosphere inside the restaurant is great, with amazing tableware and presentation. It's Japanese cuisine, but they serve dishes like soup in a pie crust or sashimi served inside an igloo made of ice, making the dining experience visually enjoyable. It's not a place I would usually go to, so I had a valuable experience.

I went from Suitengumae Station to the Royal Park Hotel and decided to have lunch at "Genjiko". The restaurant on the 5th floor has a calm atmosphere. I finally entered and was seated. I chose the "lunch set" for 4,752 yen from the various menu options. The lunch set includes a choice of simmered fish and grilled fish, as well as a choice of rice or soba for the meal. I chose simmered fish and rice. What was brought to me was a set meal with simmered rockfish, a small side dish, tuna sashimi on rice, and chawanmushi (savory egg custard). It was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

I visited my former boss for lunch after a long time. Before the pandemic, I used to visit them 2-3 times a month. I had a tempura bowl. I wanted to add more sauce, but I found out that younger people nowadays don't prefer a lot of sauce.

The Kaiseki meal at Hudie was impressive with its sashimi and pie packaging. Although each dish is not particularly large, the variety makes it quite filling. The premium sake set, even for someone who doesn't drink much, was very delicious.

I arrived at a table seat overlooking a beautiful Zen garden made of white sand through the glass, just in time for a late breakfast. I chose to have a Japanese breakfast, with the option of having porridge. Although I don't usually eat porridge in my daily life, I decided to go for it in the hotel because my stomach was feeling rough from overeating and drinking the day before. My mother chose the breakfast set with white rice. The fish was delicious, and the accompanying pickled plum was just right in its saltiness. I was particularly impressed by the deliciousness of the kelp, which I had never paid much attention to before. Since encountering the kelp from Genkiko, my journey to find delicious kelp continued until I met "Konbu no Iwasaki," which was just as delicious as the kelp from Genkiko! I became so addicted that I even obtained breakfast tickets without staying at the hotel and went to eat breakfast there twice. This was my favorite morning porridge before I encountered Shatianji.
