The soy sauce lemon sauce negi-yaki was exquisite. It looks simple, but inside there's plenty of beef tendons and green onions. The ikayaki is filled with chunks of squid and squid legs. The omu-soba has thick noodles with a sweet wheat flavor. These noodles go well with the egg. Everything I ate was delicious. It was worth coming to Osaka for the flour dishes charge.

The restaurant, established in 1996, has a unique C-shaped counter with a stainless steel groove where all the okonomiyaki and other grilled dishes are cooked. I ordered the Butatama for 980 yen and a medium-sized draft beer for 550 yen. The beer was served promptly and was delicious. I also tried their strong highball for 450 yen, which was also very good. The Butatama, grilled to perfection with plenty of bonito flakes, was served after a short wait. The two-layered okonomiyaki was cooked perfectly and tasted delicious, especially when paired with the strong highball. The restaurant is open until 5 am, so I would love to try their Butatama as a late-night meal sometime.

The underground shopping area was cooler, but Umeda's underground area was too vast and hard to navigate. It was convenient to be able to make a reservation at a well-known restaurant. Usually, it's hard to get a seat at this place since they are often fully booked from their opening at 5:00 PM, but Sundays around this time are a good time to go. I ordered the "Buta Tamayaki (980 yen)". The staff in the kitchen at the back will cook it for you. It arrived after a 25-minute wait. It was worth the wait. One bite and it was delicious. It's big and thick, but the dough is light and fluffy. The pork is crispy. There is pork all over, so you get a piece in every bite. This is a big plus. The texture of the konnyaku is also good. The sauce is spicy, which I like. It also has mayonnaise, finely shaved bonito flakes, and seaweed. It's a satisfying okonomiyaki in terms of portion size. Thank you for the meal.

I ordered the mixed yakisoba for 1380 yen, with pork, squid, shrimp, and konjac for an additional 200 yen. It was fun to watch them cook it right in front of me. The noodles were thicker and more filling than I expected. It's great that they are open late into the night. I would like to visit again if I have the chance.
