In the Happy Road of Oyama (south exit of Oyama Station, arcade side shopping street), there is a sandwich shop that operates from 6:00 to 21:00. It used to be open 24 hours a day, always available, but now it seems to have shortened its hours. In 1967, the first sandwich factory in Japan was established. The headquarters is located in Oyama at Sankyuu Sandwich, which also operates other brands such as "BLOSSOM & BOUQUET," totaling 15 stores. The main ingredients such as bread, eggs, potatoes, tuna, chicken cutlets, and sauces are all original ingredients made in-house. The fillings are indeed delicious, each giving a homemade feel. The Special Sandwich costs 330 yen. In November 22 years ago, the largest "MUJI store" in the Kanto region opened in Itabashi Minamicho, prompting a reevaluation of the "Itabashi's Best" selected by residents. (It had been a while since the lineup was completely renewed since being selected in 2003). Inside MUJI, there is a corner dedicated to "Itabashi's Best," which includes K's Kitchen's "Special Sandwich." It contains a combination of potatoes, eggs, ham, and cheese, all stars of the sandwich. Each filling is delicious, but the gentle seasoning allows all the flavors to harmonize perfectly. If you are unsure, this is the one to go for. The generous portions of potatoes and cheese provide a satisfying experience. However, if you prefer a light and delicate seasoning, I recommend trying each ingredient separately as a sandwich. Thank you for the meal!
