They offer over 30 types of chicken dishes, mainly using high-quality chickens from Satsuma, Tottori, and Oyama. You can enjoy their proud fighting chickens in "sashimi" or "grilled" style. The grilled assortment of fighting chicken costs 1080 yen, including back liver with shirako. It is a daily changing grilled assortment with a unique "back liver with shirako". The texture is amazing, and it is served with plenty of ground sesame seeds and a special salt blend of salt and wasanbon sugar. The sashimi assortment of fighting chicken costs 1280 yen, including thigh tataki, breast, oyster, heart, gizzard, shirako, and liver. The fat-rich and elastic meat is delicious, and the shirako is very creamy. Both dishes are served as one portion but are quite substantial and satisfying. The first floor was full, so we went up to the second floor. We ordered two servings of Mizutaki (chicken hot pot), a cucumber pickled in one piece, liver sashimi, sweet potato stick with butter, and left the rest to the recommendations of our friends.
