It's been a while since I went out. I had an early lunch, a brunch set available from 10:00 to 11:30. I chose the Brunch Set B, which included French toast croque-madame, salad, yogurt, and coffee or tea. The French toast was fluffy and delicious, especially with honey on top. I wish I had ordered more than two slices. I enjoyed a cup of Earl Grey tea in beautiful Meissen tableware. The parfait also looked tempting.

Hankyu Umeda Main Store, during the Obon holiday, there were more people than usual and it was crowded. I wanted to take a break, but everywhere from B1F Taneya Chaya to Afternoon Tea was packed! The seasonal fruits were mango and pineapple, and the sweet aroma was amazing from the moment it was brought over, I was sure it wouldn't be sour. The crepe was simple with whipped cream and ice cream, so the fruits stood out. The dishes were Meissen brand, making the presentation even more beautiful. Hankyu Umeda Main Store is located on the 7th floor. I made a reservation for afternoon tea in advance and it was a bit more luxurious than usual. It is available on weekdays from 11:30 to 17:00, and on weekends and holidays from 11:30 to 18:00. They also had a limited-time peach compote parfait for 1800 yen, which had a large peach in it. The scallop and herb salad for 1960 yen was cute and had plenty of ingredients like scallops and poached eggs. The atmosphere was lovely, the tableware was Meissen, and it definitely boosted my girl power.

When I went to Hankyu with my mother, there were a lot of Meissen options for tea. This time, my sister joined us and we had tea in the evening. Since it was peach season, I had a peach parfait. On top was a peach, followed by ice cream, then more peaches, and jelly at the bottom. It was difficult to reach the jelly at the very bottom! It was very generous in portion size! The peaches were fresh and it seemed like they used a whole peach!

During shopping, I took a break at the Meissen Café next to the Meissen sales area. I also looked at Meissen dishes, but they are quite expensive. The coffee was strong and delicious. The waitress mentioned that refills were free, which was nice. The blend coffee was 950 yen, but considering the free refills, it's not that expensive. The service from the lady in the suit at the entrance and the cashier was a bit cold or indifferent. However, the coffee was tasty. Thank you for the meal.

In addition to the blend coffee, they also offer Blue Mountain, which is on the pricier side. When you order the Blue Mountain blend (1,470 yen), you can choose your cup from 12 different coffee cups. I fell in love with the stylish coffee cup with a flower design reminiscent of Meissen petals. The coffee beans seem to have been carefully roasted with a gentle heat, as I could taste the sweetness. The Blue Mountain blend, with its unique bitterness, acidity, and richness, is well-balanced. It feels quite rich, possibly due to the amount of beans used. As it cools, the taste changes to a slightly acidic one, but it retains its sweetness. It's a rich and satisfying cup, making for a wonderful coffee time with the beautiful coffee cup. I arrived around 2pm on a regular day and waited for about 20 minutes before entering. The spacious seating was nice, allowing me to relax with my friends. During my break, I decided to satisfy my cake cravings at Meissen Cafe! I love the stylish Western-style interior. I was torn between getting a cake set or a dessert, but since I had cake last time, I went with the dessert! The strawberry pie was larger than I imagined, served on a cute flower-shaped plate with a fancy decoration. The strawberries were huge and luxurious! The pie was crispy and had a generous amount of cream and custard, which paired perfectly with the strawberries. I finished it in no time! The caramel cappuccino had plenty of caramel sauce at the bottom, and you're supposed to mix it before drinking. The sweet caramel sauce was delicious! Desserts are limited-time only, so I'm looking forward to trying the next one! The atmosphere is lovely and perfect for a relaxing time, so I highly recommend it.

Every year, I look forward to the Valentine's event! I was looking forward to the chocolates, soft serve, and sweets that are only available during that time. However, the day before the event, Hankyu announced that there would be no eat-in option this year due to the increasing number of infections. I understand the situation, but I was really looking forward to it. In the various cafes at Hankyu, they are currently serving strawberry sweets. If it's been a while, I recommend going to Maison Café. The atmosphere is elegant and the interior is clean and sophisticated. The strawberry parfait with chocolate and a drink costs 2,600 yen and comes with a substantial volume. The base is a Charlotte cookie, topped with strawberry Bavarian cream, cocoa-flavored sponge cake with a banana sandwich, strawberry sorbet, pie stick, and warm white chocolate sauce. It offers a variety of flavors and textures, and despite the voluminous appearance, it was quite filling. It was a delightful experience, and the strawberries were fresh and delicious. Maison Café is known for its delicate touch, but the parfait had a hearty feel to it. They also have a Valentine's special Gâteau Chocolat and Orange Mousse parfait.
