After a long time, I had okonomiyaki in Osaka. The counter seats are for one person each, with 4 seats, and there are table seats for 2 or more people, completely separated in the restaurant. Depending on the situation inside the restaurant and the wait time, sometimes you can get in without waiting too long. You order while waiting in line, so once you sit down, the food is served relatively quickly.
[Mixed Egg Okonomiyaki] The visual is a beautiful round shape. The cross-section is packed tightly, with a thickness of almost 2 centimeters, giving a sense of weight! However, when you actually eat it, the inside is moist and fluffy, with a light and easy-to-eat texture. The pork is crispy and fragrant, and the seafood also has a strong presence, with the sweet and savory sauce being delicious!
[Egg Over Rice Yakisoba] At first, I thought it was a poorly shaped okonomiyaki, but it turned out to be yakisoba haha. It's spicier than okonomiyaki sauce, but not too strong, and with the raw egg mixed in, you end up slurping it down like a drink ((´艸`*)) Oh, this goes really well with beer~ ( ^ω^ )
[Octopus Garlic Butter] The scent of the garlic butter is appealing, and the octopus is springy, with a hint of flavor on the cabbage, making it enjoyable until the end (o^^o). While it may not be a uniquely impressive okonomiyaki, it seems to be a classic okonomiyaki that firmly captures the essence of okonomiyaki! Since there were quite a few women dining alone, I think even solo female diners can easily enjoy okonomiyaki here! Thank you for the meal!
