I heard that the all-you-can-eat bread breakfast here is recommended, so I went there around 8 am on a weekday morning! I had heard that it could get really crowded even on weekdays, but on the day I went, there were plenty of empty seats and no one was waiting in line. They had a set called "Briant Morning?" with egg dishes that looked delicious, but since I wanted to eat a lot of bread, I chose the all-you-can-eat bread set with a mini salad and a drink (around 960 yen including tax). I chose iced coffee for my drink, but if you choose hot coffee, you can have unlimited refills which is a great deal! The bread selection included Danish pastries (cream cheese, custard, strawberry jam), roll bread, five-grain bread, focaccia, granola bread, broccoli and cheese bread, raisin bread, salt bread, black sugar walnut bread, croissant, etc. The toppings were more about experiencing the flavors and textures of various ingredients rather than being voluminous. There were olive oil, salt, pepper, and olive oil flavored with peperoncino on the table, so you could freely change the taste and enjoy eating without getting bored. Personally, I liked the fruit granola bread and cream cheese Danish the most. They were filled with various dried fruits! Also, they asked quite frequently if I wanted more bread or coffee, and since it wasn't crowded, I was able to eat a lot and relax slowly, so I was very satisfied.
