This is a restaurant that was recommended to me because I praised a restaurant that integrated projection mapping in the past. It's a bit difficult to explain, so it's a bit long, but it might be a spoiler. From the outside, the building looks like a glass-covered display of flowers, giving off a cafe or salon-like atmosphere. The cute lighting and interior design made me wonder if it was for dinner. The first floor has a stylish counter, where you are initially seated. While sipping on sparkling water, you can relax. Later, another couple joined us, and we were all guided to a room on the basement floor. The imagery in this room conveys the concept of the restaurant, focusing on nature and the earth. We then moved to the next room with a circular table resembling a donut, with cutlery and glasses. The lighting was dim, and there was a display in the center, so we were not distracted by others. The dishes were brought out quietly, with explanations given when necessary. The descriptions of the dishes were displayed on panels on the table, and you could also view them on your smartphone by scanning a QR code. The servers, who had animal motifs, did not speak at all. The dishes were named after elements of nature and were a mix of Western and Japanese influences, all delicious. The pairing included non-alcoholic teas and was also tempting to try. The menu included dishes like "The Beginning," "Earth," "Fire," "Water," "Wind," "Universe," and dessert. Each dish was unique and delightful, with creative presentations. The dessert was served on the second floor, continuing the natural and elegant theme. The entire dining experience emphasized a unique world view, with a mix of cafe-style on the first and second floors and innovative dining. It was a nice change of pace to immerse oneself in such an experience. Innovative formats like this can sometimes have a subcultural aspect. The service was very attentive and the staff wearing animal masks was a creative way to maintain the theme without compromising the experience. However, the AR goggles that needed to be worn on the head were a bit challenging. Overall, it was a memorable and enjoyable dining experience.
