Vienna donut, salmon and mushroom pizza, pistachio croissant, a strong contender in the bread category. Everything I ate was delicious. The Angel Noah was surprisingly delicious, but what I ate today was at a level where I think I want to eat it all over again. The Vienna donut was cold, but it had a slight sweetness to it, reminiscent of an American hot dog. Of course, since it's bread, it's a different experience. It should be even more delicious when warmed up. The pizza had salmon, mushrooms, and white cream on a flat bread that seemed like focaccia dough. The salmon, mushrooms, and cream harmonized well, and the salmon's rich flavor was delicious. It was delicious when freshly baked. The bread had a subtle saltiness, serving as a complement to the ingredients, but it was chewy and occasionally made me appreciate the deliciousness of the bread. The croissant here is delicious too. I bought it without much thought, but indeed, the color was beautiful, and the crispy texture of the croissant itself was delicious. And most importantly, the pistachio cream. It's good without any strong taste. I will eat it again. But there are too many other products I want to try, this is an amazing store. I want to visit at least once a week. Additional notes: ★Pizza bread cut into triangles. Basil and chicken. Hearty. ★Panini with tomato, ham, and mozzarella cheese. Sprinkled with rock salt on top, with a hint of basil flavor, well-balanced and delicious. Despite not being that big, it's still hearty. I think the bread is dense. ★Burnt cream bread attracted by the visuals. Whether it's because it's burnt or the cream's flavor, it vaguely reminds me of the cream bread I had in Italy. I don't think the brioche dough is that delicious, but this cream is delicious. Makes me want to try the classic cream bread. ★Whimsical sandwich today in the form of a fried white fish dog. It has mayonnaise, giving it a classic feel. ★Tonkatsu sandwich filled with lots of vegetables. Not too meaty, but well-balanced.
