I made a reservation for 6:00 PM on December 16, 2022, and visited the restaurant right after it opened. The inside was already full of reserved customers. If you don't want to wait in line, it's a must to make a reservation for the opening time. A friendly staff member guided me to a counter seat, where I ordered a draft beer first. I also ordered various dishes: thick-cut salted tongue, senmai sashimi, simmered beef tripe, salted hormone, and a large serving of rice. While waiting, the phone kept ringing constantly. It's such a popular place! The senmai sashimi had a beautiful whitish color, which was different from the gray one I had seen before. It was so fresh and delicious when dipped in the sweet and sour sauce. The thick-cut tongue was tender and the simmered beef tripe was full of juicy beef tripe with an elegant seasoning that was not too sweet or too spicy, simply exquisite. The salted hormone was large and the more you chew, the more umami flavor came out. I then added an order of "yami mori" (small) which is a mix of various hormones, and upper harami because I saw others enjoying it. The "yami mori" was fun to try with a variety of flavors, but I personally prefer enjoying each cut separately, so I might not order it next time. As for the upper harami, it was surprisingly delicious even raw! So tasty! I tried it slightly grilled as well, but raw was the best! The raw upper harami is amazing! For drinks, we had two draft beers, one highball, one lemon sour, and I think we ordered refills three times. The total bill was a little over 10,000 yen! The bright atmosphere, friendly service, amazing grilled meat, and chilled alcohol made it a perfect dining experience. Thank you for the delicious meal!
