Ulonghai (630), Yasuda (770), Todoyukke from Rausu (1070), Bear and Taro Gratin (1320), Bear's Red Wine Miso Offal Stew with Bread (1320). The cover charge includes two items for 660 yen. Chestnut tempura from Oe and homemade wild boar sausage with jalapeno cream croquette. The cover charge seemed high, but considering the quality, it's actually quite reasonable! Two carefully crafted dishes. Both freshly fried, which is delightful. The croquette has a creamy and rich cream sauce with the concentrated umami of wild boar sausage, and a mild yet wild and firm taste with a hint of jalapeno spiciness! You can eat the chestnut with the skin on! It's not too hard, with a crispy texture. It might be the first time I've eaten the skin of a chestnut. You can also enjoy the fragrant umami of the skin. This raised my expectations for the following dishes. The crispy fried intestines of the bear were sold out, which was a shame. I wanted to try that! The rock glass was filled to the brim. So happy! Ulonghai might be more cost-effective than shochu. - Todoyukke from Rausu, breast meat yukke. Todoyukke! Rare and unique! I ordered it solely based on its appearance, and it was the right choice! Does it have a whale-like taste? It's chewy, without any fishy smell, refreshing and easy to eat. It has some fat here and there, and when eaten with lean meat, the refreshing umami of the lean meat is enhanced by the richness and sweetness of the fatty meat, making it delicious! It's the best when you eat it with the runny yolk! - Red wine stew of bear. Goes really well with garlic toast! The chewy texture remains but it's easy to bite through. You can feel the refined richness that has been carefully simmered. You can enjoy the variety of parts and the taste and texture of each part. - Bear and Taro Gratin. It has a bear-like quality but is easy to eat. Not dry, but moist. The hot gratin is the best! They are open from 11pm to 1am, which is convenient. Akita's wild hare fried with a scent (770), New Toku's Takeda's lamb skewers (330), Saitama's rich quail charcoal-grilled (1070), etc. There are many tempting menu items! Depending on the day, some items may not be available, such as duck and lamb when I visited. The prices are a bit high, but there are rare animals and cuts available, so I recommend it to game lovers.
