Visited the restaurant around 1pm on a regular day. There were 3 customers ahead of me, but they were seated quickly. The ramen menu had two main types: tonkotsu shoyu and black soy sauce. Toppings included chashu, seasoned egg, and green onions. I came to try the special "toro-tama cha-han", so I had a hard time deciding but ended up choosing my favorite tonkotsu shoyu ramen. The toro-tama cha-han was prepared by the chef with a lot of energy, and the sound of the frying pan was like a comforting background music. In less than 10 minutes, both the ramen and the cha-han were served. The cha-han was as expected, with a fluffy egg and flavorful rice. The ramen had a strong flavor, although the tonkotsu taste was not very prominent. It was quite filling. I would like to try the black soy sauce ramen next time.

I stopped by because I was nearby. I visited after 1:30 PM, so there was only one person waiting and I was able to enter smoothly. The ramen was my favorite tonkotsu soup. The noodles were quite substantial, but the soup was so delicious that I ended up getting a second helping. The fried rice was also tasty. I will visit again. Thank you for the meal.

I was actually planning to go to another ramen shop, but ended up deciding to try Menya Shichisan. I had the Tonkotsu Shoyu ramen for ¥900 and the Torotama fried rice. The Tonkotsu Shoyu ramen was more on the soy sauce side, which was a nice surprise. The broth was unique and paired well with the thin noodles. The Torotama fried rice was delicious, especially with the egg. It was a hidden gem of a ramen shop near Hankyu Ibaraki Station.

Tonkotsu Shoyu Ramen and Fried Rice Set. This ramen shop is located a few minutes walk from Hankyu Ibaraki-shi Station. I visited during late hours on a weekday. The shop is run by the owner and a beautiful female staff member, who provides polite and attentive service. The Tonkotsu Shoyu Ramen is delicious, with a flavorful soup that is not too heavy and has a slight sweetness. It seems to have a layer of chili oil on the surface. The noodles are medium-thin and the two types of chashu are also tasty. The fried rice, cooked with plenty of oil, was also delicious. The owner saw us off properly and the overall service was excellent. While there is a trend to praise unique ramen dishes, this shop offers consistent quality tonkotsu shoyu ramen and attentive service. It's the kind of place you would want to visit regularly. 127th bowl in 23 years.

I visited around 1:30 PM. There was only one customer. The shop had a small counter and a few table seats. I ordered the Tonkotsu Shoyu Ramen for 880 yen, which came with two types of chashu: one with tender simmered cartilage and one regular chashu. It had green onions in it and the noodles were medium thickness and straight. The noodles were smooth and I finished them quickly. I debated ordering fried rice but ended up just getting the ramen. It was a pork bone soy sauce broth, not too heavy. I was about 70% full. The staff were friendly and left a good impression! Thank you for the meal ⭐︎

Today's lunch was a ramen shop tour around Ibaraki Station. The shop I visited today is located only about 100m away from "Menya Ikei," which I visited last week. I parked my car at a coin parking lot and arrived at the shop just before 12 o'clock. The shop is not very spacious, with only four counter seats and three tables. It has a calm atmosphere, typical of a ramen shop. It seems to be run by a couple. The shop was almost full, and there were two or three customers waiting outside. I sat at the counter and ordered the "Tonkotsu Shoyu Ramen" and the shop's specialty, the "Fluffy Egg Fried Rice" set. The food came out fairly quickly. First, the soup. It had a slight thickness, rich in flavor but not overpowering. A standard "Tonkotsu Shoyu"! The straight thin noodles had a gentle texture, which was nice. The chashu was also satisfactory. Overall, the ramen was not mind-blowing but had a well-rounded taste that would appeal to most people. And the "Fluffy Egg Fried Rice"! It seemed to be a specialty, and the fluffy egg was a nice touch! It was delicious and paired well with the soup. I finished the soup completely and was satisfied. Thank you for the meal. P.S. The slim young woman next to me finished her tonkotsu ramen and fried rice set, and casually said, "I'll have an extra serving of noodles, extra firm, please!" Impressive!

"Hankyu Ibaraki-shi Station North side's 'Menya Shichi'. It's near Ikkei. Arrived just before 11 o'clock and there was one customer ahead. There are 4 counter seats and 2 tables for 4 people. They provided a basket for our belongings. ★Ladies set 950 yen (Mini Tonkotsu Shoyu Ramen + Petite Torotama Fried Rice) There was no 'Mini' written on the ramen in the menu board, so we ordered as it is, but on the counter menu, it had 'Mini' next to the ramen... The fried rice is petite, will it be enough? The ramen was served in about 4 minutes. Oh, it's indeed a bit small (>_<) But it looks delicious~. The tonkotsu shoyu broth is flavorful without being too heavy, and tasty♪ I think I can finish the soup. The straight thin noodles are cooked just right. I thought there was only pork chashu, but there was a brown lump. Huh! Is it braised pork belly? Cartilage maybe? It's so tender and flavorful. This is delicious! It doesn't seem to come with the shoyu ramen. The Petite Torotama fried rice has half-cooked egg on top. The fried rice is also well seasoned, and when combined with the egg, it creates a gentle flavor. Since the ramen portion was small, I finished it all. It was so delicious that I think I could go for the regular size with Petite Tamago as well."

This time, I came to Menya Shichi, a ramen restaurant located just a short walk from Ibaraki-shi Station. I tried their classic Tonkotsu Shoyu Chashu Ramen (1000 yen) and Toro Tamago Cha-han (370 yen), with an extra serving of noodles (170 yen). The Tonkotsu Shoyu Chashu Ramen was amazing. The chashu was overflowing and there was so much of it that it seemed like it would never run out when eating it with the noodles. The Tonkotsu Shoyu broth had a rich and savory flavor, which is sure to make any man addicted. The Toro Tamago Cha-han was also fantastic, with the soft-boiled egg being really creamy and delicious, and the fried rice having a strong and delicious flavor, creating a perfect harmony. Honestly, I highly recommend this place. Even the extra serving of noodles had a great flavor that kept it interesting. The atmosphere inside the restaurant was calm and relaxing, so I recommend checking it out! Be sure to give it a try!

I had been eating only salty food recently, so I felt like having tonkotsu ramen for the first time in a while and went to a nearby noodle shop called Noodleya Nana. It was a weekday lunchtime and there were many office workers there. Both the soup and noodles were delicious. The noodles were made by Menya Tae, and they were medium straight noodles that paired well with the tonkotsu broth, it was excellent. Since it was tonkotsu ramen, I thought it would be great to have it again as a late-night snack after drinking.

Noodle shop Nana is a relatively high-rated restaurant in my memory, and I think there was another shop there before. It is located near Ibaraki-shi station, so I feel that the cost of the store is high. I entered around noon and there were no other customers. I ordered the Black Soy Sauce Ramen for 860 yen, and also added a side of fried rice for 170 yen. The fried rice arrived first, it was a bit small and more suitable for women. Then came the Black Soy Sauce Ramen. The noodles were slightly flat, medium thickness and straight. The soup was hot and had a clear soy sauce flavor with a hint of scallion oil, but the ingredients were not very noticeable. The toppings included white leeks, mizuna, and 3 small slices of chashu. Personally, I prefer thinner noodles, but I thought it was quite delicious. However, I couldn't help but wonder about the high cost of the store rental. I hope they can make it work.

Second visit. I ordered the ladies set (mini ramen + mini toro ball fried rice) again, and the taste was consistently good. I regretted not trying the black soy sauce ramen instead since I ordered the same menu last time. However, it was delicious. I felt the flavor was a bit strong.

On December 3, 2021, Friday, I took a leisurely bike ride near Hankyu Ibaraki-shi Station during lunch break. I felt like eating tonkotsu ramen, so I came to this place. It had been a while since my last visit. There were a few customers already inside, and the restaurant was being run by the owner and two female staff members. I ordered the tonkotsu shoyu ramen with extra chashu and a side of mini toro tamagoyaki fried rice set. I wanted to indulge a bit with plenty of chashu, so I went over 1000 yen for lunch (laughs). The tonkotsu soup had a sweet flavor without any unpleasant smell, and it came with two kinds of chashu. It was delicious! The toro toro egg on top of the half fried rice was also great. However, I am completely full now! Thank you for the meal!

Located about a 5-minute walk from Ibaraki-shi Station, this ramen shop offers two types of soy sauce ramen.
For my first visit, I ordered the tonkotsu soy sauce ramen. It wasn't too rich and had a nice flavor.
The fried rice was not greasy and easy to eat with chopsticks.
And all of this for less than 1000 yen, so I plan to go again.

I visited during the lunch break on a regular day. There were few customers, so I sat at the counter. I ordered the "Black Soy Sauce Ramen" and "Torotama Charhan" set (1180 yen). The fried rice has a good reputation, so I ordered the regular size instead of the half size. The ramen had straight thin noodles and a soy sauce-based soup that seemed rich. However, when I tried it, the soy sauce aroma was not as strong as I expected. Personally, I was hoping for a strong, fragrant soy sauce flavor, so I was a little disappointed. The fried rice had a fluffy and creamy egg on top, and it was very delicious. The rice was seasoned well to match the egg. I would like to try a different type of ramen next time. Thank you for the meal.

I had tonkotsu shoyu ramen and creamy egg fried rice. The tonkotsu shoyu ramen was incredibly delicious and I felt it was one of the best ramen I've ever had. It was great even when I added pepper and chili bean paste from the table. The creamy egg fried rice was simple yet delicious, with a runny egg on top that added a touch of happiness to the taste. The atmosphere of the restaurant was also very nice, and I would love to go back again. Next time, I want to try adding a seasoned egg topping.

I went with the tonkotsu shoyu ramen and torotama fried rice. The noodles were thin and straight, very smooth. The chashu was also good, and the torotama was delicious. I've had similar fried rice at other places before. Overall, it was tasty, but I'm not too picky.

This is a ramen restaurant near Ibaraki-shi station, facing the street with a traditional Japanese appearance. When you enter through the curtain, the interior has a cork and wooden lodge-style decor with a TV playing. There are counter seats and two 4-person table seats, and the staff are a middle-aged couple. The wall had characters for "noodles" and "Daiaku" posted. The menu includes ramen (tonkotsu), black soy sauce ramen, chashu ramen, fried rice, and set options. I ordered the tonkotsu ramen with a mini chashu rice set. The ramen arrived in about 5-6 minutes, with a rich soup covered in chili oil. The soup had a strong tonkotsu soy sauce flavor with a mild taste and the noodles were firm and chewy. The toppings included pork chashu, soft cartilage, and green onions, which were delicious. The mini chashu rice set arrived a bit later and was nicely cooked with a fluffy texture. Overall, the ramen was reminiscent of Kumamoto ramen with a mild tonkotsu soup and chili oil. The mini chashu rice set was different from the usual, with a great texture. The friendly and attentive service added to the enjoyable dining experience. I would love to visit again. It was really delicious. Thank you for the meal.

I walked about 30 minutes in the pouring rain to a ramen shop I had been wanting to try after visiting a shaved ice shop. It's only about a 5-minute walk from Hankyu Ibaraki-shi Station. A follower recommended this place, so I had high expectations. I arrived and there were only two other customers. The owner and a staff member warmly welcomed me. I ordered the tonkotsu shoyu ramen and the mini toro-tama charhan set. The ramen and charhan looked delicious, and they tasted great too. The meat was so tender! I prefer this kind of topping over thin or thick slices of chashu. I definitely want to come back to this place.

This ramen shop is located 3-5 minutes walk from Nanasaka-Kyuko Ibaraki City Station! I love their soy sauce tonkotsu ramen so much that I crave it regularly. The soup is pork bone-based with a nice thick texture, and the soy sauce flavor mixed in makes it incredibly delicious! Even though the noodles are medium-thick straight noodles, they blend well with the soup. The tender char siu and light char siu on top are both delicious. The set also comes with half-fried rice! I love the seasoning of this fried rice. I enjoyed it so much that I finished all the soup on this day. Thank you for the meal!

Visited the restaurant on an empty stomach. Before the ramen arrived, I had the seared fatty meat (¥420) and the fatty tamago fried rice (part of a set). The tamago fried rice was seriously delicious. Fluffy and flavorful. I ordered the black soy sauce ramen. It had just the right amount of shichimi and black pepper, a classic soy sauce ramen. The oil was light and the aftertaste was refreshing. The side dishes were just as impressive as the ramen. Follow us on Instagram for more Osaka gourmet recommendations!
