Kokumiso Shio Chuka Soba (Pork Bone + Salt, 800 yen) ★★★★
The soup is a salt-flavored pork bone base. The noodles are medium-thin straight noodles. The toppings include shoulder loin pork chashu and green onions. The soup is made from pork bones with added richness from garlic-infused lard, giving it a subtle garlic flavor as an accent. The salt tare adds a sweet spread to the taste, creating a sophisticated depth of flavor with a rich pork bone umami and richness. The noodles are homemade, made with a Yamato Seisakusho Richman noodle machine, with a firm bounce and a crisp bite that pairs well with the soup. The large, thin chashu slices are flavorful and tender. Condiments such as ramen sauce, pepper, shichimi, and salt are provided for flavor variations. During lunchtime, there is a free small rice service, and other value set menus are available. (Recommended: soup and noodles)

Five of us went to this restaurant for lunch, and we tried the miso ramen. The fried rice was a bit on the salty side, possibly using Osaka dark soy sauce. It was delicious, and I look forward to trying the soy sauce or salt ramen next time.

At South Shinsaibashi, there is a ramen shop where lines form at lunchtime. I visited around 7 pm on a weekday, with about 4 groups of 6 people already there. The shop has a total of 20 seats. I ordered their popular Karaage C set (Chinese ramen soy sauce/miso/salt + 4 pieces of karaage + minced meat miso rice bowl) for 1040 yen from the ticket machine at the entrance. The Chinese ramen with soy sauce has a rich and flavorful soy sauce soup, with a hint of garlic aroma rising from the steam. The sharp soy sauce pairs well with the firm and chewy noodles. The karaage has a crispy coating and uses chicken thigh meat, making it juicy and delicious, perfect with rice. The minced meat rice bowl has mayo on top, and it's great to mix it with the karaage. This restaurant offers affordable and delicious ramen sets, making it a place I would like to visit regularly.

The miso ramen here is especially delicious, with a rich flavor and homemade thin noodles. I always end up finishing all the broth. During lunchtime, you can get a free small rice, and if you become a LINE friend, you can also earn points for each visit. This time, I used those points to add 3 extra slices of chashu and extra green onions by using the shop's premium card. The price for LINE members for the miso ramen is only 800 yen, which is a great deal.

I visited this place for dinner. It's located deep inside a building, so I hesitated a bit before entering, but the inside is quite spacious. The pipe chairs and table height don't match well, so it's a bit uncomfortable to sit. As for the ramen, the soy sauce flavor is strong, as advertised. It has a noticeable garlic flavor. The fried rice, I wonder if it was stir-fried? I didn't hear the sound of a frying pan, and the eggs and green onions didn't seem to be cooked together. It was more like cooked-in rice style. The fried chicken is well-seasoned, but the batter is quite thick, a bit heavy. Overall, it was a generous set meal. It would be good for young people! 🍜🍚🍗

We stormed into a popular restaurant in Shinsaibashi with my family during lunchtime on a weekday. The turnover rate is good, but surprisingly it was full of salarymen. We were seated at a table for two in the back, but there were salarymen sitting right next to us which made my son uneasy. It's hard to have a conversation with partitions around and people nearby. Also, it's often crowded, so it can be difficult to find seats together for groups. Despite that, the food is delicious, so people keep coming back. During lunchtime, they serve a free mini rice dish and a generous portion of fried rice (and it's cheap). It's a good deal. If you become LINE friends, you can collect stamps and receive special offers via LINE once a week, which makes you want to go there every week. The soy sauce ramen is rich and flavorful! The noodles have a great texture and are delicious. I should have ordered the large portion. My child was also impressed. I would like to try other menu items next time.

I went to Yoshida-san for lunch and ordered the rich Chinese-style noodles. I got the chashu noodles and free small rice. The noodles matched well with the rich soy sauce broth, and the chashu was thinly sliced, juicy, and tender, making it very delicious! Perfect for soy sauce lovers!

Located at the back of the first floor of a tenant building, this place is likely frequented by regular customers. During lunchtime on weekdays, the "Ajitama Ramen" is priced at 800 yen, with a free small rice included. I couldn't resist taking the free rice! The dish is topped with large slices of thinly cut pork shoulder chashu, garnished with chopped green onions and a mountain of lard that glistens in the jet-black soup. The soup, slightly garlic-flavored, is a rich soy sauce base that is almost spicy. As the shop's name suggests, it is indeed rich in flavor. The strong soy sauce taste really hits you, almost reaching the point of spiciness. This dish is a real winner that goes well with rice. Although I'm not a fan of black pepper, I tried adding some as recommended by the staff. It really did help to enhance the flavor. I also sprinkled some shichimi pepper for added kick. The curly thin noodles were cooked perfectly and paired well with the soup. Despite being busy, the staff made sure to properly inform me about the coupons available. The fast-paced yet clear communication by the female staff member, who single-handedly managed to maintain a lively atmosphere in the restaurant, was impressive.

Located about a 5-minute walk from Shinsaibashi Station, "Nokou Chuka Soba Yoshida‼️" offers a rich soy sauce ramen made with strong soy sauce instead of pork bone. The fried rice also uses strong soy sauce, giving it a powerful punch‼️ Prices are reasonable, with the option to get a fried rice set for under 1,000 yen. If you enjoy soy sauce ramen, this is a shop you should definitely visit!

After a long time, I went to Yoshida's Noko for their rich Chinese noodles. I'm a repeat customer because their soy sauce ramen with seasoned egg and extra green onions is delicious. However, I preferred the previous green onions more. Thank you for the meal. #Shinsaibashi #ShinsaibashiGourmet #Ramen #ChineseNoodles #Osaka #OsakaGourmet

There is a restaurant located at the back of a mixed-use building on the first floor of Shinsaibashi-suji Shopping Street, Minami Semba. They are open for business from noon on weekdays, and I visited in the evening after missing the lunchtime. This time, I ordered the oil noodles and rich fried rice. The oil noodles here, it feels like I've seen them somewhere before, and the taste too. Ah, it's just like the oil noodles at Tanron near Hankyu Nishinomiya Station! It's great to be able to taste this nearby. I will definitely come back. The fried rice was also delicious.

I went to eat ramen with a friend and decided to search on Tabelog. We found a place nearby called "ありますやん3.54" (at the time), and it seemed like they had the type of soy sauce-based ramen that I like! So, the two of us went there for the first time. It's on the first floor of a building, a bit hidden in the back so it might be a little hard to find. I ordered the soy sauce ramen with extra chashu, and also got the fried chicken and rice set (which was a good deal). When the bowl arrived, I took a sip of the soup - delicious! A great start! The noodles were also very tasty! However, as I kept eating, I started feeling like something was missing... Maybe it lacked a bit of richness. Or maybe it was just me? Overall, it was a good meal, but not incredibly amazing. They have a variety of other menu items, so I would like to go back and try more. Thank you for the meal!

A robust ramen with a strong soy sauce base and a prominent garlic flavor that men would enjoy. Not suitable for those seeking a light taste, but perfect for those looking for a rich flavor. The portion in the photo is large, so the soup may seem a bit less. The staff provides friendly and energetic service. The clientele consisted entirely of men.

Located just a 4-minute walk from Shinsaibashi Station, "Noko Chuuka Soba Yoshida" is known for its lively atmosphere. The casual and spacious interior provides a relaxing space where you can easily visit alone or with friends. Their Oil Soba (¥850) features noodles with a satisfying chewy texture and springiness. The generously topped thin slices of char siu are packed with meaty flavor, enhancing the taste of the oil soba even more. This simple yet generously topped dish offers high satisfaction.

The rich pork ramen for 850 yen is quite cheap. Oh, they also have rich ramen for 780 yen and rich egg ramen for 890 yen? Well, that's fine. The soup is delicious. It's a thick soy sauce-based broth, sweet with a strong garlic flavor, and a bit junky. My taste buds couldn't help but cheer. I added some pepper halfway through to change it up. It looks like a high-end ramen, but the taste is completely different. The noodles are also amazing. They are medium-thin straight noodles with great elasticity and a bouncy texture. The pork slices are thin and not too fatty, just how I like them. It was so delicious. The texture of the green onions is also nice. It's really too cheap. Ordering a regular ramen would feel like a waste after having this. It was delicious - thank you for the meal!

Located in Chuo Ward, Osaka. Just a little off the beaten path from Shinsaibashi shopping street, you'll find YoshiTada, a restaurant specializing in Chinese ramen. As soon as you enter, you'll be greeted by a very cheerful and friendly older sister. The interior has a ticket machine on the left as you walk in, table seating on the right, counter seating on the left, and the kitchen at the back.
Their signature dish is the Chinese ramen for 780 yen, which comes with chashu and green onions in a pork bone-based soy sauce soup with a strong garlic flavor. The soy sauce is well-balanced and there's a nice oil film on top that keeps the soup hot until the end. The straight, thick noodles complement the soup well. The garlic aroma really enhances the appetite. They also offer a fried rice set for an additional 100 yen, which is described as "ramen shop fried rice." It's reasonably oily with a good flavor, but could use a bit more punch. Adding some pepper really brings out the flavors.
Overall, the ramen and fried rice set is a great deal, especially considering the location. Next time, I'd like to try their salt ramen!

I had been curious about this restaurant for a while, and I finally had the chance to visit. It's located near Shinsaibashi Station, and I was worried it might be crowded since it was 1 pm, but it was only about half full, which left me feeling a bit uneasy. Despite the relatively high ratings, I wondered why it wasn't busier. I ordered the Rich Chinese Ramen (780 yen) and the set with 4 pieces of fried chicken and minced meat bowl (210 yen). The prices seemed very reasonable, but there was a reason for that. The ramen was average, similar to the quality of a 500 yen chain restaurant ramen. It had its own unique noodle texture and a good garlic flavor, but it lacked distinctive features like thin slices of chashu and no egg. It felt like they were making up for the low price of the set by skimping on the ramen toppings. Next, the set. It seemed like a combination that would cost over 400 yen at a regular restaurant, but it was only 210 yen, which was surprisingly cheap. However, the quality of the fried chicken was disappointing. It was so small and poorly made that they even give out free vouchers to regular customers. The taste was nothing special either. The minced meat bowl had a bit of a strange taste, but it was decent. Overall, it's not as cheap as it seems, especially if you order the Chinese ramen alone.

I went to IKR51 but it opened at 12 o'clock and I didn't think I would make it to my next job on time, so I decided to go to the nearby Noko Chuuka Soba Yoshida instead. It was a little past 11:30 and about half of the seats were taken. I bought the Char Siu Ramen for 850 yen and added extra noodles for 120 yen from the ticket machine. The bowl was filled with thinly sliced rare char siu and there were chopped green onions in the center. The green onions had a slightly strong smell, probably because they were chopped in large quantities and stored. The char siu was sliced very thin by a machine, and I didn't feel like I had eaten a lot of char siu. It was my third visit to this restaurant, and it felt like it had changed to a more business district ramen shop. The noodles also seemed a bit thicker than last time. Thank you for the meal.

Ordered the rich soy sauce ramen and the rich fried rice (small size). The dishes arrived in about 5 minutes. The surface of the soup was covered with a thick layer of oil, keeping it hot. The flavor was rich with soy sauce and a hint of acidity, which was delicious. The three thin slices of chashu were included, along with a generous amount of roughly chopped green onions, although they weren't particularly tasty. The noodles were cooked to my liking, slightly firm. The fried rice, despite being a small size, was quite a large portion. The flavor was rich with soy sauce, but not overwhelming. Overall, it was delicious. The staff were very friendly, and there were coupons and a points system where you could eventually get free toppings for life, so it seemed like a popular spot for repeat customers.

This is Menya Yoshida, serving rich Chinese ramen! It's lunchtime during work hours. It's raining coldly in Minami, Osaka, Namba. It's around 12:30 pm and there's a line of office workers outside. The turnover is quick, so you can get in soon. This time, I tried the rich Chinese ramen with flavored egg. The clear soup is made with thick soy sauce, giving it a rich flavor. The soup has a delicious sweetness, spiciness, and acidity. The medium-thick noodles are cooked firm and go well with the rich soy sauce soup. The toppings are simple, with chopped green onions and thinly sliced chashu, topped with a seasoned egg. The chopped green onions and rich soy sauce soup complement each other well. The seasoned egg is perfectly flavored. The chashu is tender. Sprinkle some black pepper from the table for a bit of spiciness. It was a delicious bowl of rich soy sauce ramen!

Rich flavored egg noodles with soy sauce ¥890- Small rice Lunchtime service Surprisingly refreshing soy sauce flavor. However, as I continued eating, I got somewhat used to it, but it's quite heavy on garlic. The noodles, soup, and toppings were delicious, and the cost performance was good, so the evaluation may vary depending on how you feel about the garlic.
