The classic menu item with a medium-rare patty (coarsely ground beef) that is very impressive. The soft and easy-to-eat buns complement the patty perfectly. The seasoning with salt and pepper is exquisite, and it still tastes delicious even when it cools down. The finely chopped onions and mayonnaise are also great sidekicks. Comes with cheese, tomato, lettuce. Potato: I chose potato over salad. The French fries are cut into crescent shapes, crispy, with a slightly restrained saltiness that may divide opinions. I decided on the set menu which includes a glass of beer and a cheeseburger for 1900 yen. The staff are young and fashionable, and the customers, including foreigners, add to the global vibe of the place. The beer is delicious, and the burger is compact yet packed with flavor. The buns are soft and moist, and the cheese and patty are rich and deep in taste. I added ketchup and mustard as I ate, savoring every bite. Overall, it's a great restaurant.

The buns are crispy and toasted, which is delicious. The patty is juicy and full of flavor. The sauce has depth and is not just salty, but also has a good accent of pepper. The overall balance and seasoning are great. In my opinion, the level of a hamburger restaurant can be judged by how delicious their normal hamburgers are.

My favorite burger place in Japan. Whenever I have time in Osaka, I always stop by. The salty patty, sweet buns, and perfect balance of ingredients are my favorite. The fries are also delicious.
