I have been to this restaurant at night. I found out that they serve ramen for lunch as well! I tried the salt ramen with clams and the soy sauce ramen with oysters. The soy sauce ramen had a delicious broth with the flavor of oysters that was so good I almost drank it all up. As someone who usually likes rich flavors, I found the salt ramen to be a bit light. Both were delicious. If you want to know how good it is at night, just try this ramen.

I have used Epopoku for lunch several times. I love their ramen, so I had high expectations when I visited for lunch. The appetizer platter with 7 different dishes was beautifully presented and perfect, even down to the cute dishes. It might be better to order one per person. When I ordered the sashimi platter, I received a selection of different types of shellfish from different regions - it was like a "shellfish of the day" selection. Being able to choose from this selection made me so happy... especially the sea urchin and oysters were incredibly delicious. The sea urchin was so generous. The presentation was also vibrant, making it great for a date. I wanted to eat more, but I ran out of time, so I had to give up. Be careful though, as the price can go up if you eat a lot! I will definitely go back.

I always noticed this place when passing by, but had never been there before!! When I happened to pass by at lunchtime, they were serving lunch and even had ramen!! Before I knew it, I was drawn in ◆Bianco Shellfish Ramen ¥1000 Made with white soy sauce, chicken broth, dried scallops, and bonito dashi, this salt ramen is finished with a rich flavor of floating clams. Today's daily rice dish ¥100 (extra-large serving for free) ∟This day's dish was shirasu rice. When they say "Bianco," it means white, but I still ended up choosing this one even though I know that. I usually prefer soy sauce, but the shellfish ramen was so delicious that I can expect the soy sauce one to be good too ( *˙ω˙*)و グッ! After a long time, I enjoyed the texture, flavor, and broth of various shellfish dishes at the specialty shellfish restaurant, Epokku. I indulged in a sashimi platter of shellfish, assorted appetizers, three types of grilled shellfish, raw oysters, abalone grilled in hell style, and more. I just love abalone so much at Epokku. Additionally, I tried scallop cutlet sandwich style, sautéed abalone with seasonal vegetables, and finished with an oyster soy sauce ramen, which I happily devoured. It was absolutely delicious.

This is my second visit. As a specialty in shellfish, they offer a wide variety of shellfish in a day, and the sashimi platter was quite satisfying. The grilled dishes were creatively seasoned, and we tried various ways of eating shellfish such as namero, sake-steamed, ajillo, and simmered - all of them were delicious. The last order is at 9:30 PM, which is slightly earlier than other surrounding restaurants, so it is recommended to go with plenty of time.

Mr. Wepock visited the restaurant for the fourth time and was extremely satisfied with the consistent deliciousness. The dishes were truly delicious, allowing for a full enjoyment of the taste of clams. The Scallop Burger was highly praised by the companions, and the clam ramen with plenty of clam extract for the finale was also really delicious. We will definitely visit again.

After several years, I visited one of my favorite ramen shops in Osaka, which I have probably been to more than 20 times. I was looking forward to seeing how my perspective on ramen has changed since my last visit, and how my experience of eating there again would differ. I arrived at 11:40, with only one other customer present. The shop was not as crowded as it used to be, even at this time of day. The menu offers a total of five types of ramen, including seasonal specials. I have tried the four regular options multiple times in the past, each with its own unique appeal, so I usually choose based on my mood at the time. Since I had just eaten soy sauce ramen at another shop, I decided to order the "Oyster Soba Black (Soy Sauce) ¥1000" and "Seasoned Rice ¥100" for my second meal of the day. The ramen arrived in front of me after a short wait, and its appearance was just as I remembered it. My heart raced with excitement, knowing that I was about to enjoy a delicious meal. The complimentary toppings of boiled egg, char siu, and greens brought back fond memories. All of this at such an affordable price is truly impressive. I took a sip of the soup with the ladle and was pleasantly surprised. The soup had a subtle sweetness, with a hint of oyster flavor that gave it a Japanese touch. While I couldn't confirm the presence of bonito flakes or kelp, the broth was 70% bonito-based and 30% oyster and other flavors. While many ramen shops offer similar tasting broths, I couldn't think of any that closely resembled this one. Its unique flavor profile adds significant value to the experience. As I continued to enjoy the soup, two small oysters appeared, adding a nice touch. While the oysters weren't outstanding in taste, the fact that they were included in the dish at this price point was appreciated. The mitsuba leaves in the soup also added a nice touch. The thin, slightly firm noodles complemented the soup perfectly, enhancing the overall appeal of the ramen. The seasoned rice was average, but the ramen as a whole was excellent. I am "Noronori" and I mainly go around eating lunch, with Sakai as my center. I have been wanting to visit this restaurant for many years. I love shellfish, so I really wanted to come at night and have the shellfish course. At lunch, they only serve noodles. I had the 1,000 yen shellfish soba at this restaurant with an adult-like atmosphere. The bowl was also stylish. The clear soup with a hint of oil in it was delicious! It's impossible not to like it! It really warms your body up! Can I put the toppings from the separate plate into the bowl? I was a little nervous because I didn't know the proper etiquette. I drank up all the soup. I really love shellfish. Thank you for the meal.

Seasonal limited edition Oyster Tan Tan Men. Also, daily changing Chicken Takikomi Gohan. The thin noodles, enveloped in the aroma of oysters and the rich flavor of sesame, have a refreshing texture. The balance of sweetness and spiciness is wonderful. The toppings on a separate plate serve as a decoy, while the surprise in the bowl is delightfully firm. So firm and fresh.

Today's second stop is "Weppoku," a specialized shellfish restaurant located near Nagahoribashi. They only serve shellfish ramen for lunch, so I decided to give it a try. Oh, they also have a cold ramen option. I'll have the "Hama Kaze Shijimi Cold Noodles DX" please. This dish comes with toppings of sea urchin and abalone, so I'm looking forward to it. Here it is. There's a piece of sudachi ice on the bottom left of the bowl which you can add according to your preference. Let's start with the soup. The sudachi and soy sauce base is quite refreshing. Since it's a "cold noodles" dish, the noodles used are similar to Korean or Morioka cold noodles, transparent and slightly thick. The toppings include slices of sudachi, shijimi clams, sea urchin, abalone, and kaiware radish sprouts. There's also a side dish of chashu pork, seasoned egg, and spinach. It's been a while since I've had abalone, and it's delicious. I added the sudachi ice for a change in flavor. It added a strong sudachi taste, which was quite refreshing. I probably should have added it later in the meal to fully enjoy the broth's flavor. Thank you for the meal.

The atmosphere, service, and taste are good, but the cost performance is poor. The rock oysters were unusually large and exciting, but other dishes did not justify the prices. (Maybe I don't appreciate their true value.) The total bill for the dishes in the photo, one bottle of beer, and two highballs was 14,500 yen. If you prioritize atmosphere and don't mind the price, it's good. Lunch is probably more reasonable, although I haven't tried it myself.

I ordered a la carte at the counter seats. I chose from the daily recommendations listed on the sign and enjoyed mainly sashimi and grilled dishes. The grilled dishes were cooked over charcoal right in front of me! The best dish was definitely the shellfish sashimi! The shellfish sashimi platter had huge oysters! They were cut in half vertically, but still amounted to three bites each lol. The scallop fry burger was also delicious, and it looked great in the cute dish lol. The appetizer platter with abalone and sautéed seasonal vegetables was average, so you can skip that. The soup with shellfish broth had a nice flavor and is recommended! The ramen noodles were tasty and a good size for finishing the meal. The seawater ice cream for dessert was so delicious that I could have eaten as many as I wanted! I definitely want to visit this restaurant again!

Today, I decided to have lunch here. I recently tried clam broth ramen at another restaurant and it was so delicious that I've been on a small clam broth ramen craze. This place operates as a clam cuisine specialty store at night, and they offer clam broth ramen during lunchtime. I thought I couldn't go wrong with ramen from a clam cuisine specialty store, so I decided to give it a try. The interior of the store consists only of a counter. It has a dim and sophisticated atmosphere. I ordered the Oyster Soba BLACK (900 yen) and the daily special rice (100 yen including tax). The soft and moist rare char siu was served separately from the ramen. The ramen looked more like soba noodles than ramen. As the name suggests, the soup was black and had a strong soy sauce flavor. Although I didn't taste much of the oyster flavor at first, the clam flavor lingered in my mouth afterwards. The soup also contained seaweed and clam shells. The daily special rice was shirasu rice, served in a small but deep bowl with a decent portion. I left the restaurant feeling satisfied and full. Next, I wonder which restaurant's clam broth ramen I should try next.

I ordered the Oyster Dashi Black at the specialty shellfish store. It was so delicious that I wanted a refill, but it wasn't on the menu. I asked anyway, and they kindly allowed me to get a refill. I visited a shellfish ramen specialty restaurant for lunch since I was working nearby. I was torn between the recommended oyster ramen and shellfish broth ramen, but ended up ordering the shellfish broth ramen! The broth was light and delicious! The chicken tataki, half-boiled egg, and spinach came on a separate plate! For an additional 100 yen, I got today's rice, which was topped with shredded dried fish! The restaurant was clean and welcoming. I'd like to visit again for dinner next time.

I visited a restaurant for someone who is very picky about their likes and dislikes. If it were just me, I would definitely order the course menu! Everything I tried was delicious and visually appealing. The clientele seemed to be on the upscale side. You don't have to dress up, but there were mostly couples at the counter. It didn't feel like the kind of place for surprises or special occasions, but more like a hidden gem known to those in the know.
