Over the years, I have come to enjoy hot food on hot days. This restaurant opened in August 2021 and has been featured in various media outlets, now attracting long lines. I arrived before opening time and was the first customer to enter the lively restaurant. The menu is simple, with self-ordering through a QR code. You can customize your order by choosing the firmness of the noodles, the type of chashu, the soup base, and the amount of noodles. For first-timers, I recommend starting with the "salt" option. The soup is made by simmering carefully selected ingredients like mussels and brand-name chicken from Kagawa, resulting in a clear, flavorful broth. The bowl is filled with beautifully presented chashu, including rare and stewed varieties. The soup is rich, smooth, and comforting, with a depth of flavor that warms the soul. It is a truly delicious soup that I personally love. The chashu bowl has a strong flavor, complementing the soup perfectly. Even if you're not feeling particularly hungry, this ramen is a must-try for any occasion. The staff is efficient and courteous, adding to the overall pleasant dining experience. This bowl of ramen is a memorable and satisfying meal that I find myself craving.

I enjoy the excitement of finding a restaurant (although as someone who is directionally challenged, the fear of not being able to find it is strong...). The set of menma, seared chashu, and seasoned egg makes a great combination with highball. I ordered the ramen with less noodles and lots of chashu. The salt ramen with clam broth was delicious. At first, I was puzzled by the butter, but later I understood. The butter gradually melts and creates a subtle buttery flavor in the soup. After eating the noodles and toppings, when the soup slightly cools and the butter is fully mixed in, it becomes just right, and I thought, "This is it." If my stomach wasn't already full, I would want to add rice to the soup as a finishing touch.

The ramen shop offers salt, soy sauce, and limited-time menu items. Last time, I had salt ramen and chashu rice bowl, but this time I had Sanratanmen and soy sauce ramen. The butter on top is truly delicious, adding an elegant touch to the flavor of the ramen.

Be and Jidori (local chicken) broth ramen, a uniquely named ramen shop. Located about a 5-minute walk from Tanimachi Yonchome. Upon entering the shop, you are greeted with a warm welcome and the staff quickly comes over to assist you. I chose the salt ramen first. Took a sip of the soup. Delicious! The rich flavor of the be and Jidori comes through strongly! The straight noodles mix in, and the tender chashu adds to the experience! So good! I tried adding butter and table-side sansho pepper for a different flavor, and it was amazing! The butter's smooth sweetness combined with the kick of the sansho pepper! This is delicious! Next, I will try the soy sauce ramen!

Visited a hotel nearby before 9 pm. The restaurant was located on the 2nd floor of an office building with no prominent sign on the sidewalk, making it easy to miss. The interior was dimly lit and stylish, with a few men in suits and a couple of couples, along with an older man in pajamas and a cap. I decided to give it a try! The staff, all clean-cut and friendly, smoothly guided me through the self-ordering process using a menu with QR codes. The older man, who seemed a bit lost, was encouraged to place his order verbally, but he insisted on self-ordering! After much contemplation, he chose the following two dishes (using his smartphone to order): 1. Choromen - limited edition 2. Chorora-men - salt - choromori Both dishes were equally delicious! The Sichuan pepper on the table added a fragrant touch and enhanced the flavors. I finished my second dish quickly as well! There was also a QR code for feedback on the table, seeking opinions for further improvement. I admire their attitude of not becoming complacent and striving for even greater heights! Note: The cap was not removed due to balding, haha. I will definitely dress up for my next business trip to Osaka! Well, maybe I can't take off the cap... Thank you for the meal!

Located on the 2nd floor of the Daiya Palace Building, northwest of Tanimachi Yonchome Station in Chuo-ku, Osaka. This ramen shop opened on August 15, 2021, specializing in a unique combination of mussels and Sanuki Jidori chicken broth. They offer counter and table seating. Today's lunch specials include: - Chilled Chororamen with salt for 1000 yen - Special Chororamen with soy sauce for 1200 yen - Half portion of grilled chashu rice bowl for 380 yen For the Chororamen, you can choose between original tender simmered pork or rare chashu, and you can also choose to have Kutchan butter from Niseko, Hokkaido on top or on the side. I chose the rare chashu with a side of butter, both were delicious but my personal favorite was the chilled Chororamen. The cold frozen tomato and citrus provided a refreshing taste perfect for a hot day! I'm curious about trying the Sula-tan noodles next time. Thank you for the delicious meal! ❤︎ ( ⁎ᵕᴗᵕ⁎ )

Osaka, Yotsubashi, Yotsubashi Station 6 minutes on foot [Kai and Jidori Dashi La Men Choro] Osaka, Chuo-ku, Nihonbashi 2-3-8 Daiaparesubiru 213. Visited with a rating of 3.54 on Tabelog, 7 minutes on foot from Sakaisuji Hommachi Station. A ramen shop where you can enjoy a bowl filled with the blend of two types of local chickens, "Shintoku Jidori" and "Sanuki Cochin", and a secret white sauce made with 5-10-year-old sun-dried pure domestic mussels. The sauce is further extracted with red wine, 100% apple juice, sake, and other umami components such as domestic bonito flakes, mackerel flakes, sea bream, scallops, etc. The limited "cold" version cannot be missed! The original chicken chashu and frozen tomato are toppings. The cold soup with a base of mussels and local chicken broth is perfect for hot days with a refreshing light finish. You can choose the chashu for the special La Men Shoyu: Original Holoholo Braised Pork or Rare Chashu. This time, I chose the moist rare chashu from Andes Highland Pork. The noodles are made with Sanuki Cochin and raw eggs, resulting in a firm and chewy texture. Hokkaido's natural "raw" Kurashima butter is also included, which transforms into a rich and sweet soup when melted into the ramen. You can choose to have extra butter on top or in a separate dish. You can also choose the amount of noodles: half portion (-50 yen), regular portion, or choro portion. The staff recommended the half portion of Maqanai Seared Chashu Don, which is topped with seared egg yolk. The size is just right, and I highly recommend it as a set. Next time, I want to try the "La Men Shio". It was incredibly delicious. Thank you for the meal. The restaurant has 24 seats and is open from 11:00-15:00 (last order at 14:40) and 18:00-22:00 (last order at 21:40). Closed on Sundays. Located in the office district of Chuo, Osaka, Chororamen Choro serves ramen with a base of clam and chicken broth. They offer two varieties: salt and soy sauce. I tried the summer limited edition "Chilled Chororamen Salt" along with the grilled pork bowl. The elegant and light soup made from clam and chicken broth has a rich depth and a refreshing aftertaste. Although the chicken chashu was sold out, the tender and flavorful braised pork was a great substitute. The mini tomatoes, which were boiled before freezing, were incredibly sweet and delicious. The chilled ramen was perfect for a hot day.

Chororaa Men - Soy Sauce Holoholo Braised Pork - Choro Mori Rare Char Siu Extra Noodle Shop Sai To On the site of the former noodle shop Sai To, Choro-san opened. It's a bit late, but I came here because the cold noodles looked delicious, but they were sold out. Since I came all the way, I chose the default soy sauce with the option to choose the char siu and noodle quantity. The soup is made with chicken broth and seafood sauce. It also includes mussel, but the distinctive flavor of scallops stands out. The noodles are low-hydration thin straight noodles. They lift the soup well and have a good texture in the mouth. The Holoholo braised pork char siu is so thin that it's hard to pick up. The rare char siu got a bit tough from soaking in the soup. The unique finish was still enjoyable. I definitely want to try the cold noodles next time. It was a sweaty meal. Thank you for the meal.

"Cold Chororamen Salt" A refreshing soup with a gentle sweetness of clams and chicken that complements each other well. Despite using chicken, the soup is light with almost zero oil content, making it easy to finish. The thinly sliced sudachi adds a refreshing acidity as a nice touch. A hint of yuzu pepper around the rim of the bowl adds a nice kick when mixed into the soup. The thin straight noodles were firm and had a good texture. The cold soup was refreshing and enjoyable to slurp up. The topping of frozen mini tomatoes added a crunchy texture and absorbed the subtle saltiness of the soup, making it delicious. The chicken chashu was moist and conveyed the natural sweetness of the chicken meat. A refreshing and tasty meal on a hot day!

I was drawn to this place because of the clam-based broth. It's located on the second floor of a building along Honmachi Street. I arrived around 12:30 pm on a weekday and had to wait behind two groups for about 5 minutes before being seated. I ordered the special Chororaa Ramen with salt. The interior of the restaurant had spacious seating with a clean and pleasant atmosphere. The ramen came with rare chashu, seasoned egg, and butter toppings. The soup had a rich clam flavor that spread throughout my mouth, complemented by the chicken broth. The thin noodles had a good chew and paired well with the soup, especially with the butter. Overall, it was a highly satisfying bowl of ramen.

Order: Special Chororamen Shio, Half-sized Manai Aburi Chashu Donburi Located on the second floor of a building about a 10-minute walk from Tanimachi Yonchome Station, this ramen shop operates quietly. Around 6:30 PM, there were only about 5 customers in the spacious and clean space, making it feel welcoming even for women. The service was extremely polite, almost to the point of feeling apologetic due to the detailed explanations. However, this level of service was appreciated by first-time visitors. The ramen is served with the option of having butter on top, either mixed in or served separately. I chose to have it served separately, which was the right choice as the hot soup quickly melted the butter. The gentle flavor of the soup combined with the rich butter, gradually changing the taste, was enjoyable. The thin noodles were smooth and easy to slurp, with a good texture. The Chashu comes in two options: tender or rare, and I chose the rare Chashu which was delicious. The Chashu donburi, with the seared hot Chashu and egg mixed in, was also satisfying with a decent portion size. Overall, this ramen shop offers a high-quality experience and is definitely recommended if you find yourself near Tanimachi Yonchome.

I visited the restaurant around 8:00 pm on a regular weekday night. It was not very crowded, so I was seated right away. (I imagine it's busier during the day in the business district) When I scanned the QR code, I could see the entire menu with photos and place my order online. They also offer options like separate plates and half portions of noodles, which I think is convenient for women. The soup was light and very delicious. The flavored egg was also tasty.

Ramen Choro, located between Sakamoto and Tani 4, it's been a while since I visited. I've always liked this ramen shop since it was in Nakanoshu. - Special Choro Ramen Salt Flavor / 1200 yen They started serving "re-a-cha-shu" from May, and it was included in the ramen. It has a good rareness and tastes delicious. One of the unique features is the Kurashima butter on top. You might think butter on salt ramen is strange, but it actually goes well together! When it melts, it creates a different flavor. - Staff Meal Grilled Chashu Rice Bowl Half / 380 yen It comes with a Sanuki Cochin egg yolk on top. It's the perfect size to have with ramen! The chashu is grilled, giving it a fragrant aroma. They have also started serving cold ramen. The evening opening hours have been extended, making it more convenient to visit. I would like to try their cold ramen next time!

I went to a place called Kai to Jidori Dashi no La Men Choro, which is about a 6-minute walk from Sakaisuji-Honmachi Station! The restaurant is located on the 2nd floor of a building that may be hard to find if you're not familiar with it. I tried: - Cold Choro La Men (Salt) for 1000 yen - Special Choro La Men (Salt) for 1300 yen The original simmered pork was so delicious ♥ The menu was a bit hard to understand, but the special comes with double the chashu, seasoned egg, and Kurashima butter. Since I'm a bit picky, I went with a friend and shared the dishes (^^) I like to do that lately because I want to try various things. The Cold Choro La Men had a refreshing soup with smooth straight noodles. The chicken breast chashu was tender and delicious. The Special Choro La Men had a good balance of chicken and clam broth, and the chashu was really tender and tasty ♥ If you're like me and like to share and try different things, I recommend eating the cold one first and then the warm one for a better experience with the cold noodles. Thank you for the meal!

I went on a weekend night. I was able to enter without waiting in line. The interior of the restaurant was clean and the service was good. Orders are placed using a QR code on a smartphone, allowing you to choose while looking at photos. I was torn between soy sauce and salt, but I chose salt as it seemed like a signature dish. There was free butter as a topping, and you could choose to have it on the ramen or served on the side, which was a nice touch. I chose to have it served on the side at first. The dishes were served in the order of chashu bowl and ramen, and there was a note that the bowls were hot when brought to the table, which was a nice touch. When I tried the ramen, I initially felt that the salt flavor was too light and unsatisfying, but the salt ramen at this restaurant had a light flavor yet a rich taste, and it was delicious. The thin noodles were my personal favorite and they were also delicious. Adding butter halfway through changed the flavor, and adding the recommended table mountain pepper allowed for two flavor changes, making it possible to finish the meal without getting bored. The chashu bowl with tender chashu and a rich flavor that went well with the rice, along with the egg making it creamy, was also finished in no time. I was impressed by the taste and service and I want to go back again. Next time, I want to try the soy sauce ramen. - Special Chororamen Salt 1200 yen - Chashu Bowl Half 380 yen

If you had to choose between soy sauce, miso, tonkotsu, and salt for the flavor of ramen, salt would be the last choice. This time, I visited a ramen shop in Yotsuya that I had been curious about. It's a bit of a walk from the station, located on the second floor of a mixed-use building, so it's a bit of a hidden gem. The interior of the shop is spacious with counter seats and table seats. The attentive owner greeted me. I was torn between the menu options, but I decided to go with the recommended salt ramen. I chose the "Chororamen (Salt)" for 900 yen, where you can choose between regular (120g) or large (140g) noodles for the same price. I chose the tender char siu. The thin noodles had a good texture and were smooth. The stylish and clean soup was exquisite, just as the name suggests. The tender char siu was also perfect! I also tried the "Makanai Aburi Char Siu Don" for 380 yen, which was delicious as expected. It may not be the most convenient location, but it was fantastic. Thank you for the meal!

I visited the ramen shop "Kai to Jidori Dashi no Raamen Choro" in Honmachi with a rating of 3.54 on Tabelog. I heard rumors of a limited-time ramen and renovation, so I decided to try it out. Unfortunately, the cold Choro ramen was sold out, so I ordered the special Suan La Tang Mian (Sour and Spicy Noodles) along with the signature Choro ramen. I prefer the salt-based soup at Choro, which has a clear and light taste that perfectly complements the noodles. The choice of char siu, including the original, braised, and rare options, is commendable. The butter adds a nice touch to the already delicious ramen. The Suan La Tang Mian was a pleasant surprise with its sour and spicy flavors that were well-balanced with the saltiness and spiciness. The egg and other toppings were also excellent. This hidden gem ramen shop is definitely worth a visit. Don't miss out on this Osaka gourmet experience!

This is a blog post about a ramen restaurant called "Kai to Jidori Dashi no La Men Choro" in Osaka. The blogger visited the restaurant for lunch on a Saturday and noticed that the place had undergone a renovation since their last visit in February. The restaurant now offers new menu items like "Choro-style Sour and Spicy Soup Noodles" and "Cold Choro La Men (Salt)" starting from June 1st. The blogger ordered the Choro Only Set for 1,000 yen and their companion ordered the Special Choro La Men with salt. The dishes featured a blend of two types of chicken, Hokkaido's Shinotoku chicken and Kagawa's Sanuki Cochin, in a rich and flavorful broth. The noodles were straight and chewy, with a pleasant wheat aroma. The blogger enjoyed the meal with a beer and found the new layout and menu options at the restaurant impressive.
