Hello, this is Ayapoyo (^ ^) Thank you for viewing! I look forward to your likes, follows, and saving the restaurant! Please also check out my Instagram ★ Located as a second store of Shirukuya, a restaurant with its main store in Nishi-Azabu. This restaurant is themed around Awaji Island, using abundant ingredients from Awaji Island to offer a full course meal. - One-bite hamburger First, starting with the famous one-bite hamburger. The filling is Awaji beef tsukudani. Sweet, savory, and fragrant, it builds anticipation for the upcoming full course. - Fuki no Tou macaron Surprisingly, the macaron shell is sweet! The interesting harmony of sweet and slightly bitter/salty flavors was delightful. - Carrot mousse The cute leaf-shaped cumin cookie is accompanied by carefully selected herbs from Awaji. The carrots are cooked with only water, so the gentle sweetness of the ingredient matched perfectly with consommé jelly. - Pufferfish shirako and turnip soup The luxurious shirako and turnip mixed well with the gentle broth, creating a wonderful marriage of flavors. - Common squid and spear squid carpaccio A luxurious carpaccio made with two types of squid. The lemon and olive oil bring out the goodness of the squid ingredients. - Bamboo shoot and rapeseed flower sauté Bamboo shoots and rapeseed flowers go well together! The green bean paste on top, made from seaweed, adds a touch of saltiness. It paired well with sakura salt, evoking a sense of spring. - Seared sea bream with taro Surprisingly, there is a taiyaki on top of the seared sea bream! (゚∀゚) More accurately, it's a pie crust, but the playful touch seems to appeal to women! The américaine sauce is rich and delicious. - Fresh spring rolls This was the MVP of the day! It was packed with ingredients such as Iburi Gakko and kinkan that you wouldn't expect to find in fresh spring rolls. I wish they would sell them individually! - Steak and hamburger The hamburger was cooked slowly on the iron plate in front of us for about two dishes, so I felt emotionally attached and full of 'I raised this!' sentiment. The finished product is a beautifully round shape with a crispy crust and a soft, rare center. The hamburger is made from parts that were not used for the steak or removed tendons, embodying the spirit of SDGs. The steak and the hamburger made from parts that couldn't be used for steak are served on individual uniquely shaped plates. When these plates are stacked, they form a square plate, conveying a message along with its design. - Kimchi hot pot - Hashed beef For the finish, you can choose from three types of rice: shirako and umeboshi sauté, or white rice. We asked for all three, but unfortunately, it was limited to one per person (I wanted to try them all...!). I shared with a friend who invited me, and we narrowed it down to two. On this day, I was grateful to have my birthday celebrated, and a surprise plate was brought out! The interior is chic and sophisticated, with a calm and refined atmosphere, and with private rooms available, it seems suitable for business meals as well. It is also suitable for date nights watching the teppanyaki cooking at the counter, and they are accommodating for surprises, making it a versatile and recommended restaurant for various occasions. I had a delicious and enjoyable time (*^^*)

Nestled quietly in the backstreets of Kagurazaka, "Shirukuya HANARE" exudes a calm and serene atmosphere that helps you forget the hustle and bustle of the city. Upon entering the restaurant, you are greeted with warm smiles from the staff. The interior is elegantly decorated with subtle lighting, creating a chic ambiance. There are both counter seats and private rooms, both spacious and perfect for enjoying conversations. The private rooms, in particular, offer a quiet atmosphere ideal for special occasions or entertaining guests. The service provided by the staff is impeccable, with attentive suggestions and a willingness to cater to your needs. Their professionalism is evident in their timing of water refills and their ability to observe and accommodate the pace of the customers. From location to ambiance to service, "Shirukuya HANARE" is top-notch. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to have a special moment in Kagurazaka. I look forward to visiting again.

I visited this restaurant for the third time on a regular night. The taste seemed to have improved since my last visit. The texture of the abalone and shrimp was amazing. I had abalone at a restaurant in Ginza yesterday, which was part of a course menu at a decent price, but the abalone here was on another level. It was not chewy, but rather tender. The abalone soup spread in my mouth and the sauce and accompanying cherry blossom salt or lemon-like orange were all perfect. Honestly, the abalone was also on the menu during my last visit, but it was significantly more delicious this time. I'm not sure how the cooking method has changed as I have an ordinary palate. This restaurant seems to have a chef's choice menu that changes every time, so it never gets boring. On the other hand, the main meat dish is the same every time, but I hope it stays that way. You can taste the true flavor of the meat perfectly with just salt and wasabi. The Awaji onion sauce also adds a nice touch for flavor variation. Many fans come back for this main dish of teppanyaki steak. It was delicious this time as well.

I revisited the restaurant. The dishes made with ingredients from Awaji Island were very delicious, and the presentation was also wonderful. The main meat dish was sirloin, which paired perfectly with red wine, and I was very satisfied with choosing curry rice as the finale.

I used to use it for work on holidays, but the atmosphere was very nice, so I used it for my wife's birthday this time. It's not like a French course, but there are about 10 dishes in total from appetizers to desserts. Each dish is delicious, with the taste of the ingredients well brought out. They asked carefully about preferences like dislike of certain ingredients or the doneness of meat, and cooked it perfectly as requested. They also have a children's menu with delicious hamburgers that even adults would want to eat (actually, I ate about half of it, haha). I was worried that it might be out of place to bring small children to an adult-oriented restaurant, but they smiled at the children, waved at them, and provided good service. It's a great restaurant with delicious food.

Such a wonderful restaurant! I was invited to a restaurant owned by one of our business partners. We had a fantastic time enjoying dishes made with carefully selected ingredients from Awaji Island, served in beautiful tableware that perfectly complemented the unique cuisine. The service was top-notch, and we truly had the best time. The food was not just simple teppanyaki, but carefully crafted dishes that showed great thought and skill. It was my first time trying Awaji Beer, and it was delicious too. Not only did we enjoy the flavors, but also the visual presentation. I would love to visit this restaurant again in the future!

I visited this restaurant that I had been curious about for the first time! Walking through Kagurazaka after a long time and following the map, I arrived at a stylish building surrounded by even more stylish buildings, and further back, I found a shop with a charming atmosphere that didn't look like an ordinary restaurant at first glance. The interior also had a sense of luxury, making it suitable for those looking for a hidden gem of a restaurant. I ordered the prix-fixe course. For the choice of fish or meat, I chose meat (Ezo deer), and for the main meat dish, unable to decide, I opted for both based on the recommendation of the staff (sirloin & lamp). Starting with Awaji Island mini burgers, followed by Awaji Island pufferfish soup, squid carpaccio, I enjoyed a series of Awaji Island ingredients that I was eating for the first time! Everything was delicious! The French presentation and each individual dish were enjoyable, so I took rare photos. Doubling up on the meat dishes was the right choice. Both were full of umami but with different textures to enjoy. Also, the hamburger that came out at the same time had a tightly packed cross-section yet was tender and exquisite! If you're undecided on the final dish, definitely try the hashed beef! It had a nostalgic yet refreshing deliciousness. You can enjoy the food, dishes, glasses, and more visually, making it a wonderful restaurant that will never run out of topics to discuss with anyone!

Following this concept, the menu features mainly rare Kobe and Awaji Beef as the main dishes, with most ingredients sourced from Awaji Island. You can enjoy a teppanyaki cuisine that makes abundant use of ingredients from Awaji Island. The chic interior offers counter seats where you can watch the teppanyaki cooking process, as well as private rooms suitable for various occasions. Today, we were guided to a private room. From appetizers to desserts, and even beer, most of the dishes are incredibly delicious, made with ingredients from Awaji Island as the name suggests. Everything is just too delicious. While the teppanyaki dishes are naturally delicious, the soup-based dishes like Bouillabaisse and onion mousse are overwhelmingly rich and flavorful, reaching a level of amazement. A must-try is the rare "Kobe Awaji Beef Steak," bursting with the umami of the beef. The pedigree of Awaji Beef comes from the world-famous masterpiece of beef cattle, "Tajima Beef." While many of these "Tajima Cattle" are raised on Awaji Island, they are not born as Awaji Beef from the start. Only those that meet strict certification criteria can obtain the title of "Awaji Beef." The meat, seafood, everything is delicious. The Cloud Gratin, Pufferfish and Spiny Lobster Bouillabaisse, Onion Sauce, Venison, and the reliable Hamburg steak were all winners!!! The wine pairing was spot on too! The timing of the dishes coming out was perfect. It's so delicious every time that we always end up having kimchi hot pot as the finale, so next time I want to try something else!!

Recently, I visited Shirukuya HANARE, a restaurant on Awaji Island known for its rich variety of local ingredients. The restaurant is run by a former French chef from Awaji Island, so I had high expectations for the food quality. The menu features dishes made with Awaji Island beef, locally grown onions, and seafood from the Naruto and Akashi straits. The table setting with Awaji knot-patterned napkins added a nice touch to the welcoming atmosphere. The restaurant offers counter seats and private rooms, with a stylish interior decorated with Awaji tiles. I tried the ONOKORO ~Self-Condensation~ course, which included appetizers like Awaji Mini Burgers and Truffle Croquettes, as well as main dishes like Cloud Gratin and Pufferfish and Red Shrimp Bouillabaisse. The meal ended with a choice of desserts, and I opted for the Strawberry and Pistachio Parfait, which was a delightful surprise. Overall, the 10-course meal priced at ¥15,000 including tax was well worth it. I look forward to visiting again, perhaps next time sitting at the counter!

Entering the building, I felt a bit unsure if this was the right place, as the signage was a bit hard to spot. However, the hidden gem vibe was nice. The counter had about 6-7 seats, and there were also two private rooms, both of which seemed occupied. Families and groups could use them separately, which was a good feature. I decided to try the craft beers from Awaji Island, as this place was known for promoting products from the island. The owner was from Awaji Island, which explained the focus. I started with the Awaji Island lemon beer, which had a subtle lemon flavor and a hint of onion aroma. I opted for the ONOKORO course priced at 15,000 yen. The first dish was an assortment of appetizers, including Awaji Island mini burgers, truffle croquettes, and red snapper carpaccio. The second dish was cloud gratin with Awaji bechamel sauce, featuring a rich and savory flavor. The third dish was Awaji beef roast beef temari sushi, which was small but packed with flavor. The fourth dish was a bouillabaisse with pufferfish and red-legged shrimp, served with a unique cookie made from sea bream paste. The soup was rich and flavorful, with a generous serving of shrimp. I paired the next course with Awaji craft beer Pilsner. The fifth dish was Awaji onion mousse, which had a delightful two-layered texture. The sixth dish was a choice between sautéed mackerel or Awaji Island chicken, with a lovely presentation. The seventh dish was a palate cleanser of rose granita, made from rose hip tea. The eighth dish offered a choice between Awaji beef sirloin or lamp with Shirukuya hamburger steak. I opted for a mix of both, which was a satisfying choice. For the final course, I chose the Awaji fluffy rice, which was cooked with a savory sauce and topped with a runny egg. It had a comforting sukiyaki-like flavor. Overall, the meal was a delightful experience with a variety of flavors and creative presentations.

I used a private room on a regular night, so I will save the teppanyaki performance for next time. I heard it was creative, but it seems more like a simple style that brings out the natural flavors of the ingredients rather than using unusual ingredients, seasonings, or plating. The main meat dish is served as an assortment, so you can enjoy various flavors. The more you chew, the more the umami of the lean meat spreads in your mouth, and the marbled fat of the sirloin is sweet and melts in your mouth. The grilling is perfect, my favorite level of doneness. The Awaji onion sauce is soy sauce-based with a strong flavor that pairs perfectly with the sweetness of the meat. However, salt and wasabi are still the best. The seafood is firm and the umami of the seafood spreads juicily. This is what juicy means. Also, with citrus and salt. The scent of the sea, the umami of abalone and shrimp, you will keep eating silently, unable to forget how delicious it is, and your smile will not stop. The staff's service is attentive, explaining each dish. The private room is completely soundproof, so it seems suitable for business use or secret visits. They also accommodate children's menus upon request. Adding this kind of adult hideaway restaurant to your repertoire will surely impress. Next time, I will try the counter seat!

This is a teppanyaki restaurant that mainly uses ingredients from Awaji Island. The dishes are like works of art, visually stunning and tantalizing even before you taste them. The food is exquisite, maintaining freshness while being carefully prepared. Not just the meat, but every dish in the course can stand out with its deliciousness. The meal ended with the restaurant's recommended kimchi hot pot, which had a deep and rich flavor. There is a wide variety of wines available, and they recommend pairings with the dishes. I tried champagne, red, and white wine, all of which perfectly complemented the food and elevated the overall dining experience. The atmosphere is very calming, making it a wonderful place for business meetings, dates, or any occasion where you want to indulge a little. I will definitely make a reservation again soon.

Located a little off the beaten path from Kagurazaka, this restaurant has a quiet and serene atmosphere. If you're not careful, you might miss the sign. The black-walled corridor is a good indicator! The food is a stylish and delicious take on Awaji local produce, with some dishes showcasing the ingredients as they are. It seems more suited for business entertaining, in my opinion. Both the head chef and the female staff in the dining room were lovely.

Shirukuya HANARE, a teppanyaki restaurant that opened at the end of July in Kagurazaka, uses ingredients from Awaji Island as its main focus! The course meals are all delicious and the atmosphere is great. It's perfect for a date, with everything served looking like a piece of art. Since it just opened, making a reservation is easy! The price is around 20,000 yen per person, including drinks, so it's not too expensive. I definitely want to go again! #shirukuya #Kagurazaka #foodporn #art #newstore #gourmet #foodie #tokyo #japan

We used this restaurant for a company entertainment. It is a teppanyaki restaurant with a concept of using ingredients from Awaji Island, and the Awaji beef and turban shell were delicious. There is only one course meal available, but you can choose from 2-3 options for the main dish and dessert, and the portion was sufficient and satisfying. We spent about 2 and a half hours there. The interior was stylish and had a luxurious feel, making it perfect for important business dinners. We used a private room this time, but next time I want to use the counter seat where they cook in front of you for a more private experience.

The recently opened Shiruku-ya in Kagurazaka used to be located in Kagurazaka, but it moved to Nishi-Azabu. The Nishi-Azabu location seems to be doing well, as a second branch has opened in Kagurazaka. Since moving to Nishi-Azabu, the quality of the course meals has changed and become more authentic. The Nishi-Azabu Shiruku-ya has received high praise from those around, with the Kagurazaka branch being a slightly more upscale version compared to the Nishi-Azabu location. The food and atmosphere were very enjoyable and satisfying. I look forward to going again, as the menu changes about every two months.

The place was hidden like a hideaway in Kagurazaka, and the shop had a chic and luxurious feel. The delicious food was served in elaborate dishes, each one looking stunning. We used a private room and the female staff served the food at the perfect timing, which made us very satisfied. If you get carried away and order expensive wine, it can be pricey, but there are also reasonably priced wines available, so you can choose depending on the situation.
