When cut, the meat juices overflow. It's quite hot. It's 100% beef, and the meaty flavor and rich sauce spread in my mouth, making the rice go down easily. The steak has garlic chips on top. It has a nice sear and is about 2cm thick. The inside is slightly rare and looks delicious. There are onion sauce and garlic sauce on the table, so I used them. It's tender and juicy. It goes well with the onion sauce and is delicious too. It was a very satisfying lunch. Very good.
