I visited on a Friday night. I didn't come for drinks, but to have dinner. They offer the same set menu for lunch and dinner, which is convenient. There are about 40 seats inside, and on Friday night, more than half of the customers were having a drinking party, so it was quite lively!

The order was "Hiyashi tantanmen" + "Half fried rice set" + "Water dumplings", totaling ¥1200. This week is the last chance to get a 30% PayPay cashback. I decided to visit again quickly before the campaign ends. I had the Banbanji cold noodles last time and it was pretty good, so this time I also chose the cold noodles with moderate spiciness. The noodles were green and the taste was decent, not outstanding but still delicious. If they were a bit colder, it would have been better, but considering the price, it's not bad. The portion size was still generous, and I left feeling very full. I will come back again. Thank you for the meal.

Visited the restaurant on a Monday holiday before 3 pm. Located on the first floor of a public housing complex along Kura-mae Hashi-dori, where several Chinese restaurants like Keirin and Tenichi are lined up. No long lines, easy to get in. Although lunch service is until 3 pm, are they open all day on holidays? Uber and delivery service drivers are constantly coming in and out, maybe more deliveries than dine-in customers. Ordered the Seafood Eight Treasures Set Meal (¥800) from the set meal menu. Served in less than 10 minutes. Contains squid and shrimp, so it's seafood. The Eight Treasures dish is full of ingredients like bamboo shoots, quail, Chinese cabbage, and wood ear mushrooms. The taste is mild and easy to eat. The egg drop soup is also quite good. By the way, the individual menu items are served in portions for 2-3 people, so the set meal is a safe choice for solo diners.

Visit on Saturday afternoon around 1:30 pm. There was a group of people and the seats were quite full, but there was no wait. I think there was no wait as people were coming and going. I ordered the summer limited tantan tsukemen. It had a good amount of noodles with chives and boiled bean sprouts on top. The tantan soup had minced meat in it. The soup was more salty than spicy. The egg soup had a thick consistency. The pickled mustard greens were not too salty or too spicy, just the way I like it. The almond jelly was refreshing and matched well with the rich dishes. There was a staff member who seemed to be in training and couldn't speak Japanese, but the service had a typical Chinese restaurant feel. The restaurant was crowded, and the all-you-can-eat and drink menu seemed like a good deal with generous portions. There were ashtrays lined up on the signboard in front of the store, which seemed to be a smoking area.

I ordered the Steamed Chicken with Sichuan-style Sauce (¥830) and a draft beer (¥500). I was asked by someone I was meeting for the first time after work if I wanted to go to my recommended Chinese restaurant in Kinshicho, so I took them to my favorite restaurant, Seisoku Hanten. I chose the medium spiciness for the steamed chicken, but when I took a bite, it was really spicy! It felt like fire coming out of my mouth, but the spiciness was also delicious! Everything I tried at this Chinese restaurant was delicious.

The order was "Bang Bang Bungee Cold Chinese Noodles" + "Mini Mapo Don (choose from three types of set)" for a total of ¥900 (actually ¥630). I didn't have high expectations because it's a typical Chinese restaurant, but the Bang Bang Bungee had lots of meat and a good sesame dressing, and the green noodles were refreshing. The Mini Mapo Don also had a good flavor and despite being small, it was well-portioned. The soup, pickled vegetables, and almond jelly were all delicious and not the usual cheap quality you find at Chinese restaurants. In today's era of price increases, it's rare to find a place where you can eat delicious food with good portions at this price! They also have a great deal on evening drink sets, so I'll definitely come back at night next time. Thank you for the meal!

I was so busy that I missed lunch, but luckily I found this place! It's great that they serve food continuously from 11am. I ordered the daily special, which was chicken noodle soup with half fried rice for 800 yen. To be honest, I didn't have high expectations, but it turned out to be surprisingly good! Especially the chicken broth was rich and tasty. The noodles were average, but that's expected since it's not a ramen specialty shop. The fried rice was lightly seasoned and perfect to eat with the ramen. Overall, it was very good.

"Spicy Mapo tofu knife-cut noodles without soup, with half fried rice, soup, and almond jelly for only 990 yen! It's so cheap! And the egg fried rice is so delicious, I always finish my highball quickly. I didn't even notice the Mapo tofu splattering on my clothes, but I had a great time eating today!"

I visited for lunch and had the daily special ginger pork lunch set. It was packed with pork belly and vegetables, and you can get an extra serving of rice and soup for just 700 yen. The cost performance was amazing. Last week I had the mixed yakisoba, which was filled with young corn, squid, quail eggs, and bamboo shoots. It was a big difference compared to the cabbage-filled one I had somewhere else. (laughs)

On the way to another restaurant, we passed by one that was full due to a PayPay campaign! We arrived around 8:30 pm and found that there were still plenty of seats available, so we were able to dine in. They seem to be promoting their all-you-can-eat and drink option heavily, with signs and displays inside the restaurant. The four of us were at our second stop, and we ordered the evening drink set. The portion was just right for four people at the second place. We decided to order bottled beer because it seemed cost-effective. It was a medium-sized bottle. Overall, it's a Chinese restaurant that seems popular among Chinese customers. The Ma Po Tofu took a bit longer to arrive, but surprisingly the Shrimp Chili came out quickly. Personally, I thought the Ma Po Tofu was a bit too sweet.

Yakiniku set meal for 700 yen with lots of vegetables. The meat wasn't tasty at all, like "What kind of meat did they use?" level. It lacked flavor and wasn't delicious. But for this price, being able to have a set meal during lunch hours is good. I'd like to try other set meals as well.

It's popular. I often go there. It's inexpensive and has a good portion size. I went two days in a row this time. I had the green pepper pork stir-fry set meal, which costs 950 yen without a drink. The drink and meal set might be a good deal. It's a bit noisy in the restaurant, but it's normal, right? In local diners, the fried rice portion in the ramen and fried rice set can vary - sometimes it's a lot, sometimes it's a little. But originally, it's supposed to be half a portion, so when it's less, that's normal, and when it's more, it's a bonus (laughs).

I visited the restaurant for lunch on a day off. ■ Exterior of the store It is about a 5-minute walk from Kinshicho. Located next to Olinas, along the Kuramaebashi street where several restaurants are lined up. ■ Interior of the store I visited around 12 o'clock. The restaurant has about 15 table seats and is relatively spacious. It was about half full when I visited. Even though I was dining alone, I was seated at a table. ■ Food I ordered the lunch set of Taiwan noodles and half fried rice for 800 yen. The Taiwan noodles were served first, followed by the fried rice, so I took separate photos. The Taiwan noodles had a slightly spicy miso ramen flavor. It had plenty of crunchy vegetables and was delicious. The fried rice was very simple. It had a light seasoning with just a little yellow egg on top of the white rice. It was different from the usual dark-colored fried rice, so I was a bit worried at first, but it turned out to be surprisingly delicious! It's lightly seasoned, not greasy, and has a strong umami flavor, making it very easy to eat. It doesn't clash with the ramen soup, so it's good in its own way. ■ Overall evaluation The cost performance is great. It's not crowded, so I would like to visit again.

While walking along Kuramae Hashi Street at night, I stumbled upon a bustling Chinese restaurant called "Seisoku Hanten" and decided to go in. I had only known about Tenkaippin in this area, but as I walked around, I found many interesting shops that I had overlooked while driving. The secret to the popularity of "Seisoku Hanten" that I visited this time is definitely its cost performance. They offer a menu called "Evening Drink Set" where you can choose one dish and one drink for a surprising price of 750 yen! It was so cheap that I briefly considered going to another restaurant because the seat I was shown to was small, but they kindly offered to move me to a larger table without me saying anything. So, I decided to just have one drink and ordered the Evening Drink Set, and I was amazed by how delicious the food was! ^^ What's more, I thought the set might only be available for the first time, but they told me, "You can order it as many times as you want!" I was surprised again... ^^; I had two bottles of beer, ate some Chinese dishes, and spent less than 2,000 yen per person... I started to worry if they were making a profit because it was such a cost-effective restaurant!

In a row of restaurants behind the back of Kinshicho Station, there was a restaurant we chose to visit on a Sunday afternoon around 3:30 pm. All the other restaurants had long lines, so we opted for this one which had a relatively shorter line. The place was full inside, but the turnover was quick, so we didn't have to wait to be seated. They offered set menus as well as a variety of a la carte dishes, and there were many groups enjoying alcohol at that time. We ordered the miso ramen set (with half fried rice and gyoza), a standalone dish of mixed yakisoba, and a mini mapo tofu. The miso ramen was spicy with a sesame flavor that whetted our appetite, although it was disappointing that the soup wasn't piping hot. The mapo tofu lacked spiciness and could be enjoyed even by children. The mixed yakisoba was packed with vegetables and had a satisfying taste. The gyoza was generously filled with meat (I forgot to take a photo) and was quite filling. We had a satisfying lunch, thank you.

Located about a 7-8 minute walk from Kinshicho Station North Exit on the JR Sobu Line in Sumida Ward, Tokyo. ★Revisited on October 5, 2022★ This restaurant is located along Kuramaebashi Street behind the Olinas shopping mall. During lunchtime, it gets crowded with nearby office workers, so sharing tables is a must! Due to the lack of partition screens because of COVID, I haven't visited for about a year. Visited at 18:45 on a weekday (Wednesday). There were about 7 customers already seated and 4 customers arrived after me. All tables were for 4 people, so solo diners during lunchtime have to share tables. During the early days of COVID, there were acrylic screens, but they were soon removed, so I refrained from visiting. It's been quite a while since my last visit. Ordered the Evening Set (Shrimp Chili and a bottled beer) ★★★★ for 773 yen (excluding tax). You can choose from various menu items. There are many set menus around 682 yen (excluding tax), but today I splurged a bit (laughs). The shrimp was big and juicy with a good balance of acidity and spiciness in the sauce. Some places have sweeter versions of shrimp chili, which I don't like, but I like the one at this restaurant. It looked like a lot, but there was cabbage hidden underneath (laughs). Ordered the Suratanmen (medium spicy) ★★★★ for 750 yen (tax included). I forgot to take a picture of it... (tears) It's originally a ramen with spiciness and acidity, and the medium spicy version looks very red. But I think the spiciness is milder than it looks. The menu said 700 yen, but I wonder if they raised the price?

There are four menus available on the table: 1) Drink menu 2) Set meal + noodles menu 3) Side menu 4) Evening drink set + all-you-can-eat menu. Prices are shown with tax included or excluded, which can be confusing. The evening drink set is 700 yen including tax. Some dishes are priced at 750 yen. The set includes one drink and one dish, and can be ordered multiple times. With bottled beer priced at 600 yen including tax, the food effectively costs only 100 yen. This kind of crazy set is common in the cheap Chinese restaurants around Kinshicho. Set meals start from 650 yen including tax, and many male customers order them after work. Rice and soup can be refilled once for free, and the portion of side dishes is unusually large for the price. Side dishes like half fried rice for 150 yen or half ramen for 200 yen can be ordered only by customers who order set meals. It's questionable if anyone would actually order a side dish with their set meal. This restaurant is unique in that they don't offer individual dishes. If you want to order a single dish, you have to choose a set or opt for the all-you-can-eat option for 3,278 yen including tax. Now, what to order tonight? From the evening drink set, I'll have a bottle of beer with mixed vegetables for 700 yen including tax. The mixed vegetables dish is full of ingredients, with a decent portion for a small plate. It's lightly seasoned and not overpowering, with plenty of shrimp, squid, and my personal favorite, wood ear mushrooms. Next, from the evening drink set, I'll have a 10-year-old Shaoxing wine with oyster beef stir-fry for 750 yen including tax. The Shaoxing wine was a pleasant surprise, served in a proper glass with a generous pour, probably over 200ml. The taste is smooth, befitting of a 10-year-old wine. Most cheap Chinese restaurants in Kinshicho serve a faux 1-go tokkuri, so this was a nice change. The oyster beef stir-fry is generous with the meat and includes green peppers, red peppers, onions, and shimeji mushrooms. The flavor is rich but satisfying. While not exceptional, the value for money is definitely outstanding. When considering the effort of making these dishes at home, this is definitely the cheaper option.

I visited a restaurant for a late lunch after watching a movie at TOHO CINEAS in Kinshicho, Orionas. There were several restaurants along the Kuramae Bridge Street in front of me, but I chose the one that seemed the liveliest. The menu had a variety of set meals. The lunch I ordered included the following: - Stir-fried beef and bell peppers It was served promptly after ordering, which was important. The portion of stir-fried beef and bell peppers looked satisfying. The beef was tender and the bell peppers were crunchy. It was a bit disappointing that there were some tough parts in the bamboo shoots. The seasoning was not too strong, making it easy to eat with rice. It didn't feel particularly special, but I think it's a good neighborhood Chinese restaurant lunch set.

I had the dinner set only at night. The volume was amazing, with ramen, gyoza, mapo tofu, rice, and various side dishes all included in the 900 yen set, making it very cost-effective. The gyoza was delicious with plenty of juice, but I would recommend the set meal over the ramen.

I went to a sauna in Kinshicho and stopped by a Chinese restaurant while waiting. It's a bit of a walk from the station, but it was quite busy! The lunch set is reasonably priced at 650 yen, with a luxurious set including dan dan noodles, gyoza, mapo tofu, and rice for 800 yen! It's cheap! When I actually tried the food, everything was delicious. The portion sizes were huge, so I ended up getting very full. Thank you for the meal!
