This is the only pizzeria in the world recognized by the renowned restaurant "Da Gaetano" from Naples and Ischia Island. The owner, TOMMY, is a pizza craftsman who was treated like a son by Maestro Gaetano among many Japanese disciples, and was the first in the world to be allowed to open a branch of "Da Gaetano". There is a lot of talk about this, and reviewers from Kanto also come here. They are particular about using Italian flour and water for the ingredients. The inside of the restaurant was full. There was already one group waiting. The staff set up a makeshift table outside the entrance and said, "We will seat you as soon as there is space inside." It was a bit chilly, but it was okay since we were drinking. I ordered a beer for now. It felt like a winter beer garden (laughs). While deciding on the menu and drinking, they informed us that a table was available inside. The inside of the restaurant was lively with customers. I ordered a traditional pizza. It came out in about 5 minutes because it cooks quickly. I took a bite immediately... It's delicious!!! It's a pizza like no other I've had before. I could eat as much as I want... Pizza is not a drink, but I could eat it forever!! I finished one piece in no time. The second piece (I forgot to take a picture) was also gone in a flash (shared by three people). There are different types of pizzas and regular dishes as well. I am satisfied with my meal this time, so I would like to visit again next time.

The restaurant was always packed, so reservations are a must! This place is famous for being the only restaurant allowed to use the name of a renowned pizzeria where the owner trained in Naples. The atmosphere, service, food, and prices were all at a high level and well-balanced. It's a place that can be enjoyed for various occasions such as dates, gatherings, family outings, and business meetings. For my order, I got the following: Carimero Pizza (3,828 yen), Margherita Pizza (2,068 yen), Prosciutto and Tomato Platter (5,170 yen), and some drinks. Every dish was delicious without a doubt! The menu was also visually appealing and impressive. The Margherita Pizza was solid and surprisingly delicious. The limited edition Carimero Pizza, topped with summer truffles, mozzarella, ricotta cheese, and a soft-boiled egg, was absolutely delicious. The aroma of the summer truffles was delightful. Lastly, the Prosciutto and Tomato Platter was visually stunning and tasted amazing. The prosciutto was rich in flavor, unlike regular Italian prosciutto. The abundance of fresh tomatoes was sweet and delicious. Although adding prosciutto may increase the price, removing it will bring the cost down to 3,190 yen, so I highly recommend it! Since I had plans to watch baseball at 1:00, I quickly ordered the recommended Premium Margherita pizza and a glass of red wine. When it arrived, it looked beautiful and tasted amazing! A few minutes' walk from the station, I saw a sign for PIZZERIA da GAETANO nestled among the trees! I arrived at the restaurant around 12:15 pm. Upon entering, I was struck by the strong Italian atmosphere. The bustling and authentic ambiance really stood out. I was seated and given a menu, with a brief explanation of the lunch set options. The lunch sets seemed like a good deal, with options like pizza, pasta, and a choice of salad, 4 appetizers, or dessert. I opted for the Margherita pizza with the C set, which included the appetizer platter. After a 10-minute wait, the appetizer platter arrived with homemade ham, marinated pumpkin, marinated bonito, and marinated carrots - all quite tangy! Another 10 minutes later, the piping hot Margherita pizza was served. The crust was crispy yet chewy, and the generous amount of mozzarella cheese added a rich flavor. It was a very satisfying pizza. I went to a wonderful restaurant that made me feel like I was in a pizzeria in Naples, Italy - Pizzeria Da Gaetano in Fukuoka. I had a Marinara and Margherita (DOC) pizza that was amazing! Margherita is a must-try classic. The chewy dough and delicious cheese made it a slightly different Margherita. Spaghetti all'Arrabbiata was a limited menu for the 12th anniversary of the restaurant, which was my first visit. It was a pasta with zucchini and smoked cheese. The flavor was richer than it looked. The pasta was thick and chewy, making it delicious. Everything I ordered was delicious. The extensive menu selection was surprising, perhaps due to the anniversary celebration. As I got out of the car at a nearby Seven-Eleven for a restroom break and coffee time, I was hit with an incredibly delicious smell. I followed the scent and found a pizza place nearby. I couldn't resist going in, and the place was really cool with both indoor and terrace seating available. I couldn't decide on a menu item, so I asked the cool lady there for advice, and she recommended the Salsiccia Funghi pizza for 1938 yen. It came with salad and a drink for lunch, and I chose an espresso for after the meal. The espresso was so authentic and satisfying. The place was packed even on a weekday, showing how popular it is. The atmosphere was really nice, and I felt like I was on a little trip while waiting. The salad was followed by a piping hot pizza that smelled amazing. And the taste? Unbelievably delicious! Also, it seems to be a member of the True Neapolitan Pizza Association, so I was looking forward to trying the traditional Neapolitan-style pizza.
