■Ordered items and impressions⬇ Without ordering, a salad is quickly served, and a few minutes later, the pork steak (¥1,000) arrives! It is carried on a hot plate making a sizzling sound, which makes it sound delicious! The appearance looks tender and appetizing, and the smell of pork and pepper stimulates the brain! There is no unpleasant smell. It is served quite rare, so it is very tender and juicy right after being served, and eating it as it is with the spiciness of pepper complements the natural flavor of the pork, making it very delicious. Additionally, the special sauce (ginger soy sauce) and the grated radish, wasabi, garlic miso on the table allow you to enjoy different flavors. As time passes, the heat from the hot plate slightly reduces the tenderness, but it still maintains a satisfying texture without being tough! It transforms into an exquisite texture that is enjoyable, and the crunchy pickled plum on the table, which I believe is chopped umeboshi, provides a crispy texture that, when eaten with rice, spreads the flavor of plum throughout the mouth, allowing you to enjoy the crispy texture and indescribable deliciousness! By the way, I like to add grated radish and wasabi on top of it.
■Atmosphere, clientele, service⬇ The simple exterior and minimalistic interior of the restaurant were clean and well-maintained. The clientele ranged from young to old, with couples in their 20s and 30s, groups of women, and men dining alone being common during my 5-6 visits. Since there is no interaction in terms of ordering, it is not a place where communication with the staff is necessary.
■Recommended points⬇ You can enjoy four different flavors: garlic miso, ginger soy sauce, grated radish with wasabi, and the changing texture as time passes. Additionally, the fact that you can have unlimited rice and miso soup refills, and for an additional 500 yen, you can change the steak, makes it an excellent value for 1,000 yen!
