Today was in Fukuoka. After finishing a meeting, I had some time before my flight, so I decided to go to a new eel rice bowl restaurant in Tenjin Kitamachi. However, when I arrived at the restaurant, it was closed for maintenance. I was in a pinch as I didn't have much time before my flight! Then I remembered that there was a delicious pasta place in Tenjin! So, I walked about 10 minutes to the pasta restaurant. I arrived around 6:30 pm on a weekday and was seated right away as there were empty tables. I ordered the Japanese-style garlic carbonara and a special version of Neapolitan pasta that goes beyond the traditional Neapolitan. The dishes arrived simultaneously in about 10 minutes! First, I tried the Japanese-style garlic carbonara, which was different from the one I had before. It had a nice garlic flavor with bacon and egg sauce that was delicious. Then, I quickly moved on to the Neapolitan pasta. The noodles were firm and hot. The special version of Neapolitan pasta with chewy noodles was also very good. It was another delicious meal. They gave me a stamp card on my way out, so maybe I'll try to collect all the stamps next time. Thank you for the meal!

A perfect place for a quick and simple pasta lunch. It's best for 1 or 2 people. There is often a wait, so it's recommended to eat quickly and leave. The pasta is delicious, but some men may find the portion size a bit small, so it's great that you can add extra pasta and a baguette.

We had a family dinner at Tenjin Business Center, at a branch of "Delicious Pasta" called o/sio FUKUOKA that we visited recently! The names of the dishes were fun, so we ended up ordering a lot. Each dish was around 1,000 yen, which was reasonable. The staff were kind and quickly removed the splash panel when they saw we had children with us, making us feel full and satisfied. Thank you very much. We will visit again.

I used it for lunch. It's always popular with long lines, but I arrived for the first time and was seated in about 5 minutes! I struggled with the menu, but ended up ordering the carbonara after all. It arrived in a dish about half the size I had imagined! It's like a kids' size at a family restaurant, huh? I thought, "This is 2,000 yen~" The taste is definitely good! The chewy noodles (a little thin?) are addicting.

I could easily get addicted to this dish! The freshly baked Mentaiko Baguette was also amazing, with the sauce oozing out when you bite into it. I definitely want to come back for more!

(2023.07.21) It has been over a year since the opening of "Tenjin Ichinaka" in the basement of the Tenjin Business Center, and it seems that changes are starting to occur in the popular restaurant that attracts customers... I visited the 'Delicious Pasta' which had long queues that couldn't fit inside the "Tenjin Ichinaka" when it first opened. It is now a pasta specialty shop run by the 'sio' chef, and despite being a small restaurant with only 12 counter seats facing the open kitchen and 6 face-to-face seats for a total of 18 seats, there were empty seats before 1 pm. I actually came to Ichinaka to have udon, but seeing the empty seats at the 'Delicious Pasta', I couldn't miss this opportunity... So, I ordered the refreshing "Sappari Tsukimi Ume Oroshi" pasta, but quickly noticed that the "Today's Whim Pasta" was a meat sauce, so I changed my order. As the name suggests, the meat sauce, different from Bolognese, has a gentle sweetness to it... It is cooked with onions and tomato sauce, and has plenty of meat in it. While in the past, when fresh pasta first started to appear, it often had a sticky texture, recently, you can find ones that are properly chewy, and the golden-colored fresh pasta that shines here is exceptional, with a chewy elasticity and a good bite. And to complement it, I also had the "Freshly Baked Mentaiko Baguette" which was generously topped with mentaiko sauce that flows abundantly. It can be a bit challenging to eat due to the amount of mentaiko sauce, but the crispy baked baguette pairs well with it... It also has a spicy kick that adds to the deliciousness.

This was my second visit, and the waiting time was shorter than last time! I waited for about 30 minutes in line around 12:30 on Sunday. I ordered the amazing mentaiko pasta and salad. The mentaiko pasta was very simple but the pasta was chewy and delicious. I think the fast turnover is also good.

I went to Ichinaka for the first time. The mentaiko cream carbonara was amazing, as well as the mentaiko pasta (which my friend shared with me). The taste was so good for less than 1000 yen. The noodles were slightly thicker. I'm curious about the mentaiko baguette too, I will definitely come back!

I felt like eating pasta and visited this place. All the photos looked really delicious. However, I had other plans later that day so I had to give up on the garlic-based pasta... I ordered the mentaiko carbonara instead. It was good. It was definitely tasty, but not exceptionally delicious, just average. The large portion size was just right. Next time, I want to try ordering a Japanese-style pasta with garlic.

I have used it several times, but my favorite is the superb mentaiko pasta. The garlic oil-infused mentaiko sauce combined with the chewy texture of fresh pasta is addictive, and whenever I go to Tenjin, I find myself heading here instead of trying out new places.

When I visited, the restaurant was still crowded but starting to quiet down. My partner had the mentaiko cream carbonara for 1100 yen plus a large serving for 200 yen, while I had the premium mentaiko pasta for 900 yen. The noodles were indeed deliciously chewy. The portion size was not very big, so I would recommend getting a large serving. The seating was at the counter and in an open space, so it was a bit noisy and not very relaxing. Therefore, I'm not sure if I would come back again.

I waited in line for a while, but when I went on Sunday evening, it was empty so I decided to try it out. I ordered the garlic carbonara. The noodles were chewy, but it wasn't so amazing that I would want to wait in line for it. It's just a tasty pasta. However, the portion was small. Thank you for the meal.

I arrived at the restaurant just after 11:00 when it had just opened. There were already four women sitting at the counter. I was also seated at the counter. Based on reviews mentioning the high number of women, I ordered the large-sized Mentaiko Cream Carbonara. It was served in about 10 minutes. The noodles were coated in Mentaiko cream sauce with an egg yolk on top. I mixed it without hesitation and took a bite. The chewiness of the fresh noodles was unique, but I felt it was quite salty. As I continued eating, the saltiness became more pronounced, so I took a sip of water. I gradually got used to it and managed to finish the dish, although some sauce was left at the bottom of the bowl. I thought about ordering a baguette, but refrained due to the large portion. Despite being messy, I used a spoon to scoop up the remaining sauce and tried it, and was surprised at how tasty it was. Perhaps the salt in the pasta water was too strong. Although this visit did not result in a positive review, I believe it could be delicious if the saltiness was just right. I reconsidered and felt that another visit for a more accurate evaluation would be necessary. Thank you for the meal.

It's raining. (>_<) When I think of a place to go in this weather, I think of Inachika, the underground food court at Tenjin Business Center. I visited a popular pasta restaurant called "Oishii Pasta" located in Inachika. It is a pasta specialty shop affiliated with the one-star restaurant "sio" in Yoyogi-Uehara, Tokyo. I arrived without getting wet by passing through the underground mall. The time was 11:25. I informed the staff that I was dining alone and was immediately seated at the counter. There were about 20 seats, including counter seats facing the kitchen and shared tables. The place quickly filled up around 11:30, and a waiting line formed. I ordered the "Spring Cabbage and Clam Anchovy Butter Pasta (1,300 yen, tax included)." The staff also recommended a salad and bread, so I added the "Freshly Baked Baguette (200 yen)." The bread was served first, without any butter. It tasted like a regular French bread. After a short wait, the pasta arrived. The clams were small, so the flavor was a bit weak. The texture of the fresh pasta and the smoothness of the cream sauce showed some skill, but the anchovy flavor was also faint. For a price of 1,500 yen, it felt a bit underwhelming. I finished the meal with a feeling of moderate fullness. I also secretly stopped by the Lawson next door, where they were having a 30 yen off promotion for rice balls. (laughs)

There is a popular one-star restaurant called "sio" in the Tenjin Business Center Building basement, also known as "Inachika," in Tokyo. There is another affiliated restaurant on the same floor where you can also enjoy à la carte dishes. I lined up around 1:00 pm and was seated after about 5 minutes as there were only 4 people ahead of me. The restaurant only has counter seats. I was asked for my order while waiting in line, but due to the crowd, it took a little over ten minutes from seating to receiving my pasta. There were many pasta options, and I was tempted by the Garlic Carbonara, but it's not suitable for work hours. I ordered the Mentaiko Cream Carbonara (1,100 yen incl. tax) along with an iced coffee (250 yen), totaling 1,350 yen (incl. tax, credit cards accepted). The pasta had a chewy texture with thick fresh noodles. The Mentaiko sauce was generously spread, providing a delicious flavor. Mixing in the egg yolk added a sweet richness, but the Mentaiko sauce alone was tasty enough. The iced coffee had a light flavor, and the generous portion was satisfying. The portion size was just right for me, but men may prefer a larger serving. The restaurant was still busy when I left, indicating its popularity.

There is a pasta restaurant in the underground area of Tenjin that often has long lines during lunchtime. Several new tenants have opened in the newly developed area. It is recommended to go around 11 am as the line starts forming around 11:30 am. The pasta is delicious, but you may not feel like waiting in line to eat.

I went because it had a good reputation for being delicious. There was a line, but I was lucky with the timing and was able to be seated quickly. You can order pasta on its own, but salads and bread are extra. I ordered the spaghetti with shirasu (whitebait) in peperoncino sauce, along with a salad and bread. It's difficult to evaluate popular restaurants because expectations are high from the start. It was a place where you could quickly and easily enjoy pasta.

Carbonara in large portions can get boring, so I recommend the scallop and mushroom pasta in butter sauce. It's not as crowded now, so it's convenient to eat here. The location is good, and I think I'll come here whenever I feel like having pasta. The restaurant is clean and that's great. They accept PayPay.

It is a pasta restaurant located in an area with many different restaurants. The pasta was very chewy and delicious, especially the mentaiko pasta. The French bread with mentaiko on top was crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. I would like to visit this restaurant again.
