I finally had the opportunity to visit Yorgo's, a restaurant I've always wanted to go to. The restaurant, Gyoza no Las Vegas, is located inside, which made me feel a bit intimidated. I went with the gourmet expert Rock Saburo. The interior of the restaurant has only counter seats and an open kitchen, creating a sense of openness. The place is always packed, so reservations are a must. There were both groups and solo diners. The staff were mostly not wearing masks. We started with a toast with beer, followed by a bottle of wine and then ordered more wine by the glass, all of which were easy to drink and delicious. I absolutely wanted to try the marinated mozzarella cheese with pear and celery, as well as the beef tenderloin cutlet. We were informed that the cutlet would take some time, so we ordered it in advance (takes over 1 hour to prepare). The cutlet was incredibly tender and the sauce was delicious. The swordfish carpaccio with sea urchin and potatoes was also outstanding! Everything was delicious and went well with the drinks. The fig butter had a generous portion, so we also enjoyed it with the complimentary bread. The bread had received many compliments for being soft, but when I tried it, it was a bit dry. I had a second serving, but it was still dry. I hope to try a softer bread next time. I believe I have taken photos of everything. We had a relaxing and enjoyable time, and left the restaurant fully satisfied. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

The rare beef fillet cutlet with sea urchin, peach and mozzarella cheese marinated in Earl Grey tea is absolutely delicious. The beef fillet is about 1cm thick, tender yet meaty, and melts in your mouth. The combination of sea urchin and shredded crispy potatoes in a rich sea urchin cream sauce is exquisite. The peach and mozzarella cheese also go perfectly together. The liver pate with unlimited bread is a nice touch. The dessert plate at the end was also very cute. This bistro is a hidden gem with no sign, so reservations are a must due to its popularity. I would definitely come back here again and highly recommend it!

This was my first visit since the restaurant relocated. I have been to Gyoza Las Vegas a few times, but I didn't know there was a restaurant hidden in the back. The seating is all at the counter, but there are definitely more seats than the previous location. Today's recommendations included Shine Muscat and pear salad, horse mackerel and seaweed nanban-zuke, celeriac and avocado, and stir-fried bitter melon. The potato and sea urchin cream sauce is a specialty of the restaurant. The main dish was sausage with melty cheese. The perfect wine was a bottle of white and a glass of red at the end. Very satisfied. Thank you for the meal!

Today was a business trip to Fukuoka. After finishing the meeting, I returned to Tenjin. I was feeling a bit early, so I wanted to have a drink before heading back to catch my flight. I found a place near Tenjin that opens at 5 pm... perfect! I had been curious about this place for a while, so I decided to call and make a reservation. They said they could accommodate me for up to 2 hours starting from their opening time, so I made a reservation! Before hanging up, they even gave me directions to the restaurant. It was a 12-3 minute walk from Tenjin station. Right in front of me was the sign for "Gyoza Las Vegas" (surprising!). Although I was interested in this place as well, my main goal this time was to visit Yorgo at the back of this restaurant. I entered through Gyoza Las Vegas, informed them about my reservation at Yorgo, and made my way to the back of the restaurant. It felt like a restaurant within a restaurant, quite intriguing. Yorgo had only counter seats, but there were quite a few of them. I was seated and looked at the menu. They mentioned that I needed to order the main dish first, which would take about 60 minutes. Here's what I ordered:
- Homemade lemon sour
- Peach and mozzarella cheese marinated in Earl Grey (half size available)
- Pate de Campagne
- Finca La Estacada Ocho y Medio Chardonnay 2016
- Yorgo's signature Uni and potato dish (half size available)
- Domaine Antoine Olivier Les 2 Dindes Bourgogne Chardonnay 2020
- Rare beef cutlet
- Edamame gnocchi fritto with blue cheese sauce (half size available)
- Meat ragu pasta
The food was delicious, and I particularly enjoyed the unique flavors and textures. I left the restaurant feeling extremely satisfied. I would love to visit again, maybe next time I'll try their gyoza. Thank you for the wonderful meal!

There is no signboard or entrance, but if you tell the staff at the popular restaurant #Gyoza no Las Vegas that you want to go to Yorugo, they will guide you. The stylish space has a counter surrounding the central kitchen. Here are some recommended dishes:
- Scallop and Salmon Roe with Ricotta Sauce (1650 yen): The scallops and salmon roe are fresh and the ricotta cheese and consomme jelly are creamy.
- Peach and Mozzarella Cheese Earl Grey Marinade (1650 yen): Large slices of peach and mozzarella with a unique Earl Grey flavor.
- Horse Meat Tartare (1870 yen): Minced horse meat mixed with egg and sauce, a delicious dish that goes well with drinks.
- Rare Beef Fillet Cutlet (3850 yen): A 1cm thick beef fillet that melts in your mouth, leaving you with a big smile.
- Grilled Duck Breast (2920 yen): Juicy duck meat with red wine and orange sauce, full of flavor.
- Uni and Potatoes (1540 yen): A Yorugo specialty that looks like pasta but is made with potatoes and uni sauce, a unique combination.
- Chocolate Terrine (880 yen): A rich chocolate terrine with pistachio ice cream, perfect for chocolate lovers.
The restaurant is popular among female groups and couples, known for its stylish atmosphere and dishes that appeal to women. If you take someone on a date to this restaurant, they will surely be delighted.

I made an early reservation for a famous bistro in Fukuoka and visited during my trip! Everything was really delicious! The atmosphere of the restaurant was nice and the staff were very warm and attentive! There are also delicious bistros in Tokyo, but being able to eat at this cost performance is too much of a happiness. The portions are all generous, so I want to go with three or more people next time! ⭐️5⭐️ I want to visit again. I love it so much that I don't want to tell anyone about it. ⭐️4⭐️ I will recommend this restaurant if asked. ⭐️3⭐️ I might go again. ⭐️2⭐️ Hmm, I prefer to try a different restaurant if possible. ⭐️1⭐️ Personally, I do not recommend it. 🙅♀️ Instagram @tokyo_gourmet_yokutaberuko On my Instagram, I only introduce restaurants that I rated 4 or 5 stars on Tabelog.

This is our second visit. This time, we went with three people and chose some different dishes in addition to the usual ones. The spaghetti with a strong ginger flavor was particularly delicious. I enjoyed the different tastes depending on the season, so I want to go back when it gets colder. There are no photos, but the pate de campagne is cost-effective and recommended.

This restaurant, which you enter by passing through a dumpling shop, is in a restaurant-in-restaurant format. I have visited a few times and it is really convenient. You can order individual items and enjoy delicious Western food. The service is thoughtful, with dishes being shared among the group. The restroom has a light system like in a train or airplane, so you don't have to waste time going if someone is already inside. The sea urchin and potato, as well as the rare beef cutlet, are must-try dishes at this restaurant!

Visited with a friend for the second round. Wanted to try the famous cutlet, but decided on gnocchi and wine after considering my stomach condition. The staff behind the counter was warm and the atmosphere was very pleasant. Will definitely come back from the first round next time! Rating is 3.5, but still unknown, so I will post again after eating a hearty meal. m(_ _)m

Fukuoka is my favorite restaurant. The sea urchin potato here is so amazing that I want everyone to try it! And the fried conger eel is incredibly delicious and impressive. The octopus avocado is as delicious as expected. There are many menu options and the menu changes regularly, so I look forward to visiting every time.

If you take me to this restaurant for a date, I will fall for you! It's a place that I think girls will love! The rare cutlet was surprisingly rich in flavor, and it went well with the wine. The wine was also delicious. I want to go back again!

The place was a bit hard to find, located inside a dumpling restaurant. The seating consists of a large counter surrounding the kitchen. The famous rare cutlet is really delicious, but the main dish takes about 60 minutes to be served. The flavor is rich, so I was satisfied with just 200g. The fig butter was also incredibly tasty, so I recommend trying it. They offer all-you-can-eat bread with regular refills, which was a nice surprise. Yorgo's classic dish, sea urchin and potatoes, was also delicious. It looked like pasta, but I might have preferred it with actual pasta instead of potatoes.

Tonight, I went to Yorgo to drink wine. I ordered Hiramikarupaccho with Hinata Natsu and mozzarella salad, potato sea urchin, and rare chicken cutlet dumplings. When I entered the restaurant, I said, "I have a reservation under Arai Yorgo." The staff replied, "Please have a seat over there first." It was strange to eat dumplings before drinking wine. When leaving the restaurant, some people even went to another place. That's just not right. #yorgo #Fukuoka Akasaka

Yorugu in Fukuoka Tenjin. The entrance is inside Gyoza Las Vegas and as you go further inside, you will find the restaurant. The interior has a calm atmosphere with a counter shaped like this letter, very cozy. The staff's customer service is polite and very kind. [Recommended menu] ☑️ Rare beef fillet cutlet ☑️ Uni and potatoes ☑️ Fig butter

This time, during my business trip to Fukuoka, I visited "yorgo" based on recommendations from friends in Fukuoka. I was told to definitely try the beef cutlet, so I made sure to order it. The meat is cooked rare using a low-temperature cooker. The main dishes take about 60 minutes to be served, so you are encouraged to order early. Other menu items included fig cream cheese and clams, asari clams, and rapeseed blossoms (I forgot the name). Everything was delicious, and I will definitely come back again! Thank you for the meal!

The dishes were delicious, and it was interesting to see them being cooked in the open kitchen. The rare pork cutlet was incredibly tasty. The meat in the middle was rare but tender, making it a fantastic experience. The classic Uni Potato dish had a crispy texture and the Uni sauce was a standout! If you're in Fukuoka, this is the restaurant to go to!

On New Year's Eve, I visited Yorgo's for a fitting end to the year. It had been a while since I last visited, and I found out that they were staying open until the end of the year, which was a first for them. However, they mentioned that they wouldn't do it next year due to low reservations, probably because the streets in Daimyo and Kego were not very busy. As usual, I struggled to decide what to order, but eventually settled on the following:
- Bread: I remembered a bakery in Yakuin Odori that had a special bread for Yorgo, and it was delicious. The bread didn't need to be freshly baked to taste good, unlike the bread I bake at home.
- Mackerel Carpaccio: I debated between this and Scallop Salad, but ultimately went with the mackerel. The thickly sliced mackerel soaked in Carpaccio sauce with a generous amount of green onions was a delightful choice.
- Uni Potato: A Yorgo specialty that I had not eaten in a while, and its deliciousness surprised me once again. The potatoes were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, a perfect combination.
- Lotus Root and Nokke Fry: A unique combination of crunchy lotus root and chewy nokke with a thick blue cheese sauce that made me consume more bread.
- Rare Fillet Cutlet: The main dish that I couldn't resist. Despite feeling quite full from the previous courses, the ruby-colored rare meat was warm, tender, and flavorful with spices. I left the restaurant feeling very satisfied with the meal.
The staff was friendly, and even though it had been a while since my last visit, I felt like I should come more often. It was a rediscovery that added to the enjoyment of life. Thank you for the delicious meal, and have a great New Year!

Located about a 10-minute walk from Akasaka Station, there is a hidden gem called "Yorgo" with no sign outside! There is no entrance, just the address leads you to "Gyoza no Las Vegas"! When you enter the Las Vegas entrance and tell the staff "Yorgo," they will guide you to Yorgo! The inside is lively and bright, filled with groups of girls and couples! There is a counter surrounding the kitchen in the center! Two dishes that you must order are the "Rare Beef Fillet Cutlet" and the "Uni and Potato"! Even if you are full, please try these dishes! The "Rare Cutlet" with its beautiful red beef fillet is so appetizing... when mixed with the sauce, it is so delicious that it disappears quickly! The "Uni and Potato" is addictively delicious from the first bite... the uni spreads in your mouth and is incredibly tasty! Both dishes go so well with wine! I definitely want to visit this restaurant again when I go to Fukuoka! Thank you for the wonderful meal!
