I went to Ristorante Fanfare. The interesting thing about this Italian restaurant is that each dish on the menu has a name with a question mark, making it hard to imagine what the dish actually is. The first dish was oysters served with a cold winter melon soup-like accompaniment. The second dish was salmon wrapped in burnt eggplant skin, giving it a unique flavor. The third dish was a pasta dish with a rich tomato sauce infused with plenty of bell peppers. The fourth dish was another pasta dish with short pasta shaped like seashells, baked in the oven with clams. The fifth dish was a salt-grilled Ozaki beef (additional charge) that was tender and delicious. For dessert, we ordered tiramisu, which was prepared in front of us with mascarpone semifreddo, amaretto jelly, and warm sauce poured over it. It was a delightful dining experience at the counter with a view of the kitchen. Thank you for the wonderful meal!

Fanfare is still delicious. It's been a while since I had lunch with a friend. You can feel the season in the ingredients, both in appearance and taste, and enjoy high-quality Italian cuisine with surprises. You can watch the cooking process in the open kitchen, and it's always exciting to see what will come next at the counter seats. This time, the pasta was risotto with pumpkin, pear, and gorgonzola, which was a first for me. Each bite was enjoyable with different flavors, and the texture of the nuts added a nice touch. We were so engrossed in chatting and eating that I forgot to take a picture of the main dish, which was sea bream. The dessert, made with new rice, was cute and delicious. One thing that caught my attention was that the portion sizes seemed to have decreased compared to before, especially the main dish felt quite small. Nevertheless, as expected from a Michelin Plate-winning restaurant, the food was consistently delicious!

The stylish interior of the restaurant had both counter and table seating. I ordered the lunch course which included a choice of meat or fish for the main dish, and a choice of pasta from three options. The lemon-flavored pasta was delicious. For 2500 yen, including dessert, the quality of the food was great for the price. It was a wonderful restaurant experience!

I visited Ristorante fanfare located at 2-10-39 Daimyo, Chuo-ku, Fukuoka City, Fukuoka Prefecture, on the 2nd floor of San Marino Building. The interior of the restaurant has a counter and table seats, and it feels spacious and luxurious. I ordered the 13,200 yen course. First, I toasted with Italian Peroni beer, which was smooth and didn't overpower the meal. The dishes included: Fisherman-style shaved ice with herb granita, Blackfin tuna with peach and caviar, Aged beef carpaccio with red wine pairing, Trofie Genovese pasta with sazae, Capellini pasta with watermelon, Grilled golden eye snapper with colorful sauce, Steamed abalone with sparkling wine sauce, Kujuku venison with no gamey taste, and for dessert, I had parfait and tiramisu. I finished with a cup of tea. I had a wonderful time enjoying delicious food and drinks at this restaurant. Thank you for the meal!

I visited the restaurant with three friends. The restaurant had an open kitchen at the counter and also had table seats at the back, where we could enjoy our meal slowly. Everything was delicious. It was a popular restaurant, so it was understandable that they had two seating times, but it was a bit disappointing that the second seating started at 1:30 pm.

A friend's birthday lunch for 2500 yen (excluding tax) is a rare find. The lunch was fulfilling! The corn soup was fluffy and delicious. You can choose from two types of creamy and tasty pasta. I had spaghetti with green beans and zucchini, while my friend had conchiglie with tuna. The main dish can be either fish or meat, both were delicious! The dessert was a melon dessert with a rich melon flavor. Finally, coffee and a lovely plate. I forgot to request the plate in advance, but they kindly accepted my request when I called on the day. However, I had requested a plate for the coffee serving in the past, and when I asked about it when the dessert plate came, a young female staff member replied somewhat coldly, "It will be with the next coffee." It was a bit disappointing. It would have been nicer if they had said something like "Your surprise is coming up next!" or "Your request will be fulfilled with the next course." The value for money is outstanding, so I understand that expecting cheerful service may be asking for too much, but I have been a fan since the opening and felt it was a missed opportunity. There are two lunch sessions with time limits, and it was fully packed. It's only natural. I hope the staff at the restaurant continue to be healthy and maintain this wonderful place! I had beer and spumante at pranzoB for 4000 yen.

I was thrilled to learn that the fanfare wine event that I had been wanting to revisit was taking place, and of course, I happily attended. The event featured the sparkling wine representative of Northern Italy, "ROTARI," and the unique regional varieties from Southern Italy, Sicily's "Feudo Arancio," paired with dishes prepared by fanfare. There was a special pairing lunch where we could enjoy the local stories while tasting the wines, and I couldn't contain my excitement. The participation fee was 10,000 yen (including tax and food pairing). The menu included: - Amuse: Oyster and Ozaki Beef with Sweet Corn - Antipasto: Red Snapper with Melon and Kabosu - Pasta: Conchigliette in a Pouch - Fish: Marinated Grouper and Zucchini - Meat: Aged Beef and Stracchino Cheese - Dessert: Yogurt Cassata - Coffee: Espresso The wines served were: Rotari Brut Platinum Metodo Classico, Feudo Arancio Inzolia, Feudo Arancio Rosato, Rotari Brut Flavio Riserva, Feudo Arancio HEDONIS RISERVA, and Feudo Arancio Dalila. Each of the 6 dishes was paired with 6 different wines, creating a wonderful marriage of flavors. The food was delicious, but my personal favorite was the Conchigliette in a Pouch, which was incredibly tasty. The flavors were concentrated as the shellfish absorbed the broth while being cooked in paper, and the homemade conchigliette pasta was superb. I also couldn't resist indulging in 3 pieces of focaccia, and my stomach was happily full. I definitely need to revisit this place again soon without waiting too long.

It's no wonder this place is bustling. The heartfelt service, amazing dishes, and perfect wine pairings in a casual atmosphere make for a delightful dining experience. Each dish is enjoyable and well-prepared, and even the dessert was fantastic. This is definitely a must-visit restaurant, I will come back again next time.

I had a Birthday Dinner here. The dishes were not only visually stunning but also delicately prepared to bring out the flavors of the ingredients. I was amazed by the salt-grilled Ozaki beef, but even more so by the deliciousness of the steamed abalone! The texture and flavor of the abalone were unlike anything I've ever had before, leaving me speechless for a while. The tiramisu, finished with hot coffee and chocolate sauce right in front of me, was also incredibly delicious. Sitting at the counter surrounding the kitchen allowed me to see the cooking and plating up close, making the whole dining experience enjoyable for all the senses. I highly recommend this restaurant for special occasions or anniversaries.

It's been a while since I visited Ristorante Fanfare in Akasaka. I made a reservation for the lunch B course. The lunch is divided into two sessions, and today's session starting at 11:30 was fully booked. It's still a popular restaurant. The appetizer, main course, bread, and pasta were all beautifully presented and delicious. Just like last time, the focaccia bread was so tasty that I ended up eating too much of it, haha. The course, which includes coffee and dessert, for 2500 yen was very satisfying. Thank you for the wonderful meal ♡

I arrived at the restaurant on Tuesday at 11:30, but it was full! Very popular ✨ From the appetizers to the pasta, dessert, and drinks, everything was really delicious and delicately flavored (^ . ^) The main dish, beef cutlet, was thinner than I expected! When I mentioned that I was pregnant, they made sure to cook the food thoroughly, which was very helpful. I would like to go again ✨

Today, I saw a delicious-looking Italian restaurant on TV ⭐️ PRANZO ¥2500 with an almost open kitchen where you can see the chefs' every move, giving it a lively feel️⭐️ Bonito carpaccio with white celery on top ➡️ The bonito carpaccio lacked richness, but serving it like a carpaccio was a good choice. The white celery added a refreshing touch️⭐️ Spaghetti with sausage and treviso (chicory) ➡️ The meat was very rich and the sauce coated the spaghetti perfectly⭐️ Paccheri with boiled ink of cuttlefish ➡️ The paccheri was a bit mushy. Both the paccheri and the cuttlefish had a similar texture, making it hard to distinguish. The scent of the cuttlefish ink was good too⭐️ Small horse mackerel carozza ➡️ In simple terms, it's like fried bread with small horse mackerel and cheese. The flavors are very protein-rich, and the tomatoes and zucchini on the side add a nice accent⭐️ Chicken galantine ➡️ Tasted like boiled chicken, quite ordinary, something you would find at a regular diner⭐️ Rhubarb and kiwi sorbet give a summery feel️ The grainy cake was a bit disappointing⭐️ The espresso pasta was incredibly delicious, but the rest was just okay. The service was not bad, but there was a lack of overall coherence. Thank you for the meal.

It was my partner's birthday, so we visited this restaurant after a long time. We looked at the menu on our phones and chose champagne with the help of the staff. It was the restaurant's 6th anniversary, so they had a special course with three options, as well as a gift menu. We ordered the Karasumi pasta, which was creatively presented and delicious. Each dish was a pleasant surprise in terms of taste and presentation, showcasing the chef's skills. My partner had Ozaki beef, while I had aged beef, both were amazing in their own way. For dessert, we chose the Easter Egg, which we had seen on Instagram and loved. Finally, we enjoyed coffee and a birthday plate. This place offers great value, delicious food, and a fun experience. We already made a reservation for June. Thank you for the feast!

The dishes were all delicious, and they helped me relax from my daily fatigue. The risotto was especially tasty. I never expected it to be topped with yogurt sauce. The colors evoked the melting snow and the arrival of spring, it was like a work of art. The quality for this price is unbeatable. I visited on a special occasion, but this is a place I would like to come to regularly.

■ Overall Impression I was looking to explore new restaurants to use my Umakaken at, and stumbled upon this place. I felt like I needed to expand my dining options beyond the usual Italian restaurants I frequent. The restaurant had a great atmosphere and excellent service, which clearly reflected its popularity. Making a reservation is a must. The lunch menu has two tiers, but the higher-grade lunch options do not have restrictions, making it a good choice for a leisurely meal. At 2500 yen, the quality of food exceeds the price point, warranting a higher overall rating. It's worth noting that this restaurant has a Michelin Plate. ■ Beef Tendon and Early Cabbage and Barley Minestrone Starting with the soup, it seems that recent Italian restaurants, like Lalucon and Bistro Matshima, have a trend of starting with soup. It's a way to showcase the quality of ingredients they use. The soup at this place was gentle and delicious. ■ Duck and Scallion Ragu One of the three pasta options that require an additional fee. Even without paying extra, the pasta was delicious, and the ragu sauce was excellent. ■ Kampachi and Romaine Lettuce Another pasta dish (ordered by my companion). The pasta shape was enjoyable, and the sauce was tasty. ■ Lamb Polpettone In simple terms, it's like a hamburger. Surprisingly, this was the most delicious dish of the day. Although I couldn't quite discern the meat, it turned out to be lamb, and it was delicious. ■ Red Snapper Vapore and Ponzu Lettuce This was a fish dish. The fact that you can choose between a fish or meat dish for under 3000 yen is impressive. Personally, I prefer the hamburger, and I like my fish with a crispier surface, but this dish was still delicious. ■ Dessert The desserts had a sophisticated touch to them. I hope that the taste matches the presentation, and in this case, the taste was indeed delightful. Overall, it was a satisfying dining experience.

The staff were very polite and the open kitchen in the restaurant was lovely to see. Due to the high number of customers, reservations are necessary. The lamb polpettone had a slight gamey smell, so it may be a matter of personal preference. PayPay is accepted.

The cabbage-filled soup, like cheese risotto, was refreshing. At first bite, I was unsure, but the taste grew on me and became delicious. The pasta was not to my liking, but it was quite filling for a course. The lamb hamburger had a strong, gamey flavor that I regretted trying. However, the sautéed cod was delicious, both the sauce and the side dish. The chocolate dessert with a hint of orange was also very tasty.

You can choose between the Pasta Course for 2,500 yen and the Special Course for 6,000 yen. The Special Course seems to have the same content as dinner. You can also change the main dish for an additional fee. I visited this place over 5 years ago, and it has become significantly more delicious since then. If you haven't visited in the past few years, I recommend going again. ***Menu*** - Homemade bread - Amuse-bouche: Simone's mozzarella - Appetizer: Iroha Island oyster - Pasta: Risotto with radicchio tardivo - Pasta Bis: Gnocchi with black cabbage - Fish dish: Winter yellowtail with rapeseed blossoms - Meat dish: Milk-stewed veal or Kujū game (+2,500 yen) or Ozaki beef salt-grilled (+2,500 yen) - Dessert: Apple strudel or Tiramisu - Coffee: Coffee or Espresso or Tea The homemade bread has a crispy surface and a fluffy interior, very delicious but be careful not to overeat due to the generous menu. The mozzarella from Simone is elegant and not too strong in flavor, pairs well with wine. The Iroha Island oyster combines wild leaves with a mellow oyster, a good combination. The risotto with radicchio tardivo has a nice balance of sweetness and slight acidity. The Gnocchi with black cabbage is similar to Bolognese, with a meaty sauce and sweet black cabbage sauce that complements the thick gnocchi well. The winter yellowtail with rapeseed blossoms is an interesting combination, with the fatty yellowtail and bitter rapeseed blossoms working well together. The milk-stewed veal has a rich sauce and tender meat, very delicious. The Ozaki beef salt-grilled is tender and flavorful, a rare treat. The apple strudel has a crispy crust and rich apple filling, with raisins adding a nice touch. The Tiramisu is not too sweet, with a hint of coffee, very rich and perfect with coffee. The Italian-style coffee is delicious, extracted under pressure.

I made a reservation and visited the restaurant for dinner. I had tried to have lunch there several times before, but it was always full. It seems impossible to go on weekends. It's a popular place! This time, I visited on a weekday night. Some tables were occupied, and it seemed like many people were celebrating special occasions. Starting with a mozzarella bunny dish inspired by the Year of the Rabbit, I was excited and exclaimed, "Oh, so cute!" as I cut into it and took a bite. The texture was amazing, and the flavor was rich. It's made by an Italian who has moved to Fukuoka. The Iroha Island oysters, though small, were coated with a dill sauce and grated yam, creating a unique taste. The Modo beef carpaccio melted in my mouth, and the pasta with squid and 'nduja was incredibly rich and delicious. I could eat it forever! The gnocchi with kale was interesting with a hint of sweetness. The grilled tai snapper was impeccable! The abalone was small but had a good texture. And the main dish! Ozaki beef fillet! Salt-kama-yaki style was the best! The beauty of the cross-section, the tenderness, the umami of the lean meat! It was amazing! The game dish was female wild boar, which was also delicious, but the Ozaki beef was the winner. I was truly impressed by the Ozaki beef! Finally, we had two types of desserts and ended the dinner fully satisfied. We were served various Italian wines, which added to the experience. Considering the quality of the food and the price, it was a fantastic experience. Since there is no a la carte menu, advance reservation is required. The restaurant has a more casual atmosphere than expected, making it suitable for casual dining or gatherings.

Counter seats surround an open kitchen where you can enjoy watching the plating. PRANYO SP 6000 yen course tax included [Simone's mozzarella] The rabbit zodiac was so cute that it was a pity to break it (≧∀≦) The diced carrots laid out were delicious. [Iroha Island, true oysters] True oysters covered with yam, anchovy dill sauce [Risotto Radicchio Tardivo] It was delicious ♪ [Spaghettini Wagyu Peposo] Thick pasta [Cold yellowtail and rapeseed flowers] [Venison braised] [Tiramisu or apple strudel] Tiramisu is served with hot chocolate at the table. The apple strudel was a dessert with a gentle taste, containing apples, cinnamon, raisins, pine nuts, and more. [Espresso or black tea] Overall, the portion size of each dish is small, so men may find it lacking. You can enjoy visually every month. You can taste dishes that bring out the flavors of the ingredients. This time, I tried the 6000 yen course, but the 2500 yen lunch course is more cost-effective... It was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

This was my second visit this year. This time, I used it to celebrate a friend's special occasion. The food exceeded my expectations as always, and it was a great choice for a special lunch. The concept of focusing on local Kyushu ingredients, as well as the chef's dedication shown in the monthly changing courses, make this a wonderful restaurant. I'm already looking forward to my next visit to see what kind of dishes I will get to enjoy.
