I recently realized that I haven't had pasta in a while, so I made a reservation and visited SORA for the first time. The restaurant was fully booked on this day, with only 7 counter seats and 3 table seats, creating a cozy and casual atmosphere. The staff, consisting of two people, managed the place efficiently and provided attentive service, allowing us to enjoy our meal comfortably. We ordered the vegetable-packed minestrone, which was surprisingly not the usual red color but still delicious with various root vegetables and tender eggplants. The mixed appetizer plate was customizable based on our preferences, offering a tasty selection of items. The spaghetti with black truffle cream sauce was light and creamy, with a delightful truffle aroma. The eel in the aglio e olio pasta had a slight fishy taste, which was a bit disappointing. The taliata of Hakata beef was surprisingly tender and flavorful, accompanied by a delicious tomato dressing on the side. The crispy Itojima pork cutlet was well-seasoned and satisfying. Overall, a great dining experience with friendly service and delicious dishes.

This is my husband's favorite restaurant, and I also love it. I've tried calling several times to make a reservation but it's always fully booked. However, this time when I called and asked if there were any available seats, they had one! This visit was for dinner, but they also serve lunch on Saturdays and Sundays. The restaurant is run by the owner chef and another staff member, and the service is quick and efficient. The prices include tax. We had a craft beer (Seaside Weizen 300ml: 790 yen) and the "World's Most Delicious Cassis Orange" cocktail (790 yen). The craft beer had a slight bitterness but a refreshing taste, and the Cassis Orange was indeed delicious. We also tried the Parma Ham (S: 680 yen), which my husband, who doesn't usually like ham, found tasty. The ham had a light texture and was flavorful, and for the price, it was a great deal. We also had the appetizer assortment for one person (1,380 yen), which included a white corn cold soup, quiche, ham, carrots, and other vegetables. Everything was delicious. We also tried the Fig Butter (2 pieces: 500 yen), which was highly recommended and did not disappoint. The bread was from a popular nearby bakery, and the fig butter had a generous amount and great flavor. Although it wasn't on the menu, when my husband requested Arrabbiata pasta, they gladly accommodated. The Arrabbiata pasta (1,380 yen) was split into two servings, and my husband, who loves Arrabbiata, was impressed by the perfect balance of tomato sweetness, chili spiciness, and pasta texture. He said it was the best he's had in a long time. Overall, everything was delicious and of high quality, which explains why the restaurant is always fully booked. My husband was so impressed by the Arrabbiata that he wants to go back soon. We spent a total of 5,520 yen for two people, including drinks (tax included, credit cards accepted).

"Popular restaurant serving uni pasta" This is a repost without the meat photo. The scorching heat has been melting my brain like this uni, but leaving that aside, I visited a cute restaurant in Yakuin for the first time. The place was fully booked that day! We had the 5500 yen course which included a variety of vegetables for dipping in bagna cauda, which went really well with wine. I was already very satisfied at this point. The white corn soup was sweet and delicious. The appetizer platter was great with wine. The uni tomato cream pasta was the highlight of the day! So delicious with plenty of uni and a perfect match with the tomato sauce. The beef cheek melted in my mouth, it was so tender! The dessert was also generous in portion. There were many young customers chatting about work and dreams, which I found enviable and heartwarming. I visited the restaurant alone around 7:30pm on a weekday. There was only one seat available at the counter, so I sat there. By becoming a premium member through my smartphone, I was able to get a significant discount on the food. I tried their famous Uni Tomato Cream Pasta and it was delicious! I am very satisfied and would love to visit again!

I visited for lunch and wanted to eat sea urchin pasta, so I ordered the course menu. It came with appetizer, pasta, meat, and dessert. The appetizer, corn potage, was surprisingly sweet and delicious! The manager had a somewhat assertive customer service style, but I'm glad I finally got to visit the restaurant.

The a la carte meal was delicious from the appetizer to the main meat dish. If the flavor of the aioli was a bit stronger, it would have been even more satisfying and tasty. The pork belly was cooked perfectly tender and paired well with the sauce, making it delicious. The panna cotta dessert had a melt-in-your-mouth texture.

I ordered a 5000 yen lunch set for two people. Each of us ordered a different course. The lunch set included an appetizer platter, bread, mushroom mentaiko cream pasta, panna cotta, and a drink. The course included an appetizer platter, bread, sea urchin cream pasta, beef stewed in wine, a dessert platter, and a drink. Each appetizer was delicious, and it made me want to drink wine. I particularly enjoyed the ratatouille and soup. The focaccia bread that was served with the leftover pasta sauce was soft and tasty enough to eat on its own. The sea urchin pasta was rich and delicious. The dessert was not too sweet and had a moist sweetness that was delicious. I would like to come back at night to try more.

It was a bit disappointing that there were no descriptions for each dish in the appetizer. However, everything was delicious! The pasta was tarako and mushroom cream pasta. I was truly impressed by how the high-quality ingredients were used to bring out the original flavors to the fullest. The salad with prosciutto was amazing! The melting mozzarella cheese was also delicious. The wine was a great deal. I will definitely come back when I visit Hakata. The cost performance is excellent!

On a special occasion, I went to try sea urchin pasta that I had been wanting to eat for a while. I made a reservation for 12:00 on a Saturday, but even though I arrived a few minutes early to account for the bus delay, the restaurant was not open yet (lol). I was the first to enter and ordered the lunch course at a table. Soon after, more customers, all women, started coming in. It seems to be a popular spot for women. The sea urchin pasta, the most popular dish, was not overly rich in sea urchin flavor and was light. The second most popular dish, beef stewed in red wine, was perfect for nibbling on while sipping wine (lol).

I went to an Italian restaurant near Yakuin Rokkaku with my colleagues a while ago. It's a small place with a counter and about four tables. My junior made a reservation for us, and the staff were very attentive, especially when it came to allergies. We had a course with all-you-can-drink for 5000 yen, and the food from the appetizers to the pasta was delicious. I ended up drinking a lot of wine and feeling a bit tipsy, but the cozy atmosphere made it a pleasant dining experience. Instead of going straight home, we stopped by a takoyaki and beer place nearby to finish the night. The first photo is just of the appetizer. Thank you for the meal!

I visited for lunch during Golden Week with 3 people. We wanted to taste all the pasta options, so we ordered 2 SORA lunches and 1 lunch course. I had the pasta with pork mince and zucchini in oil sauce. The flavor of the pork was delicious. The main dish, beef cheek red wine stew, had a tender texture and delicious flavor. I had errands in the afternoon, so I had lunch nearby. There were two lunch menus available, SORA Lunch and Lunch Course, each with a different pasta. I ordered two SORA Lunches and one Lunch Course for my family of three, so we could try three different pasta dishes. We shared the main dish from the Lunch Course. The appetizer was a platter of 6 different items, and the smoked salmon and spinach cream sauce pasta was delicious. I got the pasta in a large portion, but it was too much for me. The braised beef cheek in red wine was tender and tasty. For dessert (from the Lunch Course), we had panna cotta, tiramisu, gateau chocolat, and persimmon, all of which were decently delicious. The SORA Lunch came with cheesecake, which was also great. We often visit this restaurant as it is nearby, offers good value for money, and is a nice place to dine. Thank you for the meal.

After watching two movies at the "Asian Focus Fukuoka International Film Festival," we headed to the restaurant "Italian Dining SORA." Since we were not familiar with the area, we took a taxi from Canal City, and were able to pay the fare using PayPay. We ordered a la carte, choosing dishes based on how hungry we were feeling. Our order included fig butter, assorted appetizers, sautéed pork from Itoshima, homemade sausages made with Itoshima pork, eel pasta, and panna cotta. The dishes were simple but well-prepared. The sautéed pork, in particular, was exquisite, with a juicy sweetness from the fat and a moist umami flavor from the meat. The eel in the pasta was an unusual ingredient, but it was enjoyed with a unique seasoning that was different from traditional Japanese flavors. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal. The restaurant was run by a chef and two women who seemed a bit inexperienced. The chef worked efficiently, and the timing of the food being served was precise. The journey there was worthwhile, and we left without any regrets.

My friend who loves sea urchin really wanted to go to this restaurant. I made a reservation for 12 o'clock sharp because it seemed impossible to walk in on the day (it's a very popular restaurant). I placed my hand on the temperature gauge at the entrance for a body temperature check and alcohol disinfection. I splurged on the course meal (3000 yen) as the sea urchin cream pasta was only available in a course. - Appetizer assortment Each item was delicious. I especially liked the white kidney bean salad, which was fluffy and tasty. I felt like having some white wine, so I ordered one more. Before I knew it, the restaurant was full. - Sea urchin cream pasta This was it - a solid piece of sea urchin! This sea urchin is almost 2000 yen for just this dish at night. It was rich and had no fishy smell, it was amazing. - Main dish It was braised beef cheek. It was so tender! The sauce was also delicious. I was tempted to have red wine, but I resisted because I would be drinking at night too (lol). - Dessert assortment It was irresistible for girls...! However, I was quite full and ended up leaving some... I'm sorry. The vanilla ice cream and tiramisu were delicious. I prefer the chocolate cake to be a bit more moist, but this is the Italian style chocolate cake, right? I was a bit nervous when I saw the sign in the restaurant saying "This is a place for regular customers and repeat customers!" but they were not strict with first-time customers. That's a relief. It's a bit disappointing that lunch is cash only. I was impressed by the chef who managed this capacity alone. Amazing efficiency! I would like to come back at night too. On this day, I went to an Italian restaurant called Sora in Yakuin for the first time. The first dish that came out was a platter of appetizers. The assortment was excellent, with dishes like chilled corn soup, fried shrimp from Ariake Sea, a small Caprese salad, and fig butter, all of which were carefully prepared and delicious. Then, we had grilled Hatsu (beef heart) from Hakata Wagyu, homemade sausages, and two types of pasta: zucchini and spear squid pasta, and the eagerly awaited sea urchin cream sauce pasta. Everything was delicious until the end. I definitely want to visit again when I go to Yakuin!

I visited with my girlfriend and we both felt a very calming atmosphere with unobtrusive service that didn't interrupt our conversation. There were mostly female customers, but I thought it would be a perfect place for a date. Everything was very delicious. Although pasta was the recommended dish, we didn't get to try it this time, so I would like to go back next time specifically for the pasta.

Located in the Yakuin 2-chome area of Chuo-ku, Fukuoka City. The restaurant is on the 1st floor of an apartment building in a residential area one block off the Gokoku-Dori street. The exterior design uses a sky-blue color scheme inspired by the restaurant's name "SORA"! Inside, there are counter seats and table seats. Even though it was a weekend, they accommodated a last-minute reservation. By 7 pm, the place was almost full! However, young customers using coupons were quite noticeable. The staff consists of just the owner! Despite the small size, the owner single-handedly manages the bustling weekend crowd. From cooking to serving and even washing dishes when there's a free moment, the owner works tirelessly! It's quite impressive. The timing of serving dishes and managing orders flawlessly with such a workload is no easy feat. The owner may seem a bit rough and lacking in friendliness, but when complimented on the delicious food, they respond with a smile. Now, onto the recommended dishes we tried. First, the "Chilled Carrot Potage" - surprisingly sweet from just carrots, very delicious! Next, the "Prosciutto, Mozzarella & Peach Salad" - using seasonal peaches! The subtle sweetness and acidity of peaches complement the ham and cheese. Then, the "Vegetable Salad from Itoshima" - fresh vegetables! A variety of tomatoes, lotus roots, okra, corn, and more. The "Kumamoto Horse Meat Carpaccio" - although lean, it's rich in flavor! Enhanced by Parmigiano and vinegar. For drinks, they offer a selection of ale beers like "Yona Yona Ale", perfect for ale lovers! They also have a range of wines at reasonable prices, making it easy to choose. We switched to the Chardonnay for 4500 yen. For the main course, we had the "Beef Cheek Red Wine Stew" - the cheek meat is tender and flavorful! It pairs well with wine. Finally, the most popular dish here, the "Sea Urchin Tomato Cream Pasta", but the taste was not quite there. Despite the sea urchin and tomato cream, the strong alcohol flavor from the sea urchin was a bit off-putting. It may appeal to those unfamiliar with the taste of sea urchin. I ordered the SORA lunch for 1,600 yen, which included an assorted appetizer, today's pasta, assorted dessert, and a drink. The vegetables were fresh, the appetizers were elaborate and colorful, making it enjoyable. The pasta was well seasoned and cooked al dente, which was great. The homemade focaccia bread was also delicious. The dessert was also substantial. I'm full and satisfied. I will visit again in the near future for dinner. Thank you for the meal.
