I wanted to eat chicken skin, so I chose a highly rated place. The crispy texture was delicious. The limited edition heart leftover was delicious, but there was only one left after 6 pm. I was intrigued by the mentaiko and ordered lettuce wraps, which surprisingly had a crunchy lettuce texture and were delicious. I was curious about the boiled dumplings, which turned out to be water dumplings seasoned with pepper. The Nagoya-style fried chicken listed on Tabelog was not on the menu, and when I asked the staff, they said it was not available (maybe they ran out of it...). Although wine is the main focus, there was no mention of Grand Wine on the menu, so I reluctantly ordered a highball as my first drink, only to later see a vertical menu of glass wine next to it...I wish they had informed me earlier...Overall, it was a slightly disappointing meal experience.

I wanted to try the famous Hakata specialty, chicken skin, so I was looking for a yakitori restaurant and heard about this place from a local girl. By 6:30, it was already full. The chicken skin was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, perfect with beer. The assorted plate of mozzarella cheese tempura and prosciutto went well with rosé wine. Even though it's a yakitori place, it's stylish and fun to pair the food with drinks. I had a delicious and enjoyable time there.

The wine and yakitori restaurant that won first place in the yakitori general election, Mozzarella Cheese and Prosciutto, had a great combination of crispy cheese tempura and moist prosciutto. The wagyu heart carpaccio had a firm texture and the original sauce made with wine really enhanced its appeal! The tsukune had a chewy texture and juiciness. I tried the truffle salt, plum, and moon-viewing flavors, but the truffle salt was the most delicious. The negi salt tongue had a thick cut with a strong umami flavor! The rare salmon cutlet was creamy inside and crispy outside. You can choose between herb sauce and aurora sauce, and I preferred the aurora sauce! I had rose wine, which had a scent of strawberries and grapes, refreshing and easy to drink. The interior of the restaurant had a modern and chic atmosphere, not what you would expect from a yakitori place. The yakitori was also arranged to pair well with wine, making it a great spot for dates or girls' night out.

During a tour performance, my friend who lives in Fukuoka took me there. There was nothing to complain about in terms of taste, price, and atmosphere. It was truly wonderful. The service and consideration of the staff were just right, making it a comfortable experience. I definitely want to come back when there is a performance in Hakata.

I went looking for Kohaku no Tsuki, but it was closed. The neighboring restaurant, MAKI-BUDOU, was fully booked. The staff then guided me to this place, which is also part of the same group. The atmosphere goes from Kohaku no Tsuki (relaxed and calm) to MAKI-BUDOU (slightly casual) to TORI-BUDOU (lively and bright), with differences in brightness and background music. That's why I recommend Kohaku no Tsuki. The menu is similar, and while the chicken skin dishes were delicious, the surprise winner of the day was the steamed egg custard appetizer.

The title of the restaurant is "Yakitori Wine Bar," so I was wondering if wine goes well with yakitori. It was a weekday night, so I thought there wouldn't be many customers, but it was almost full with reservations. I was glad I made a reservation too. The interior of the restaurant was more like a small bar rather than a typical yakitori place. We started with a sashimi platter and ordered yakitori, including crispy grilled chicken skin, rare chicken breast, chicken liver, lettuce wraps, and tsukune. There was a wide variety of choices, and everything was delicious. I ordered sparkling wine, which was light and refreshing. There were many women around me enjoying the combination of wine and yakitori. I think a place like this would be popular in Kumamoto too. I had a great time. Thank you for the meal.

I visited the restaurant around 9 pm on a weekday. The interior had a stylish atmosphere and didn't feel like a typical yakitori place. There were counter seats and table seats, and even though there were only two of us, we were seated at a table for four. We enjoyed various dishes such as yakitori, sashimi, and tempura, and everything was delicious. The seasoning of the yakitori was tasty, and most importantly, the drinks were great. I ended up drinking Sangria Soda the whole time, and the total bill was around 6,000 yen per person, but I was satisfied. The food and drinks were delicious, the atmosphere was nice, and overall it was a great experience. The only thing that bothered me was that while the female staff at the front were friendly, the male staff who came out from the kitchen seemed a bit intimidating. ^^;

I wanted to eat chicken skin, so I asked my friend in Hakata to find a restaurant for me. When I went there, it was so... so... stylish. I was expecting a regular izakaya-style yakitori restaurant, so I was surprised by how stylish it was from the moment I walked in. They only serve two pieces of chicken skin per person! What a treat! They must be using carefully selected chicken meat because there was no unpleasant smell, and every part was delicious. The presentation was beautiful. The taste was slightly less salty, maybe. Some skewers may be a bit lacking for those who like to drink alcohol. They have a wide variety of drinks. It seems like the kind of place you would come with a girlfriend. Great atmosphere. Good taste. The staff were very friendly, and their service made me want to come back again. Thank you very much.

I revisited Tribdow, a place I used to enjoy with my colleagues. I wanted to avoid alcohol this time, so I had an apple ginger drink, which was refreshing. When I come here, I always go for the vegetable rolls. They are wrapped in pork belly and I could eat them endlessly. The tsukune (chicken meatballs) are also popular and delicious! I had them with truffle salt. I forgot to take a picture, but the truffle fried potatoes are also irresistible. There is a 2-hour time limit. It's best to arrive early because as more people come, it feels like they want you to leave soon. It's understandable due to the turnover rate. It might be good to plan on visiting multiple places in one night!

Today, we had a big meeting at the beginning of the company's fiscal year, followed by a gathering with thorough COVID-19 precautions. The seating was limited to tables of 4 people or fewer, with no moving around except for toasting. It felt more like a casual get-together with close colleagues rather than a formal meeting. We enjoyed yakitori for two days in a row, starting with skewers and finishing with spring vegetable peperoncino and ice cream. The atmosphere at the stylish restaurant was enjoyable, although the drinks were a bit light for my taste. The beer, with its beautiful foam, was the highlight. It was fun to see the younger employees having a good time at their company party. I can't wait for things to go back to normal so we can fully enjoy these moments without any reservations.

I went to TORI-BUDOU on Watanabe Street in Fukuoka Prefecture (⌒▽⌒). It's like a combination of Italian and yakitori restaurant. The food is delicious (゚∀゚). They have a variety of skewers, including creative ones. The service is average. The atmosphere inside the restaurant is nice. I'll go back again and take my time next time ( ´ ▽ ` )ノ

Looking around the other customers, there were an equal number of male and female customers, and even groups of only men or only women, making it a versatile place for different needs. I regret not taking a picture of the menu, but I can say that the yakitori we had was truly delicious with a rare level of doneness, indicating the freshness of the ingredients. This place is suitable for various occasions, from casual to formal, making it a great choice for organizers or decision-makers. I will definitely visit again. Thank you for the meal!

I had been curious about Toribudou-san for a while, so I made a reservation and it was worth it. The place was packed with customers one after another, it's such a popular restaurant. We started with a toast with beer and ordered a variety of skewers and small dishes. Despite the reasonable prices, the skewers were large and the portions of the dishes were generous. The Shirako Ponzu was amazing, fresh and delicious. The staff were friendly, the service was quick, and the presentation of the dishes was stylish. I had a great time eating and drinking there. I will definitely go back!

The food menu is also extensive, with recommended dishes, skewers, sashimi, as well as aioli series, spicy noodles, pasta, and pizza. The appetizer was Bagna Cauda. We quickly placed our order. ☆ Swimming mackerel sashimi: good color, good texture is even better ☆ Toribudo's specialty white liver: good rareness, delicious, and generous portion for only 200 yen, which is too cheap ☆ Lettuce wrap with mentaiko mayonnaise: very light and refreshing, mayo and mentaiko are fine ☆ Versailles moon-viewing tsukune: fluffy, juicy, and the egg with sauce is a nice touch ☆ Burdock round intestine: crispy and juicy, the burdock inside is firm and tasty ☆ Boneless chicken wings: easy to eat, juicy and delicious. The other day, I was invited by some young colleagues for yakitori, and this time I was invited by some female friends for a drinking party. We made a reservation for 5 people at TORI-BUDOU, a place known for yakitori and wine. We started with a rich sparkling wine and beer for cheers! The appetizer was vegetable sticks with eggplant, carrot, bell pepper, green beans, and beets served with miso, anchovy, and salt. The sweetness of the vegetables was really nice. We shared a sashimi platter for 980 yen per person, and everything was fresh and delicious. We also ordered 10 pieces of chicken skin, white liver, gizzard, and other unique dishes. The white liver was my favorite, with a creamy texture similar to foie gras. The gizzard and other organs were not popular with the women. I personally enjoyed the gizzard, which had a juicy and flavorful taste. I switched to Suntory Rock halfway through and enjoyed it thoroughly. We ended the meal with a fancy pizza. Drinking with women is always relaxing and enjoyable. As we were leaving, we were given a complimentary onigiri, which was small but tasty with a light seasoning.

I stayed at Hotel New Otani Hakata and wandered around looking for a place to eat. I found this restaurant which specializes in grilled skewers. I didn't research much before going in, but it turned out to be a really good restaurant. In terms of Tokyo standards, I felt it was quite cost-effective. The delicious dishes were the "white liver," "skin," and "mackerel sashimi." Some customers were eating 2-3 pieces of "skin" each. The "mackerel sashimi" was so fresh and fatty, with a sweetness that made me think it was Kampachi for a moment. Thank you for a delicious night in Fukuoka.
