I went for the first time in a while since the renovation. I was excited as I tried the dishes, and they were all delicious and satisfying. The usual fun chatter (silly talk) and the upgraded dishes in the new seating area. Ah, it was a happy night.

Visited for lunch on the 3rd day of the Fukuoka drinking tour. One of the main purposes of this visit. Ordered the set lunch, recommended by the owner, which included truffle and porcini pasta, as well as rare Saga beef cutlet. The surrounding area seemed to be an upscale residential neighborhood, as there were several stylish ladies and well-dressed women dining at the same time. Started with sparkling wine, followed by a set of appetizers, which included potage and chicken ham, served with wine. Then came the pasta, with a strong truffle aroma and homemade thin noodles that reminded me of Hakata ramen (sized as half portion for the course). The noodles were delicious when combined with the sauce, creating a flavorful experience in the mouth. The main dish of cutlet was also impressive, with the meat itself being incredibly tasty. Both sauces were delicious, especially when dipped with bread. Enjoyed the course meal with alcohol and left extremely satisfied. Highly recommended for a fulfilling lunch experience.

This is an Italian restaurant in Yakuin. Here you can enjoy Italian regional dishes with a twist. We celebrated my wife's birthday with our daughter as a family of three. We ordered the food and drinks separately for 6000 yen. First, we toasted as a family... The first soup was a cold mushroom soup. The appetizer was French ham and Platter cheese, with salt sprinkled on the cheese to enhance the flavor. My wife enjoyed Italian beer with the meal... The carpaccio of red snapper had a sauce made of fish sauce and lime. We enjoyed the dish with various types of bread. The ravioli was Anjorotti dal Plin stuffed with various meats. The meat dish was "Farchito," duck meat stuffed with sausage and grilled over charcoal... The pasta to finish was tagliolini with truffles and porcini mushroom cream sauce. We had it topped with fresh truffles, and it had a texture similar to Hakata-style grilled ramen. For dessert, we celebrated my wife's birthday with a chocolate mousse cake. Finally, we had iced coffee, and the family meal ended. The restaurant is located next to KKR Hotel Hakata. This is my first visit. It was recommended by an acquaintance. The signature dish of prosciutto and mozzarella is delicious. It has a slightly strong salty flavor. I think the cost performance is very good. Despite appearing to have a small amount, I ended up feeling quite full.

The Italian dishes here are all carefully prepared, delicate, and delicious. It seems like they use less oil compared to typical Italian cuisine, so the dishes are much lighter. You won't feel heavy or bloated after finishing your meal. It's a great option for those who want to enjoy pasta and Italian food without feeling too full! The restaurant had many elderly customers, and the appetizers, soups, pastas, and main dishes were all delicious. Thank you for the wonderful meal. Delicate, careful, and not heavy Italian cuisine at Osteria Falco.

I went to this restaurant for lunch with a friend. The appetizers were luxurious and delicious, it felt like finding a hidden gem. I was full and the price was also under 3000 yen, so I definitely want to visit again. I would like to try going at night as well.

My companion found this restaurant, and we both entered for the first time. They were recommending wine, but since tonight we didn't plan on stopping at just one place, we opted for beer and highball to avoid getting too tipsy. The Italian craft beer we tried was outstanding and had a unique character. We enjoyed all the dishes, but oddly enough, the ones that weren't recommended stood out the most to us. I guess I'm just contrary like that (laughs).

Opened in July 2019 in the Minamiyakuin area, Osteria Falco is a casual Italian restaurant where you can enjoy the creative Italian cuisine of a chef who trained in northern Italy. The nearest station is Yakuin-Odori Station on the Nanakuma Line, and access by bus is recommended. The sign with the word "Falco" in the tricolor of the Italian flag and the Italian flag itself are landmarks, and the restaurant is located on the second floor. The interior has many table seats and is a bright and open space. This time, I will review the contents of the chef's choice course lunch A (¥2500), but I forgot to take a picture of the assorted appetizers... - Assorted appetizers: The contents were listed on a wine bottle, which was an interesting idea. Overall, the flavors were well-suited for alcohol, and the Soppressata, a boiled ham, was particularly delicious. It had a terrine-like appearance, with various ingredients compressed together. The pork inside was tender and well-stewed, with a delicious gelatinous texture. - Soup of ten vegetables: A warm soup with a good throat-feel that allows you to fully taste the umami of the vegetables. - Ravioli: Ravioli filled with plenty of meat. The thin dough ravioli had a pleasant texture, similar to the next pasta dish. The meat inside was generously packed, and with each bite, the juiciness and deliciousness spread in the mouth. The butter sauce with edamame and lemon was also very delicious. - Pasta with spear squid and rape blossoms: The pasta was tagliolini, a flat thin pasta. As mentioned earlier, this pasta also had a good texture and was delicious. The finely chopped spear squid was softer than expected and enhanced the texture of the pasta. The spear squid itself was sweet and savory, and the bitterness of the rape blossoms added a seasonal and spring-like flavor. - Porchetta: Meaning roasted whole pig, but here it was served as garlic-roasted pork belly. The pork belly was tender, with a strong garlic and spice flavor that was delicious and punchy. The bitterness of the radicchio also balanced the flavors. - Dessert: A chocolate cake with amaretto and milk gelato. The chocolate cake was not too sweet, and it paired perfectly with the sweetness of the milk gelato. It was a relaxed Italian restaurant where you can enjoy without any pressure, and I thought it had a wide range of uses. The pasta was delicious, and I would like to visit again.

Osteria Falco in Yakuin is an Italian restaurant run by a chef who trained in Italy. The concept is casual Italian for adults, located on the second floor with a bright and beautiful interior. They serve hand-made pasta and other carefully crafted dishes. I was surprised to find forks in the table drawers. I had a pasta lunch which was satisfying with a starter, pasta, dessert, and a drink for 1,200 yen. The pasta was light and delicious. It seems like a great place for gatherings with female friends or casual dates. - Restaurant Information - Name: Osteria Falco Hours: 11:30-14:00, 17:30-22:00 Phone: 092-523-8502 Price: Pasta Lunch 1,200 yen Closed: Mondays Private rooms: None Location: 11-1 Iifukucho, Yakuin, Chuo-ku, Fukuoka City, Fukuoka For more details, visit: [link] Provided by: Ryoiki Yoshida

I used to pass by this street a lot during my student days, and it was supposed to be near where I used to live, but I had no idea this restaurant existed at all! This time, I saw a photo of pasta and wanted to go eat, so I visited for the first time. I ordered the Chef's Course Lunch B (3800 yen) because I wanted to enjoy the taste of the restaurant. Everything was delicious, but personally, I loved the ravioli with truffle and porcini mushroom pasta, and I want to go back to eat this again! The course consisted of: ● Petal prosciutto and burrata cheese ● Homemade focaccia ● Ravioli "Agnolotti Dal Plin" stuffed with Northern Italian-style (beef, duck, pork, chicken) ● Truffle and porcini mushroom light cream sauce with tagliolini ● A5 rank Imari beef cheek red wine stew pie ● Homemade yogurt ice cream ・ Tiramisu The petal prosciutto and burrata cheese were exquisite, with the cheese being smooth like milk and the saltiness of the prosciutto matching perfectly with the olive oil. The homemade focaccia was warm, crispy on the outside, and moist on the inside. The ravioli was filled with a mixture of beef, duck, pork, and chicken mince, giving a meaty texture, but the edamame and lemon butter sauce made it refreshing. The homemade tagliolini was al dente and well-coated with the sauce, which had a great truffle and porcini mushroom aroma. The beef cheek was thick but tender, stewed in red wine, and wrapped in a crispy pie crust. The dessert was yogurt ice cream and tiramisu, both with a mild sweetness, easy to eat, and a refreshing end to the course. It was so delicious that I want to visit again!

I visited Osteria Falco! I ordered the porcini pasta lunch. Starting with the appetizer, the burdock potage had a distinct burdock flavor yet was light. The other appetizers had a nice sweetness and tasty seasoning. The carrots and broccoli had a hint of acidity and the dressing was delicious. The pasta had a good firmness with delicate, thin, hand-cut noodles that were like refined ramen noodles. The seasoning with Gorgonzola cheese was delicious, with the cheese delicately scattering in the mouth. The dessert had a great caramel sauce. Thank you for the meal!

I used it for lunch! I chose the pasta course, but I also asked for a rare cutlet as an extra. The staff, who both looked quite young, were very attentive and made various suggestions based on my preferences. It seems that children under school age are not allowed, so I recommend it for those who want to enjoy a leisurely lunch.

No matter what you order, everything is delicious!!! I felt like having Italian food after a long time, so I made a reservation. Looking at the photos on Tabelog, everything looked so delicious. When I actually went there, the food was really tasty and I definitely want to go back again. They also pay attention to the ingredients, especially the truffle pasta, beef, and omelette were delicious. The desserts were also all delicious, and I will definitely go back. The hospitality in the restaurant was also good.

It was really delicious. Even though it was a Sunday, they were serving lunch. For 1200 yen, you get several types of appetizers (delicious), a choice of pasta (on this day it was lemon butter sauce ravioli) (so delicious!), homemade bread (delicious!), 3 desserts (strawberry ice cream, chocolate pudding, banana cake) (so delicious!), and a drink. Isn't it a great deal? Thank you for the wonderful meal!

I wanted to eat pasta for the first time in a while, so I visited a restaurant. The course included appetizer, bread, half portion of pasta, main dish, dessert, and a drink for 2300 yen! The appetizer came in a bottle with an explanation, which I assume is for COVID-19 prevention. The burdock potage was delicious! The pasta, especially the ravioli, was chewy and tasty. It was different from other ravioli I've had before. The spring vegetables added a nice bitterness. The main dish, pork, was tender but could have used a bit more salt. The dessert had 3 options, and I enjoyed the yogurt sherbet. Overall, it was a satisfying meal!

Italian restaurant located near Yakuin KKR Hotel. I happened to see the lunch menu while passing by and decided to give it a try. The restaurant is on the second floor and it seems like it used to be a German restaurant before, as the interior hasn't changed much. I arrived after 1:30 pm, so I was informed that only the pasta lunch (1,200 yen including tax) was available. You can choose your pasta and drink. - Assorted appetizers: A delightful surprise. I would have liked to enjoy it with wine if I wasn't working. The dishes are listed on the wine bottle, which is a nice touch. The anchovy sauce was particularly delicious. - Homemade bread: Served warm with a choice of pasta. - Kitara pasta with shredded sea bream and lotus root in oil sauce, topped with crunchy vegetables and lemon flavor: This was delicious. The abundance of sea bream, the texture of lotus root and vegetables were all great. The lemon and salt flavors were subtle, but when mixed together, they complemented the sea bream's umami well. - Dessert trio: I enjoyed the black tea ice cream. - You can also choose your drink, so I went with orange juice. The pasta was surprisingly delicious and I really liked it. The appetizers were also tasty. For the price of 1,200 yen, it's a great deal and you can easily enjoy it alone.

Saga beef A5 rare cutlet (¥2480), grilled duck fillet (¥1980), grilled venison loin (¥1980), cream pasta with autumn truffles and porcini mushrooms (¥1980), fresh fish carpaccio (¥1320), and ham and burrata cheese with flower petals (¥1980). I had previously met this chef at another restaurant and finally visited this time. All the dishes were beautifully presented, and the game meat had hardly any unusual taste, very delicious. I wish I had come earlier. Thank you for the delicious meal!

Last year's review. An Italian restaurant located right next to KKR Hakata Hotel in Yakuin. It used to be another Italian restaurant or something in the past, and it is located on the second floor of the building. This time, we booked a special lunch through Ikyu for 3980 yen to celebrate a special day. The interior of the restaurant is small with about 4 counter seats and 4 table seats. Here is a summary of the dishes we had: - Potage with winter melon from Hisayama "Satoyama Sabori". The potage had a rich flavor. - Saga Prefecture's Ho-shu sea bream carpaccio with squid ink and black olive sauce. - Ravioli "Anjorotti dal Prin" stuffed with various meats (beef, duck, pork, chicken) in a Northern Italian style. It was packed with the umami of various meats. - Light cream sauce with truffles and porcini mushrooms. - Roasted Hakata No. 1 chicken stuffed with salsiccia. The bread was also delicious. - Northern Italian style chocolate pudding with Bonet and banana gelato. - Coffee or tea. The dishes were served by three young men. The service was decent, nothing particularly outstanding. The food was well-prepared and tasty, appealing to women. It might be nice if they were a bit more friendly and welcoming, as it would make customers feel more comfortable and likely to return. Thank you for the meal.

I had the course lunch at this restaurant. The staff were friendly, the interior was clean, and they even provided mask cases. For the meal, I chose ravioli for pasta and zuppa di pesce for the main dish. The appetizer, especially the grilled long yam, was delicious. The ravioli was chewy and had a great texture and flavor. The sauce was light yet flavorful, with a refreshing aftertaste that made me want more. The main dish had crispy sea bream skin and was packed with ingredients, very tasty. The only downside was that the tomato soup was lukewarm. I would love to visit again at night and try more dishes. The atmosphere of the restaurant is great, and I highly recommend it. The dishes are not overly salty, allowing the natural flavors of the ingredients to shine through, creating a rich and deep flavor. Overall, I highly recommend the ravioli.

Shirasu, aosa, and tomato tagliore or tagliatelle? It's a thin flat pasta that feels like noodles. Each appetizer and focaccia are delicious, and the mini tiramisu is cute with its layered presentation. Surprisingly, it's only 1200 yen. However, the pasta on this day wasn't very appealing, so it left me feeling unsure. I would like to try a different pasta next time.

Located a short walk from Yakuin Odori, this Italian restaurant was chosen for a special occasion amidst the self-restraint mood due to the impact of the coronavirus. I've always been interested in this place as I'm not a fan of overly formal settings. The atmosphere of the restaurant is casual, with seating for around 20 people. Upon entering, we were the only customers and were seated at a table by the window. The staff attentively took our drink and food orders. They recommended ordering appetizers along with the main dish as the main dish takes some time to prepare. They even asked if we wanted the main dish to be served after the appetizers. We decided to start with the restaurant's special "Tomato Basil Sour" and "Lemonade Sour" for a toast. The unique drinks on the menu cater to those who are not strong drinkers. We ordered the "Strawberry and Italian Leaf Vegetable Balsamic Salad" for 750 yen. The flavors and textures of each vegetable were distinct, and the combination of strawberry acidity and balsamic vinegar worked well together. The "Smoked Mackerel from Nagasaki" for 750 yen was moist and flavorful. The "Falco-style Rare Cutlet with Truffle and Marsala Sauce" for 1800 yen had a runny egg finish. The rare cooking style retained the meaty texture, and the sauce had a luxurious aroma. The "Charcoal-Grilled Duck Fillet" for 1500 yen had a subtle charcoal fragrance and a perfectly cooked duck flavor. The "Grilled Octopus with Black Olive Sauce" for 900 yen had a sauce with squid ink and anchovies. The side vegetable, Puntarelle, was slightly bitter with a crispy texture. The "Fresh Fish and Spring Vegetable Spaghetti with Karasumi - Taglierini" for 1200 yen had a delightful aroma of rapeseed flowers and the savory taste of sea bream. The whole wheat taglierini pasta was thin and delicious with the sauce. Overall, the food was delicious, and there were many other dishes we wanted to try. When I was undecided on the wine, a handsome staff member kindly provided guidance and even allowed me to taste a unique orange wine. The service was just right, not too clingy or distant, and I was very satisfied. My companion was also delighted. I will definitely visit again! Thank you for the wonderful meal!

OsteriaFalco* Osteria Falco "Osteria Falco" Next to KKR Hakata, the shop that was here before was also good. It seems to have changed without me noticing. The 1st floor is a specialty bread shop. Two-hour all-you-can-drink, cheers with "Sumidagawa Brewing" beer, it's delicious! I don't drink much beer because I get full quickly, but oh well! I ordered a course. The appetizer plate was all delicious - you can tell just by looking at the prosciutto, right? The yellowtail carpaccio, foie gras pate, all delicious! Appetizers are important to me, so I had high expectations. The homemade focaccia and the fried one were also delicious! It's nice when simple things are tasty. Warm vegetable bagna cauda, homemade pasta taglierini with peperoncino. The thin pasta was a bit soft, I think I prefer dried pasta. The taste was good though. Homemade sausages, two types. Delicious. I want to try other meat dishes as well. Dessert was tiramisu and pound cake to finish! The wine in the all-you-can-drink was also delicious. It was a bit unsettling that we were not asked for a last order and it just ended, but I guess it couldn't be helped since we went over time. All the dishes were delicious. I would like to try other things on the menu. However, the service was not very pleasant, which was disappointing.++++++++++++++++++++++++OsteriaFalco(オステリアファルコ)11-1, Iifukucho, Yakuin, Chuo-ku, Fukuoka City050-5597-6093Lunch 11:30-14:00Dinner 17:30-22:00Closed on Mondays (If Monday is a public holiday, closed on the following Tuesday)++++++++++++++++++++++++
